Matthew was very nice. Selection is good, prices are average for retail but still double or more than double what online prices are. But thats okay, Im willing to pay for the service and convenience.Wish their loyalty program was better, Im not a fan of the stamp card as it currently works, should be 1 punch per $10, and I have hundreds of the old raffle tickets - would love to see an announcement of one final raffle soon.I know its gotta require a bit of soul-searching owning and working at a business that profits off nicotine use, but we all know that customers love their nicotine - and that all these flavored vapes wont be available in stores much longer.

First, if customer service wants to make this right, they can do so here by telling me they will accept a return of this item that doesn’t work as advertised. No need for emails, but I bet they’re tryina add me to a mailing list and SPAM or send me a virus.Second, this store didn’t have what I needed but they have a bunch of Chinese glass, Russian tobacco, and martian employees, if that’s what you’re after. NOT FEMALE FRIENDLY AT ALL!The male employee is high af (no judgment) and doesn’t know a vaporizer from a rice cooker but he could talk abt the way female customers are dressed all day“I bet you feel a breeze, I wish I could wear a skirt to work!”“Ok so do you wear a size 10, in shoes or not?”“What’s the inseam on those yoga pants?” CREEP!Equally AWKARD, dude sold me a “bubbler” that doesn’t bubble.It wasn’t expensive, but it doesn’t work. I didn’t attempt to smoke in it, but I did drink water out of it a few times bc the carb and downspout hole are too close together.I didn’t put anything in the bowl, not even fire. Guy flatly refused to discuss a store credit so I could buy something more expensive that worked.Douchebro said “yeah that’s weird that it doesn’t work, if only I could help, btw did you see that chick’s tattoo?” 🤮Now corp customer service is “reaching out” like THEY don’t know in which Flagstaff store this occurred. Gaslighters!I’ll never return.

Called to check pricing and I did get an answer after I had to ask in a weird way less or greater than 30$ then I just got hung up on. Very unprofessional and I’m sorry but no one in the world besides you guys can tell me what the price of something is… I’m a marketing director for a very big company here and I can tell you that was the stupidest thing to say if this wasn’t a college town you would be out of business. Poor management on you guys! I can’t stand poorly trained staff because it causes situations like this and bad reviews I’m just trying to make you guys better and small piece of advice if someone ask the price of something just tell them the price and go on about your day 🤷‍♂️ you deserved this review. I didn’t even get to ask everything I needed to. I have half a mind to call back and get a manager but they probably can’t release that information over the phone 🤣 I’ll wait tell the other shops open tomorrow and go buy the things we need from them because you won’t get any of my business or my peers businesses ever again.

I love this place if you need it they will help you out no matter what it is if they can get it!! Love this place so much!!! This is the store in Flagstaff,Arizona when I go home to Texas I will using that store too!!!

These guys are the best! Were on a road trip and were trying to find some kratom before heading north. We showed up at closing time and they were super friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection and great prices.

I wish I could leave a double five star review for this place! Every time we’ve been in they’ve been so helpful and friendly, employees are knowledgeable about in store products and are quick to help you find what you need. Plus, they have quality pieces at great prices.

I’ve actually had a couple of problems with them but I really appreciated how the manager Seth handled it. Also Madison is my favorite person who works there, she’s a really amazing sales rep and just killer at her job!

I went into the store tonight looking for a new rig and was not having the best of days when I left I had a smile on my face and was more then happy with what I received and juls was the absolute best with her customer service. i have never had someone so kind and helping with all my needs answering all my questions and directing me into the best possible choice and being more then generous it was a pleasure and I really enjoyed The atmosphere of the store!

Thanks for ruining my jacket and pants by selling me a battery that malfunctioned (first day of use) in my pocket, melting the cart completely down. Thank you to the three people behind the counter who laughed about it. One time use in store credit that had to be used immediately is really gunna pay off my Arcteryx jacket. Cheap on so many levels...

This is the best vape shop Ive been to in Flagstaff. Not just because of the great selection but the staff is awesome and knowledgeable. I love the deals I get there as well. I found my go to place for all my vaping needs!!

I absolutely love wild side smoke shop. They have the best deals, best people working there, so many flavors (my favorite plus some), and tons of glass to choose from. I come here as my go to smoke shop and I dont think I will be going else where.
