Florence Smoke Shop

The people working in this store are not the same as six months ago. Those guys were GREAT. The new crew, not so much. Based on recent reviews, we arent the only ones. We wont be back.I dealt with the young lady working in the store today on 3/11/2024. From the minute I walked in she seemed bothered. I asked her if my usual vape was still $39.99, and she said, No! Who sold that to you? I cant remember what I did last Tuesday, so its no surprise I couldnt recall. She stated grouchily that she would sell it for $45. I thanked her, and then asked if I needed to open it inside the store as I have always been told to do in case there was an issue. She blew me off, so I walked outside and opened it. The top of the vape popped off, leaking oil. I immediately went back inside to show her. She popped the top back on and refused to exchange it. I questioned their policies, as these vapes are very expensive. She became very rude and called the owner, who also refused to exchange it after speaking with her. I have spent my fair share of money in that store, and was completely shocked at how rude and unhelpful they were. Ive never had that happen before, and I will never spend another dime in there. We will go to one he does not own.The attached picture shows the amount of oil spilled. She lied to the owner stating no oil had spilled.So now if the vape falls over and lays on its side at all, it will leak. Any pressure at all at the top will cause it to pop off again, as well. Faulty vape. Anyone who vapes knows this.Thanks for nothing, Florence Smoke Shop.

Dude said he would give me a deal on a vape for $20. The total ended up being about $30 when I checked my receipt. I was lied to and the vape ended up being fake and making me sick. And yes I heard him clearly because I was on a budget so every penny matters to me

The hindi lady sucks i asked if she carried any brands of watermelon iced she yells at me YES KADO BARS so i ask for it but she gives me apple. I walk two steps outside take it out of the box and realize its not watermelon then i go back in to swap and she yells at me no like its my fault… Well ill only be going in when she isnt working from now on plz list her times so i know when to avoid. Way too snappy and knew the whole time what flavor im talking about yet still messed it up.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE .. I bought a vape from them that lierally caught on fire and they would not refund it . The guy tried to bargain with me to give him more money , even though i had the receipt he gave me .BUY AMERICAN!

Whenever I come in there, Im usually always helped by Courtney! Shes super knowledgeable about everything I ask about, if theyre out of something she always keeps her word on when and if they will be back in stock. Ive never had a bad experience while she is working. If she is working, I bring new people in and shes extremely helpful and nice to them and answers all questions to the best of her ability. Im pretty much just giving her 5 stars. 🤣 but they do have a good selection of vapes and a variety of different items. Great place just all around.

Prices are really fair here lots of selections but will bring me back is the gentleman who helped us he was really knowledgeable very funny and was a all round good guy. Had a really good time as he helped us make our selection. Customer service was excellent. We will definitely go back

Good selection. Customer service isnt that great. I asked what is the most puffs that they have. They told me 7,500. They sell 8,000 and 10,000 puffs vapes.

I walked in and was greeted by a lovely young woman named Courtney. She smiled and didnt get aggravated with all my questions. She made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for having such an amazing helpful job you do! She deserves a raise!

The drive through is great for when youre in a hurry. But the people who work there make this the best smoke shop in florence. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and super nice and welcoming!

They always have a great selection of things and are reasonably priced. Courtney is amazing and I love when she is working! She is so friendly and always smiling :)

I’ve been there a few times. The last 2 times I have gotten the same Dazed cart but for some reason the 2nd time it was 40$. The first time it was 23$. No visible prices anywhere. I will not be back to buy anything else it was only a few weeks between stops. Highly unacceptable! An very disappointed

Courtney assured me that the product I was skeptical of buying was effective, and it ABSOLUTELY WAS. Best $15 I ever spent. I regularly buy my vapes here as well due to quality and pricing. This is my Smoke Shop of choice.

Its a good place to buy tobacco or anything smoke related the prices are pretty descent as well, the reason for 4 stars is only because if you vape and go to buy juice the juices are 10 feet away from the counter and you can hardly see the names or flavors from that distance plus 70 percent of the juices are names Ive never heard ,the mod and tank selection is real small too I would definitely recommend going to one of the other more knowledgeable vape shops in the area but the smoke shop is fine for cigarettes or other tobacco

Extensive selection from vapes to tobacco needs. Staff very friendly and helpful also, gave a discount. There was two employees one we couldnt understand anything he said and every time we ask a question he would cover his mouth making it even harder to understand maybe he had a cold and was trying not to pass it to is but, was flusterating finally the other employee came and helped us and was very friendly and knowledgeable

My favorite place to buy e liquid juice. Huge merch selection. Friendly guy. Good prices. I always shop here. They literally have just about anything you could be looking for in the store. They have decent prices and more choices of e liquid and lots of varieties of everything they carry. I honestly cant think of another place around here that has as much merch . I always I like to go there because I know they will have something I want and I wont have to go anywhere else. Also the guy is pretty friendly that usually works there and he will let you test out the e liquid Vape juice and gives you good customer service.

Sold me a defective battery for my smok AL85. Told me my battery was bad and I believed them and bought their battery only to get home and the battery they sold me was dead as can be. Will not charge at all. And my old battery was perfectly fine.

Shady place. Sold me merchandise that was very clearly used before me, to the point that the product I bought did not function at all. They are not above selling old, broken merchandise. If there is another smoke shop nearby, Id advise taking your business there.

For any smoke tools/accessories, youre better off going online. Extreme markups of upwards of 40-50% of the actual value. For other vape juice, wraps, etc the value seems to be much better.

This place has decent prices, but they are NEVER open on time. Two times this week I came by 30 mins after they were supposed to be open and no ones here.
