Central Massage Spa

This place is no frills but I like not being pushed to buy stuff or join some membership and fill out a bunch of forms. It was clean and rooms are a dark, calm vibe. I got a walk in appointment. Yolanda was my masseuse and she was fantastic. I am not a fan of deep tissue massage and Yolanda tempered her pressure perfectly for me. My only complaint is that the front massage room is a little noisy from traffic but they had nice, soothing music. The price is right, the service was great. I will go back for sure.

Worst massage Ive ever had. Came in with a sore neck and knotted shoulders. I came out bruised because the pressure was too firm. I asked multiple times during to ease up on the pressure and my request was met with a no pain, no gain reply. When I was paying, I was asked about a tip amount. I had a 30 minute massage, so $40 was the rate...15-20% of $40 is $6-8. I replied, $8. and was met with Why not $10? Didnt I do a good job? and she proceed to enter $50 on the point of sale system even after I asked for an $8 tip bringing the total to $48. This was incredibly rude and unprofessional service. Tips are not an entitlement, and demanding a 25% tip for painful service is outrageous. I do not recommend this establishment and will not be returning for future service.

I went and tried Central Massage for the first time yesterday. Shirley was my masseuse and she was very pleasant and professional. He skills were excellent and I received one of the best massages I have experienced! I high;y recommend this business!

Outstanding professional massage given at Central Massage. Shirley does an excellent job hitting all of your muscle parts. She is very strong at what she does and is very professional. I will be back soon to Central Massage.
