I absolutely loved going into this smoke shop. Stacy was amazing and helped me out. Talked to me for a while about the kratom and the new kratom kava bar they’re building on the expansion. I’m very excited to come back to this place for more kratom and all my glass needs. Best smoke shop in Englewood!

I was just there the other day coming into ask about kratom and had a educational talk about it.there is not a lot of kratom kava related things out here so good to know someone knows what there talking about and even showed me how to make things better thanks Victor!

I can NOT say enough GREAT things about this spot!!!! I was an inexperienced kratom/kava user, Stacy was SO helpful, assisting me to find the right strains as well as proper serving size to ensure I feel the effects. I like an upper sensation like you’d get from an energy drink, so I mix kratom white and green.Thank you Stacy and the team, you’re the best! I won’t be going to any other smoke shop.

I absolutely love the staff and the selection is amazing. Plenty of choices and prices are great too. Theres a rewards program that benefits you. Now the store has become larger. I totally recommend this store!!

Upon recently moving to the area we were excited to find a local kava bar only to find an overpriced smoke shop selling a chemical version of kava at exorbitant prices . $7.99 for this sewing thimble sized serving and felt no effects.

My husband and I have been going here for a few years now. They always have knowledge and suggestions on products. They have done returns and stood by their products if you have a receipt and something doesnt function properly. Reasonable prices and good selections of many different products.** update 2024**Smoke on the water has beyond expanded their products and building. Consistent friendly staff. Lots and lots of products go choose from!!! A little pricey at times but offering rewards programs for discounts, definitely a bonus. Will continue going!!

The customer service here is amazing. Everyone I’ve met working there is knowledgeable and kind. A very calm and understanding approach to sales that is so refreshing. If you vape or smoke and haven’t been there yet, make sure you stop by when you’re in town.

Seriously, Ive been to my fair share throughout the years..I even used to distribute Kratom and THC/CBD products to a bunch and never have came across such an awesome shop.. the manager is the best! Truly a notch above the rest, she will go out of her way to special order products in store. If you looking for an awesome smoke shop experience with top notch customer service. Smoke on the water is the place to go! They have everything you could ask for and if by the rare chance they dont. Just ask Im sure they will get it for you. :)

Hands down BEST vape shop around! They have an incredible selection and the staff is so compassionate and actually pays attention to your specific needs and suggests products to fit what will help the best. My fiancé Krissy introduced me to this shop and we don’t go anywhere else even though there are comparable shops closer to my house. Stacey is worth the drive y’all. Very knowledge and reliable staff. Really took the time to listen to my needs and found the item that would work best for me. Its also nice to see employees care so much as well as have some hustle behind the counter. Making sure others dont have to wait too long without those feeling rushed is a hard line too walk. Clean store, well merchandised. Good variety of stock, well rotated inventory. Im from out of state, I visited 4x During my one month stay in Inglewood. 3 times I was helped by Chelsea who is absolutely delightful perits delightful. At a 20 year veteran retail manager I know all too well that employees like Chelsea are far and few between. Chelsea truly deserves a nice big pay rate increase ASAP and maybe some paid time off too as recognition☺ I hope she is being taken care of by the company bc she is an asset.

Been going to this shop for quite some time often times with others in tow.The mature sales force there is unbeatable.Would like to shop there more often. If its possible to post when the grown folks are working, ( we ) would like nothing better to continue to support our neighbors/ local economy.

I have become a regular customer at this store. The employees are knowledgeable and attentive. The new management is a great change from what it has been, thus the 5 star rating.

I can’t say enough about Stacy I went in trying to quit smoking cigarettes and go back to vaping.. I was there about 2 hours I needed parts for my old vape I bought it and it still didn’t work.. she gave me her own personal vape just to help me… I will never go anywhere else.. and not only did she help me with that she really treated me like family… if u don’t know about this shop or Stacy u need to go in there she will treat u like family and answer any questions….. I’m so happy 😀

This is not a tobacco store. It is a good old fashioned head shop. Ive only been there once. So I really dont know all the specifics. However, their inventory is rather extensive.

They are helpful. They make sure customer is happy. They always have something I need wether its needs fixed or finding something 😊
