Most of the staff is helpful. They couldnt answer a few questions & didnt know if I could order things/ shirts etc. Think they should be more knowledgeable/ better trained, personally. It is very possible that you could be losing opportunities to make more sales. Hope this helps.

Its a Rock n Roll Emporium,..or a place to find your fave interplanetary street swag love the layout... all the variety and merch! The staff is attentive, and super friendly. The prices are fair, and they have a punch card...rewards add up. I will make Zero Gravity my go to for future endeavors. Thanks yall!

This is a really cool store. Had a lot of Horror figurines and alternative lifestyle kinda things. The dudettes there where helpful and energetic. What caught my eye (besides the horror toys) was a cool Killer Klowns from Outer Space shirt and some heavy pretty rings. No skateboards or longboards though, but still a cool store. Especially since I didnt something like this in the middle of Alabama. 🤘

This is the zero gravity thats in decatur, It has a lot more product than one in huntsville. It is very nice to be able to go in and have a lot of stuff to choose from.It is a real nice place, clean and very helpful.

We spent a lot of time in here getting some ideas of the e-juice we wanted. We were trading in the cigarette habit for vaping. The guys were great and patient with us and had wonderful recommendations for what they thought we would like to vape. We love the fact they have return customer rewards, and offer a veteran discount. I ended up purchasing a strawberry sour straw flavor and some CBD vape oil. I love all of the merchandise that is offered in Zero Gravity.

Love it.. I bought sage bundles (regular and dragons blood) for house cleansing and I just like clean smell. The employees are always very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable ,I highly recommend them.

Zero Gravity always has the most unique selection of everything eclectic. Today I got the Albus Dumbledore and Hogwarts combo pack. The woman who helped us was super sweet and never made us feel like she was rushing us along. I have loved visiting zero gravity since it was a tiny store in the mall. Great products great staff!

The store in general is fine but Im 45 and I work during the day so when I happen to stop in and Im wearing a Polo shirt I get this look from most of the employees like I shouldnt be in there.The sad part about it is I was wearing Metallica shirts before most of them were born.

I absolutely love this store and it is certainly one of my favorites. I can always find more than what I am looking for and end up buying it too. The staff are always friendly and willing to help with more patience than I would have. I buy all of my sterling silver rings and body jewelry here. Many of my favorite apparel pieces came from here. The guy who helped was very knowledgeable on everything in store. Three employees all made it a point to have conversation with us. Everyone was nice, had a few good laughs and enjoyed visit. This location is far better than Huntsville location.. look forward to coming back.

I love going into Zero Gravity for one reason and that is the customer service there! Anna has always helped me when I come in and she is amazing! I love her energy and I love how she knows almost every answer to the questions I have and if she don’t she will go find it out. If she ever leaves I probably won’t go back because I will have to follow her wherever she goes!!!

I stopped at zero gravity while passing through Decatur. I needed a tank for a vape and a coil…. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a while not by one or two but all three employees working, you would think at least one person could get it right. I had one employee walking on my heels but if I ask a question the answer was idk than a blank stare while another employee is shoving knives and swords in my face while trying to convince me 50%off of 40.$ is 30$ bc that’s what we charge but the supervisor, I guess, came to the rescue, loudly saying …. what are you doing you are not allowed to do discounts why are you helping her. I don’t know the dynamic or who does what in this store but at the least as a customer it was frustrating and aggravating. Bad experience I went around the corner and got what I needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed this shopping experience with CAAZ. He was great young person that was very knowledgeable. On everything this store sells and specializes in. Definitely will be back, enjoyed visiting this Zero Gravity in Decatur. Reminded me of the one when it was on 6th Avenue. Great place......

Loved this place since the 90’s. Really wish they would expand closer to the shoals area. But always make a stop if I’m near any of their locations.

I literally just bought a Monroe piece of Jewelry and it’s obvious the girl didn’t know what she was doing. I drove all the way from Georgia to come here and the girl gave me a 14g instead of the 16 and i can’t even wear it. I immediately walked inside when I noticed the size and hadn’t even left the parking lot and she wouldn’t exchange it. Waste of money. Thanks. Especially when I drive 2 1/2 hours to get here.

Zero Gravity has always been my favorite store since I was a little girl and still is to this day. The staff are the best, most friendly people youll meet and they are extremely helpful. The Decatur location is also by far the best with their big inventory of cool things.

Store has a great variety of items and the associates are quite knowledgeable on the items for sale.

I go here to get my lip rings, they have the kinds I like for super cheap. They have some cool clothes, but most of the time the sizes are a little big for me.

The place was huge!!! A lot bigger than the other store I have visited. They had a very wide array of t shirts, band memorabilia, records and much more I will definitely be returning to explore more. My only regret was that I came in like 10 or 15 min before they closed.

I love to see all of the awesome items they sell here. I buy the beautiful wall/bed tapestries and make awesome custom quilted quilts. And, it smells soooo good.

Customer service is terrible! I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone! I had an issue with a purchase, and called them (same day). I was told they would help me out no problem. I told them I was on my way, from across town, the guy I spoke with said okay. I got there 5 minutes before closing, the door was locked, and no one answered the phone. When the guy who waited on me earlier came to let someone out the door, I told him who I was, he told me to come back next day! I explained that I had just called and was told to come on in. I also told him I had been there five minutes before closing. He actually yelled at me!!! So, I was going to upgrade to a product more expensive than my original purchase. Now, Im heading in this morning for a full damn refund!

I love this store! Its truly a unique place, and Im happy its still around all after all these years. I remember visiting it as a kid, now I have kids of my own. They have everything from action figures, pop culture t-shirts, jewelry, vinyl records to swords, knives, a head shop full of pipes and bongs and smoking accessories, a huge selection of vape mods, tanks, RDAs/RTAs, ejuice and accessories to posters, wallscrolls, other home decor and still tons more to boot. Its pretty amazing all the stuff in there.Most of the girls in there are really friendly and happy to help as well. Although sometimes it would be nice if theyd walk away and let you look for a while at the vape counter. They tend to hover. Makes me feel like I need to hurry and select something so they can go back to work, although theyve never acted that way.The main reason I knocked off a star is their prices. As much as I love all the stuff in their shop, and wish I could make all my purchases there... theyre just too expensive. And in this day and age I have to make every cent count. So unfortunately I cant buy as much there as I wish I could. But its great to have a place like this for when you absolutely want or need something and you cant wait for it.

I went here today and was blown away! Ive never been helped at a vape shop the way I was taken care of here. Hands down the best place for vapes and more. Customer service was also super on point. Will always go back.

Worker was very rude when I went in today. I’m from out of town and my boyfriend and I went in asking questions and instead of helping us she said to my boyfriend “do you not know what that is???” And has an attitude with us and follows us around the whole shop while eating pizza. I was trying to look for vape juice and instead of asking if I needed help she stood in front of where I was looking and didn’t help me. I didn’t want to spend my money at a place that won’t help anyone without giving an attitude so we left. Hopefully her attitude gets better for the next customers and she gets enough to eat in the mean time.

Good customer service. They are helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry. They carry a wide assortment of various products that are hard to find in most cases. They have also been in business for many years. They obviously know what they are doing and it definitely shows! Definitely recommended for your vaping, tobacciana, clothing, vitamin/cleansing and much more.

Ive been going to this place for years and I loved it but 1 of the workers was extremely rude and hateful. Just because I look young does not mean that I am. They were gonna kick us out because I look young. I will not be going back!

Very kewl spot ..you can go in and grab a killer concert T or super hero T ..then get a collectable action figure or bust to match it.....then you can get some vaping supplies and some Delta-8 to relax and unwind and the staff has always been nothing but nice !!!!! I spent a good deal of time picking out the perfect pipe from behind the counter only for a careless cashier to drop it on the floor. then proceed to tell me it was the only one like it.

Went to zero gravity in june and they had terrible customer service. Tried it again today and Margaret called me a liar and said i was leaving dishonest review. Obviously its not a lie if your mad and want to disrespect me at the cash register. Ive spent way to much money in that store for her to treat me like that.

I just buy stickers, incense, and gauges. It may be about the only place to buy gauges around here. Their incense selection is pretty large and they are usually as the name advertises. As far as staff it can be kind of hit and miss. Margaret has always been kind but some of the other girls just act to good and to busy to bother, not necessarily rude but just not very interested in customer interactions. I have never had an altercation or a horrible experience so I am just happy to have a place to buy my gauges and incense. All and all if you need what they have I see no reason not to shop here.

The only person in the store with any knowledge of all products is Chaz; otherwise do not waste your time. After trouble shooting, Margaret told me as well as another sales rep that I needed a new battery when it announced atomizer short. The same problem occurred with the new battery.

As with any brick-and-mortar store that sells pop culture goodies, this one lags behind that bit that leaves them with a large inventory of merch from shows and movies just a few years old.ZG has however tailored itself to be a decent tobacco shop for cigars, etc. and has a large selection of Vape equipment and juice.The staples of handmade natural clothing, hemp jewelry, and a wide selection of incense sticks remain, of course.

Unless you have tatoos, piercing or a gender neutral hair cut, you are ignored...until you go behind the counter yourself to price items...then they come running and tell you Your not allowed back there! Will stab myself in the eyeball before I set foot in this store again.

One of the more exciting and eccentric stores in the area. This store contains band shirts, Tumbler rocks, incents, and other cool band memorabilia.

They have some pretty good stuff in the store and its nicely laid out and good atmosphere and stuff i can find.

I shop here for CBD and vape related products. They Have an extensive selection and the employees that work there are amazing, they were super friendly and knowledgeable about whatever I need whenever I go there.

Im 31, and Zero Gravity(Decatur) has been a staple in my life since I was maybe 7. Always a super friendly and helpful crew.

Its ok was from out of town and was rushed. I felt they had minimal training with lack of knowledge about their products. All in all an ok store but dont know what keeps them in business.

The people are nice and helpful and the place is spotless. Its a really cool shop.

Staff are much nicer than the one in Huntsville. Bigger store I feel like with genuine options.

I just went there with my girlfriend. She didn’t know what MG to get so I told her and then they refused to sell to us because I didn’t have my ID but she showed hers to them. Rediculous. They thought I was underage even though I’m 20 and I’m 2 foot taller than her and look old.
