I am very please with my results! I got my eyelashes and a sugar Brazilian from (Jewel). She did such a wonderful job making sure my lashes were exactly what I asked for. When it comes to waxing, she is very comforting, gentle it was a 10/10 service.

Courtney Pak is AMAZING!!! She’s been my go to for all of my esthetician needs. I highly recommend her to everyone that asks. She’s very attentive, patient, flexible, easy to talk to, and most importantly she makes sure you’re comfortable and does a thorough job (especially with Brazilian sugar waxes). There is no better person to go to for a sugar wax, she’s practically a sugar specialist! 11/10 recommend!!!

So, I am a victim of the early 2000s eyebrow over plucking trend. But Courtney was able to give me back my eyebrows. She has become my Holy Grail and I want everyone to take notice of her!Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she also has a way about her that makes you feel like youve known her for a lifetime.I will definitely be a repeat customer. This salon and spa is the best in town. Not only do the hair stylists listen to you, but make recommendations based on your specific hair needs. They also are honest about services so you fully know what will be done. My hair stylist, Wesley, always makes sure my hair is healthy enough to color (he insisted it get a break last summer, which i never would have thought about). Courtney, the esthetician, is also incredible. She makes sure that you are comfortable. She makes sure you know exactly what is going on. She can make recommendations based on the service you received from her. She is willing to be upfront with you about certain services so you know what youre getting without anything hidden. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The spa is very welcoming, clean, and professional. Courtney is a very friendly and talented esthetician. Her waxes leave you feeling smooth and clean. She graciously works around my work schedule. Since my first appointment almost a year ago, all the staff have been nothing but kind and professional.

I came in yesterday 3/10 for the first time. It’s been a long time since I had my hair done and was nervous but excited. I had Wesley as my stylist and could not be more happy! We talked about what I wanted to do with my hair and changed some things up to what would work better for me. Wesley was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable! I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks! The salon was also beautiful and everyone I came into contact with was pleasant as well.I don’t normally leave reviews but wanted to this time!

Do yourself a favor and book a massage with Ashley! By far the best massage! Couldn’t recommend it enough if you’re in need of relaxation or if your body is tired. Especially new mamas! It did this new mama’s body a world of good!

I came into the salon to get a facial. I’m a little bit of a facial connoisseur and very picky and Courtney accommodated my needs without hesitation. The room was clean. Things seemed up kept, the products were fresh and I felt pampered.Courtney took her time and really puts her heart into her work. Often I see estheticians rushing through services to get to the next thing; but Courtney seemed to really care about the level of quality that she was providing her clients. I will definitely be going back!

Courtney Pak waxed my eyebrows a few weeks ago, and hands down she is the most professional esthetician. She made me feel so at ease and comfortable during my service. Her space was very clean and gave off the most perfect vibes. I gave her an idea of how I wanted them to look, and she completely went beyond my expectations. I got a manicure by Kim, my lashes done by Courtney, and a wax by Allyssa for a trip. These ladies never disappoint and I always love the atmosphere.

I have been waxed by other waxers throughout the years but no one has been as efficient and professional as Allyssa. She introduced me to lash lifting as well and i am in love. She radiants so much light everytime i am in her room and i hope to always have her as my waxer!

I absolutely was really nervous going in as my past experience at another salon! Wesley was amazing, he took time to sit and discuss my hair and told me what was best with my hair . My hair was some what fragile. He knew I wanted to go lighter .! But did not want my hair to break on ends worse then they were. He took his time and actually cared . Spa De Vie is a beautiful luxury salon! Ive enjoyed every visit Ive had thus far! Allyssa is absolutely amazing! Everytime I leave from any service I receive from her, I leave feeling beautiful and educated on my skin! She gives the most wonderful relaxing facial (my fav-ask if the circadia cocoa exfoliating mask & marshmallow moisture mask could work for your customized facial), she makes sugaring/waxing such a great (unawkward for Brazilian) service! Let me tell yall, the LASH LIFT & TINT - 1000/10. She was the first to ever do this service on me after offering to me while in a facial with her, and I am obsessed. I will never go to anyone else, period! I cant wait for my next appointment! Book my girl, yall. You will absolutely not regret it!

If you need a wax, Allyssa is your girl! I’ve had Brazilians done by her using hard wax and sugar wax. My skin is very sensitive though and we learned early on that hard waxing isn’t for me but sugar waxing is *chefs kiss* and didn’t lift my skin or cause inflammation. Allyssa also has great conversations and doesn’t make the experience awkward at all, which is a huge plus for me.

Courtney was absolutely amazing. And she made my eyebrows look absolutely stunning! I recommend everyone to go to her! A++ I wish I could give her 100 🌟.

The Spa was amazing! The nails were amazing! However, the receptionist pretended to know how to do hair and all i wanted was for it to be washed 2 days before my wedding, the girl didnt wash my hair appropriately and then messed up my extentions to where i had to go to a different salon to have them fixed, also 2 days before my wedding it is not the stress i needed. Also, there was no apology. The girl should have said something before attempting to do my hair. That is all.

I have been trusting Lindsey (owner/stylist) with my ridiculous amount of hair for the past 10 years! She has always given me exactly what I have asked, no matter how random or laborious! (Red to blonde to dark to balayage.) She is honest about what is best for your hair and the most healthy ways to get to a color you may desire. I am thankful to have somewhere honest and consistent to get allllll of my spa and salon services! Ive also gotten a spray tan (Lindsey), a massage (Ashley), a couple of facials, and lash lifts (Courtney and Allyssa). Everyone is always professional, knowledgeable, and kind!

I got a chemical peel done (my second from Spa De Vie) about one month ago. I came from out of town to Spa De Vie because they did such a great job on my first chemical peel. This most recent experience was not comparable to the first. The girl who did my peel went over the left side of my face about 15 times which subsequently caused hyperpigmentation that was NOT there before the peel. I called the spa to request a refund and was told that because I signed a consent that said there’s a possibility of hyperpigmentation that I could not get a refund. There’s a difference knowing that there’s a possibility of something happening versus a “professional” CAUSING an adverse event to happen because they went against their training. Whom ever I spoke with defended the esthetician and said that she worked with them for 2 years- as if this means she is not absolutely wrong in this situation. There was also a lot of he said she said about what the esthetician said happened versus what I said happened. The customer service could not be poorer. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. The facts are that she went over my face with the chemical peel significantly more than she should have and CAUSED adverse effects by going against training. I will definitely be looking more into what can be done about this from a legal standpoint since the spa itself didn’t want to make it right. This is certain an act of negligence. The left side of face is still tender almost a month later and looks like someone punched me in it so I am having to hide my face from the public.

Absolutely love my experiences here, I’ve been twice to get a Brazilian sugar with Allyssa! She always calms my nerves and does an amazing job. She is professional and quick and the room is always clean. I have been very happy with my services, both times, I won’t go to anyone else!

I started out going with Alyssa to get waxed, but then she started having excuses with every appt. I even caught her in a lie. The salon called and said she had to take her car so my appt needed to be rescheduled. Okay, so I accepted the reschedule for the next day. Well, when I got there and Alyssa was waxing me and we were talking she happened to say “yeah yesterday I was tired I told them to call and cancel my clients I didn’t care what they tell them” in my head I’m like you know I was a yesterday client. Smh. I have not been back to her since. That’s just one of the many times I was rescheduled at the last minute. So, now I got to Heaven whose much much more professional and dependable.

I’ve had several facials here and Courtney is my go to for the best! She’s so great and my skin always feels immaculate when I leave.

Ashley was great, and the whole staff very inviting as well. Ive had some really bad haircuts in terms past, but these ladies really knew their stuff and got me cleaned up and squared away. 10/10 will definitely be coming back!

Decided to go to a higher end salon to get exactly what I wanted however I didnt. I showed a picture of the cut and color I wanted and to begin with the stylist didnt want to do the color I requested and wanted to do a different color that would not fade as quickly. Ok. Compromise, Im with you, I understand. However instead of doing the red, she lightened my hair and proceeded to use a toner. Cool ok, but I didnt ask for copper. I had color well toner put on my hair probably about 4 or 5 times and it still isnt what I wanted. When I was initially called back to her section, there was someone elses hair that hadnt been cleaned up yet. Was not worth the 150$. However, I still left a tip bc I used to be a stylist and understand the struggle of working on commission. One of the stylist kept cussing and was doing her own hair while doing a customers hair. I appreciate the effort to correct my hair but I will not be going back.

This place is FANTASTIC!!!! Everyone here was really nice. Iwas so scared to get my hair cut again after a different salon couldnt get it right. I guess a long angled bob is tough to cut. But Ashley knocked it out of the park. I havent been this happy about my hair in YEARS. She did such a phenomenal job Ive been gushing about my hair all day since she cut it. Everyone at work said its super cute as well. I found my new salon :D Thanks for making me feel like a rockstar with a gorgeous hair cut.

Children should not be allowed in a Spa talking loud disrupting relaxing Spa time. Employees are loud in other rooms you can hear chatter and laughing while your trying to relax and get a massage.

Able to cater to a group with no difficulty or hesitations when reservations were made. Staff that assisted us were great- courteous and professional and willing to accommodate. Thank you Allysa and Alfred for our pamper day. Allysa will talk her clients through each procedure which makes these appointments easier. Alfred is just like calgon... taking stress and melting it away. Lindsay, thank you and your staff for such a wonderful experience. I will be returning!

They just lost a would be new client. I am from Charlotte and this was my very fist time here. You would think that the salon would do everything they could to make u happy to earn your business, but no. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. EVER. The stylist, ABBIE ( or ABIGAIL) JOHNSON kept me waiting 30 minutes past my appt, then when I finally sat in her chair she didnt even ask me what I was wanting to do she just ran to the back and started mixing color. She totally ruined my hair with toner it is yellow now. She kept me there for 4 long hours toner, then foils making it one big orange mess. I left unhappy that day as you can imagine. She promised to fix it. After attempts to contact her with no response I contacted the owner who did not even apologize or offer a solution. Nice salon but all frills and broken promises. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU HERE. Go spend your hard earned money some place else. On top of everything I now have to pay someone else to fix the mess she has left me with. Rude staff. What a shame. My boyfriend was about to book my mom and I spa packages here. Not now!!!

I went there and had the owner of the salon cut and color my hair. She wasnt friendly at all. I couldnt wait to leave but I thought my color was exactly what I asked for, which is hard to find for blondes in Florence. I was horrified to find out my sweet daughter had made an appointment with her. I knew the owner wasnt going to be nice to my daughter and unfortunately, I was right. Not only that, she gave her a cut that took less than 5 minutes and it showed. I would rather color my hair out of a box than support her business ever again. What was even more pitiful was that the owner realized who my daughter was when my daughter gave her a bad review and personally texted my daughter with whiny excuses for the bad experience my very well educated and professonal daughter had. Own your mistakes my dear! We all make them. Grow up and treat people with respect and give them what they pay for. If you dont care, find something you like to do or people will continue to see through you and expose you for it.

Wish there was a negative 5 stars. This so called salon is horrible. The owner Lindsey is professionally uneducated, rude, lacks skill and technique and after 10 years of cutting hair needs to quit quickly while she is ahead. I witnessed her throw tantrums in the middle of destroying unsuspecting clients hair. In my opinion, the worst kind of thief is the one that steals your hard earned money uunder the umbrella of professional delivery of service and care none of which she did. Spare yourself the i inevitable horror of this experience. My two year old could have done a better job. The SCLLR should revoke her liscence.
