Their package deal is a scam! It’s $125 for a regular massage, but if you pay $75/month for a package then you only have to pay $75 for a 60 minute massage, making it $150/massage! The $75 monthly fee doesn’t count toward a massage like they claim, at least not according to today. The new girl at the counter was so confused and called her manager twice, who was so annoyed and couldn’t get off the phone quick enough without any sort of answer that made sense. Calling corporate office. I’ve never had such poor service.

NEVER sign up for their memberships. Just Google Massage Envy Lawsuits. I had to cancel my account due to a diagnosed disability from my doctors. I provided 2 letters, proof of ACA accommodations, and even very sensitive pics of my condition. She gave me half of the refund I deserved, and NEVER used the words, thank you or sorry this is happening or sorry you didnt read the fine print. I mean NO human decency. It was like we were enemies and I didnt know why. I had to eat $180 of what the franchise owed me. But I just had to save my energy to fight my disability.

My first massage was great! The masseuse was very knowledgable and he got all the knots in my back out. No gripe at all with him!!The reason for the 2 stars is because of the insanely hard time I had trying to even get an appointment for a massage after my first.Their online scheduling is horrible. I tried signing in, putting in my preference and products, picking a day, and getting all the way to putting in my credit card information to get an error that says “Oops! Were having trouble with your account. Please call your Massage Envy location to schedule an appointment.” I thought it was a fluke because my wife does this all the time so I tried it 5 times and kept receiving the same answer.So I decided to call and when I called several times over 2 days, it would just go to voicemail. I left a voicemail and so did my wife and never received a call back.A few days later I finally went in to the store to just schedule after days of trying to get an appointment, the doors were locked at 4pm on a weekday, it wasn’t a holiday, and there wasn’t a sign on the door stating that they were closed for any reason.My wife ended up calling again to actually talk to someone and I was finally scheduled. Such a hassle. If I didn’t have a gift card to spend, I would go elsewhere after this.

I had a facial with Abbey and it was an incredible experience. So knows soooo much about facial products, wrinkle removers etc. I not only got a fantastic facial I got an education! She is so enthusiastic about her profession and wanting to help others. I was very impressed. Thank you.

I rarely leave negative reviews but as a massage envy member for over 10 years, this location is such a mess. I’ve had several appointments canceled, it’s hard to get ahold of anyone and the customer service is lacking. Will be going back to the Layton and slc locations.

Location is convenient. Atmosphere is relaxing. The therapists, so far, are efficient and competent. I keep going back. 🙂

I had a great massage here. Its easy to get to and the place was very nice and professional.

If you prefer deep pressure, you need to see Yvette. Don’t be fooled by her petite stature. She will work those tight muscles. She is amazing.

Absolutely amazing staff and therapists! You couldnt ask for anything better! Amazing!

Scheduling has been an issue post-Covid.Be sure to try out different therapist. They a tent all the same.

Received everything I needed and left feeling amazing.
