Tiffany and Taylor helped me out with buying a new mod and potentially helping me figure out past issues I’ve had with others. I was extremely pleased with both of them but especially the sales lady who I believe was Taylor and was allegedly a new employee however had an extensive knowledge of all the vapes sold here. She did great! Thank you both for your help

The staff are so incredibly knowledgeable! So far, Ive interacted with the guy with blue hair, the taller chick with super long, straight hair, and the dude with the curly-cues and trucker hat. Im thinking I should probably start asking names. Anyway, heres the rundown:- Ample parking on all sides of the building with two entrances.- Big comfy couch for the people who like to hang out and chill at the front entry- The place always smells incredible! Like some soccer moms house. I think its the Glade plugins- Everything is reasonably priced, paired with regular discounts, a punch card, and even a free t-shirt day- They always have my coils in stock, even when no one else does. No, Im not saying what coils they are in case some turdburger decides to buy them out all the time and I cant get them- This might be a weird one. Im used to vape shops with staff that talks too much. Im an extrovert and will gab all day, but my husband is the type that likes to communicate in grunts and beard scratching (okay, hes not that bad, but you get it). The staff here balances their social meter very dependent on a persons body language and social meter, unlike other places Ive been to. That, alone, has made this store my husbands #1, and mine as well.- I havent noticed any house juices, if thats something a reader is looking for. I like that, though, because I prefer the consistent quality of the professionally made stuff.But yeah. Smells good. Great layout. Super simple shop without too many bells and whistles. Absolutely stellar staff. Keep up the good work, folks!

4 stars because their mark-up on mods is ridiculously high. If theyve got so many locations, i feel like they can at least be competitive with online vendors, if not price match them. The guys at the actual store are always helpful and friendly though, and some of their juices (mustache ride, the rookie, right meow) are top tier.

The service at Ultimate Vapor is excellent. I usually go to the Farmington location, but I have also been to the Park Hills and Festus locations and the service was great at all 3. They are knowledgeable of their products and they kindly answer all of my questions.
