Elegant Massage

I really liked the massage. Was little skeptical when she tried to sell $10 dollar rose oil on top of massage but it turned out to be the best massage I got. She took her time doing massage and covered all the painful areas. I recommend this place to everyone.

I really enjoyed my massage and felt so much better after. Less tension stress and tightness through my entire body. I didn’t have an appointment but they saw me right away and it was much needed!! Very clean, professional, and excellent service and body awareness on the exact muscles and pressure to apply. Will be back!!

I have received many a massage from numerous masseuses. I have been treated by Susan for almost 1 year now.I am on my feet for 12 hours a day, which takes a toll on my legs, feet, and back.Susan provides the best massage I have ever received. She is very attentive to my levels of soreness and discomfort. I highly recommend Susan if you want a great massage.

Susan did an excellent job following my requests to work on certain areas of my body and apply the right amount of pressure. She communicated with me often to confirm that. Wow. I had just finished a massage down the street at Jia Jia with Jenny. Leaving unsatisfied I read reviews for Susan at Elegant Massage, I call and she can see me in 30 mins so I make a 90 min appointment for 830pm. I wait outside until I see customers exit and I walk in at 825. I announce my name and appointment, they acknowledge me and quickly take me back to a room. The lady comes in 5 mins later and starts working on my back. 20 mins into the massage she exits the room. Returns a short while later, letting me know they messed up she is not Susan and she needs to leave for another appointment 😳. I lay there unsure what’s happening. Expected Susan was going to enter and finish but nope. I exit the room, Susan explains that my appointment is over and I owe $45 for the 30 minute massage (which was not even a full 30). I explain I want her to finish the 90 min appointment. They tell me I need to pay for the 30 before I start a new appointment! They get the manager on the phone since nobody speaks English. She just keeps saying come back another day. I ended up paying the 30 min massage for $45 and leaving but wow just wow.

I have had massages literally all over the world and Susan is the best. Because of some injuries I have been going there weekly for over a year. She has the professionalism of a doctor and the concern of a nurse. Her deep tissue massage is therapeutic with out pain and healing with out hurting. Yet you leave feeling relaxed yet energizedThe facility has a soothing ambiance that is clean, sanitary, and safe. Truly a 5 star experience.

Oh well, changing from 5-stars to 2-stars. My mom went back after a great first experience. Unfortunately, she did not get the same person and from what I could tell, no way for her to request the same person. The person she got seemed rather rude and was not good at all. Person did not seem to massage the muscles and since she seemed to weak to give a good strong massage, she used her fingers to press hard and my mom got a headache from it. She says she wont go back. Obviously if she goes back and gets a better massage, then rating may go back up, but she has no desire to go back here.Original: Im not sure how/why but somehow my mom got a real good deal on a great massage, so as long as shes happy, then this must be a good place. She even said this place is better than a smoothie at Smoothie King and she loves her smoothies.

Went here after having some general back and shoulder pains and leg pains from starting running again. Got a great massage that really worked out all of the knots. They have overhead bars setup for ashiatsu technique as well.They do try to upsell you on time while the massage is happening which honestly isnt a big deal. You can always say no and just get the time youve paid for.The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, and quiet which is always what you want in a massage place. The staff are friendly but there is definitely a language barrier.

Great massage and intensity. They need a dedicated person at the front desk. My massage was interrupted 4 times by phone calls. Totally killed the experience. This seems to be an ongoing issue for the last couple of months.

They are open late and always do a masterful job. They have both private and open rooms. Couples massages and even 4 hand massages. It does not differentiate much from your next run of the mill from its presentation but all the employees know what they are doing...and they do it well. Highly recommend for those 9pm or 10pm nights where you just feel broken and need to relax.

Susan does an amazing job at working on losing the tight muscles in my back. I travel 30 minutes every Sunday to get a massage from her.

Dee was my therapist. She was great! Hit all the right spots. This is a clean and respectable place with great vibes. I will be back!

I have been going to Elegant Massage since it opened. Every session has been very relaxing and relives my foot pain.The prices are very reasonable and membership prices are even better. The massage (reflexology, combo, or body) are very professional and really work out the knots.There are many foot spas much closer to me but I choose to drive the distance for the best.

We love going to get reflexology / foot massages and this was THE BEST massage yet! $39 for 70min w reflexology, back massages, and hot stones. FAB deal! All of the ladies were friendly, and the massage pressure was perfect. Highly recommend!!

I wish I could give no stars.I went yesterday for a 60 minute massage, the lady talked me in to a 90 minute massage and then tried to tax me $50.00, and on top of that, she kept leaving the room during my massage. I will never go back!

30mins of my massage was the lady taking phone calls and calling people.I asked for focus on my arms around the elbows, my neck&shoulders. Instead most of the time was my back &glutes. Asked 3x for her to work around my elbows& she did 1 forearm only. Spent the last 15massage watching her watch the clock ☹️ left feeling worse than when I came in

They are really good but need to have someone dedicated at front desk , it’s not the greatest experience when juggling between massage and front desk . Massage is great though

I cannot understand how this place doesn’t have 5 stars!! I’ve been to a ton of foot massage places all over the world - US, China, Hong Kong, UK - and this is probably the best places I’ve been to. Annie is LEGIT! Y’all should really try it. Best price, best massage, great ambience.

RUN, RUN, RUN!!! All they care about is taking your money. They did not honor a coupon they had online. The massage therapist could not understand English and when I asked for anything specific, she had no clue. When I quit after 10 minutes, and cut my losses, they tried to keep my money, and argue with me. All they care about is your money, and went to give it to them, they wont give it back

They are only good if youre a walk in. Ive taken my family of 4 twice with a reservation and they cant manage time or people. They dont understand English very well either. Talk about disappointing because they just say..Sorry Sorry as if its ok theyve wasted your time.Going as a walk in alone you will probably be fine, but they could leave you to answer the phone or door. there are several other places near by the do it right.

Good massage but the masseuse seems to be manning the front desk and massaging. We had to complain a Couple of times. The staff is not proficient in English but they are quite diligent.

I will never go back. They only care about the money. After 40 minutes she asked if I wanted more time. I told her no I only want the hour. She said ok, I will give you 5 more minutes.

I just had a 60 minute massage with Jade - it was one of the best massages I have ever had!! I will be back and booking a 90 min next time.

This place is awesome, professional, and kind. The 30 minute chair massage for $30 is great for those of us on a budget. Thats $30 after tax too!
