I had booked an appointment with Kylee, she is fantastic! She greeted me with a smile, offered me a beverage, and took the time to really look at my hair, thickness and texture, we discussed color and styles, I felt heard and she had great suggestions for blending my grays in, and took time to explain things to me. She is very sweet and thorough, and thoughtful! I love how my hair turned out and have had so many compliments on it! Kylee is phenomenal, I won’t go to anyone else!!Dani gave me a facial that was so relaxing and took years off me, my face looks so bright & young. She is extremely knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my skin and things I can do to care for it.

Excellent service from Lauren! She worked really hard to make sure my hair and makeup trial would be perfect for my wedding!

Jordyn did a great job on my hair! She cut it and gave me some layers and did everything I asked her to do as well as recommending some hairstyles and color options not to mention she was a pleasure to talk to! I went to Buzz and Bliss for the first time today because I was able to get a last minute appointment and the price was fair and location was good. I really liked Jordyn. She did a great job of cutting my hair and was so warm and friendly. It made it easy to talk to her. The salon is large and beautiful and I liked the vibe. I’ll definitely book with Jordyn again!

From start to finish everyone was so enthusiastic and friendly. The receptionist recommended the perfect stylist for our unique needs and the stylist gave us a thorough consultation. She listened carefully to everything we said while constantly having her hands in my teen son’s hair to get a better feel for what it would do. Exceptional customer service- my first appointment at this beautiful salon- they gave me a welcome package with product samplings. Prices are very affordable and reasonable unlike other Ft Collins salons. Bethany was my stylist and she exceeded my wish list. She corrected the prior bad color service and she nailed it. Finally, Ive found someone who can cut curly hair properly, two times in a row, without charging an arm and a leg. I highly recommend trying Buzz & Bliss out, and specifically requesting Angie. Thank you for my second best hair cut in literally years, the first being my initial hair cut there last December.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff is very rude, inflexible, and unable to properly communicate. I had scheduled two appointments, for me and my boyfriend for what I thought would be starting at the same time. When my boyfriend got his haircut, his stylist bluntly pointed out his acne asking well what are you doing about it? in a demeaning tone. I tried to get my haircut there as well, but was declined services after being 25 minutes late when I was assured that my appointment time was the same time as my boyfriends when I scheduled my appointment originally. I was forced to pay a $25 fee because I inconvenienced the hairstylist and owed her for her time over what I thought to be a clerical error with scheduling. This service was the opposite of my experience I had over the phone when scheduling my appointment, and I was very surprised that they had such a rude staff lineup on a busy Saturday. No stylist should ever shame someone for something on their skin, nor blame the client for a mistake made by a previous receptionist.

Had a great first time experience at Buzz and Bliss! After searching for my new foco hair person and having some fails I think I found my spot. Super welcoming and Lauren did great on my hair.

Please, do not be fooled by this places reviews. This place has a lack of customer service and does not offer customer satisfaction.I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for this Saturday for hair cut and full head highlights from 9:15-12:15 with Kylee. The first thing she told me was that I have a lot of hair, which is not true because my hair is thin. Does she expect people to go bald to the hair salon? She also said that she didn’t have time to do highlights and hair cut. I did not understand why she didn’t have time when the menu on the website says it takes 3 hours, how could she have told me that she did not have time? She also mentioned that if she did highlights, I would still have my gray hair because my appointment was just highlights and hair cut. In all of my experience of doing my hair, I have gotten a base layer for roots and then highlights, apparently Kylee works differently. She was not welcoming and seemed as if she did not want to be there. The owner later came over upon hearing the discussion and talked to Kylee separately. Kylee comes back telling me that she will do my hair but for a higher cost of $380. Money is not the issue, her attitude and her customer service are the issue. I was super surprised that even with the owner hearing all of this, she did not offer any solution. The only option that the owner offered was Kylee doing my hair but after all of this, of course I would not want her service at all. I am not the type of person to write reviews and much less about something negative, however after so much anticipation for this appointment since my birthday is coming up and I have finished my medical treatment, which means I can now do my hair, Buzz and Bliss in less than 10 minutes destroyed that excitement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, THEY ARE RUDE.

Bethany was great! She took time to listen to what I wanted, and my hair came out beautiful! I loved chatting with her during the styling and will definitely ask for her when I come back.

Anna, filling in for Natasha who is on maternity leave, did an outstanding job and was a delight to talk to. I am a loyal Natasha client, but as long as Natasha isnt available, I have no qualms having Anna fill in. Both are superstars in my book.

Very rude people. Lack of professionalism. Terrible communication skills. There is no guarantee for customer satisfaction. On the contrary, the customer leaves disappointed, like myself, when a hair salon should have their customers leaving happy and confident. Surprisingly odd how they have 4.9 stars but are so unprofessional ?🤔 After reading the negative reviews this place has I’ve noticed a common factor of the worker “not having time”. And the responses this place gives back to the negative reviews are defensive and arrogant instead of humble and offer solutions or even an apology. They do not admit to their faults and most likely will give me a defensive response back as well. I’m wondering if those all of those good reviews are fake or not…

Buzz & Bliss Salon is a treasure. I found this salon while needing a fancy style for my bridal dress shopping to get an idea of how I want to look for my big day. Brecken was not only excellent to work with, she made me feel comfortable and beautiful with her work. I loved how my hair turned out! Definitely will return.

Anna was really flexible and listened to what I wanted as far as haircut goes. She is really that good and this place has a nice environment with helpful people. She trimmed neckline, Mustache, sideburns, etc. it was under $40 and I recommend this place unequivocally.

Natasha is awesome! She easily interpreted my needs during the consultation, was open to my feedback during the cut, and executed to perfection! She also has a great touch at the shampoo bowl so don’t skip the shampoo/scalp massage! In addition, she took me as an unscheduled last minute client (trim on a growing out pixie) when she didn’t have to. I’m so glad she did because I found my new go-to!

Natasha was great! She colored my hair the most beautiful auburn with vibrant red-violet undertones. It looks magical in the sun! She also did a lovely job with the cut, giving me lots of shaggy layers like I requested and even offered to touch it up over the next few days if needed. And she used a deep conditioning treatment while washing that made my hair the softest and shiniest it’s been in years. Will be back!

Fortunately she was able to even out my choppy cuts and blend my layers into a beautiful face framing hair cut, without having to take off all of my length. Ashley R provides beautiful cuts and color -- I have gone to her many times. Im a 44 year old professional who travels often for work and wants to look chic and put together. I have fine hair that has been damaged from bleach and Ashley restores it, always giving it shine, luster and real style. Recently, a stylish woman in Chicago commented on how well my hair framed my face while I was checking into my hotel. In addition, my boyfriend who claims to have never dated a woman with short hair (until me) even compliments my hair all the time, all thanks to Ashleys cuts and color. Thank you, Ashley!

My second cut at this salon and once again Bethany did an amazing job. She takes her time with difficult styles and gives top notch customer service.

John and his team provides in my opinion some of the best fades and services in the northern Colorado region.I have been going to see him for almost 4 years and never have gone anywhere else! Man has never given me a bad haircut and his business is amazing in so many other departments would recommend haircut, massages, hair replacement think he really has it all for a Great “Buzz and Bliss”

Grew my hair out for a year and a half before getting most of it cut here. Anna cut my hair, was absolutely wonderful and took great care with the hair that I was donating. Will be back!

Buzz and Bliss and its staff are amazing! I have been going their since they opened their doors more than a decade ago. I first started with John and massage and found my amazing forever hairdresser, Ashley. However, I love all their staff. From all the receptionists to all of the service technicians. I know that when I go to get any service done, I dont have to worry, because the staff are up to date with all the latest and greatest and they are absolutely some of the sweetest and nicest people I know. So it is always a great experience!

I got the back of my head shaved and my eyebrows waxed by Angie and was very happy with the outcome- as always. Angie is so awesome- cheerful and great at her job. The staff is all nice and the shop is inviting. I will definitely back!

Angie cut and styled my hair on 4/20. I hadn’t had a cut in quite a while and she gave me exactly what I was looking for! I feel like an entirely new person. My hair is so fun and fresh. I have already gotten so many compliments. I cannot wait to come back and see her again. Highly recommend the services here. I have always been the kind of person to delay haircuts, or stick to the same styles for years due to anxiety. I will be coming in frequently from now on to change things up.

Amazing facial today from Dani, who is not only a super experienced, talented esthetician, but wonderfully sweet to talk to. Great products for skin care and hair!! Its hard to tell from the street how beautifully open and large this salon and spa is, but definitely to notch!

We tried Buzz and Bliss with good results! Brecken was my daughters stylist. She has a pretty basic cut, but she was pleased with the results. Prices were on par or less than what Ive paid elsewhere for a womans cut & blow-out. Front reception was great as well.

Shawna was absolutely wonderful! From the hair wash to the conversation I was blown away. More often than not I dread getting my hair cut, but this was an experience I’m very thankful for. I highly recommend!

This was my 2nd time getting a Facial Extraordinaire with Dani, and both times were awesome! My face glows for several days afterwards, and my skin feels so much better. Shes very professional, and easy to talk with during the process if you so choose. Everything feels and smell amazing, and the bonus neck/shoulder/arm massages top the experience off nicely. What a relaxing treat!

I would highly recommend John for your next massage! I had a gift card for a full body 90 minute massage and John was incredible. He was very professional, friendly, warm, and made me feel very comfortable. He invited feedback, adjusted pressure and made sure I was well-situated. I was able to fully relax and left feeling at ease and refreshed. This was by far the best massage I have ever had. I will definitely come back to John for my next massage.

I had a hair appointment with Naomi this past Saturday, and she was fantastic! I got a cut and a style, and was really happy with the results of both. I dont cut my hair often and I have these dense banana curls that almost dread themselves. It was really nice to find a cut and stylist that worked so well with me. Naomi was super nice, professional and friendly, as well as everyone else at the salon. The person that checked me in offered a cup of citrus water, and another hair stylist that walked by brought up a new product they had just gotten in (it was a thermal protector which was really considerate since at that moment I was getting a blow out before getting my hair styled). The atmosphere is great, this place is really a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. It feels really spacious, clean and taken care of. I have not been to the spa yet, but I will definitely be coming back. Thank you ladies!!

I just had my third haircut with Ashley. For the first one, she had to deal with hair that was long overdue for a cut, thanks to my long-time stylist retiring, my procrastination about finding someone new, and then the pandemic. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, and she did an amazing job. My hair is exactly how I like it. As it grows out between cuts it keeps a nice shape. Each appointment has been right on time. Im satisfied that they are keeping things as sanitary as possible, checking temperatures as you walk in, wiping down surfaces when you leave. All in all, a very pleasant experience, highly recommended.

I have been coming here to have my hair done (highlights and cut) for almost two years now. I have seen three different stylists and have been extremely happy with all of them. My main stylist is Christi, who has done an amazing job highlighting and styling. I received so many compliments on my shorter hair with new fringe after my latest appointment. Cannot recommend her enough! Reception is friendly, booking appointments is easy, rates are not too pricey, quality of products and service is great, and you will often receive coupons for products and services.

John is awesome! I got my haircut and then the next day decided I wanted it cut shorter. John had always told me if I wasn’t fully satisfied with my cut to come back and he would take care of me. I took him up on his offer and the cut was the perfect length! I am very happy with his service.

I called here and explained my mother had a stroke recently and the woman on the phone made it sound like she picked someone special for my mom.. when we arrived no one greeted us, which was flag number one, stylist was late and said nothing about it. During the original call we talked about color correction and cut, and ball parked a price. Well from the moment my mom sat down they were racking up her bill, she was charged color correction for the entire amount of time she was there, so her cut, wash, talking. Of course it was over a 100 over what was ball parked on the phone. If you care about your old people steer them away from here. And yes, I did give them another chance with my mom and they were just as top notch the second time, no greeting and up sold her every product they could.I definitely a bought lesson here. Learn from me.

I was so lucky to find Buzz & Bliss. Kristin is the best stylist Ive ever had. She really knows what she is doing. If you need help choosing a cut, she will give you suggestions. If you bring in a photo of a complicated cut, she will duplicate it perfectly. I have really thick hair and she is so good at thinning it out and making it look awesome. I hope she never leaves Buzz & Bliss or I might just have to follow her to wherever she goes! Ive been going to Buzz & Bliss for about 5 years now and everyone is always very nice. They offer you a drink while you are waiting for your appointment. I have also been in once for a massage and the guy was great! It was very relaxing and he was very skilled and professional. I cant remember the therapists name, but I think there are only two working there and one is a female. Anyway, Buzz & Bliss is awesome!

I let my hair grow for 1.5 years and finally got a trim to clean up the ends. Angie was fantastic, friendly, and gave me some advice on how I should deal with my now-long hair. I felt the price was a great value for the trim and service I received. I will definitely come back.

I started going to Kimberly YEARS ago, and when she moved to Buzz and Bliss, I moved with her. I have always appreciated the atmosphere at the salon and spa - easy, calm, low-key and restful. Ive been in salons that felt institutional or were so loud you could barely hear yourself think. Buzz and Bliss is...smooth to the spirit. They are so good at remembering a name and face that it makes one feel very much at home. And I will brag on Kimberly just a bit - her skills are unbelievable. I have never left without being confident that the cut she gave me will be easy to work with, will grow out well, and will look FABULOUS. All in all, the salon is a very positive experience, and I would recommend it highly.

I was referred to Patricia at Buzz and Bliss several years ago by a work colleague. Since then, Patricia has been styling my hair and I am very pleased with her work. I have fine (limp) hair that is difficult to get to look good. Patricia does a fantastic job coloring (a specialty of hers) and cutting my hair. She is responsive to input and makes adjustments based on my feedback. I give her the highest recommendation. I like the staff at Buzz and Bliss also. They are friendly and welcoming. This is a nice place to relax and be pampered!

Im not sure how this salon has so many positive reviews. This salon turned my hair orange, after the stylist told me halfway through the appointment that she didnt have time to do the style that I wanted (after she had lightened half of my hair). Rather than fixing it properly, she covered it up enough that I left the salon, only for it to flake off and be back to the orange color the next day. Called the salon, spoke to the front desk, and received no response back. Got called a scammer by the owner in a completely unprofessional response on the BBB. Beware that this establishment does not stand by its product and makes no attempts to make their mistakes right, and the owner is a very unprofessional person who insults people rather than trying to do the right thing.

Not only is John a friend, but he is a brother, a trustworthy, and amazing barber that the Lord has blessed him with a gift. If anyone reads this post, and is looking for a place to get a hair cut, I highly recommend going to this hair salon.

Took my daughter to get her hair dyed. They were friendly throughout the time we were there. Making sure he were always good or if we needed any water. Very pleased with how well the color turned out and even topped it off with curling the hair. They say you get what you pay for, but here it felt like we got more than what we paid for. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend Buzz & Bliss to friends and family.

I love getting my hair cut here! Lovely atmosphere and great employees. I always leave with a great haircut!UPDATE:I finally ran into a stylist that kind of butchered my hair :(. I explained that I am trying to grow my hair out and for some reason all she did was thin the hell out of it. I have very fine hair so this really messed it up. The picture I am posting shows just ONE of these super short pieces that are now mixed in with my long hair and I am really upset by it. My hair is thick on top and very scraggly down at the bottom from all the thinning. Its taken me so long to grow and now I feel like I have to cut it off. Angie was nice but I would NOT recommend her and I will never let her near my hair again.

I got a balayage done by Brecken and she did absolutely FANTASTIC! I came in having box dyed my hair black and red, which is just the worst possible combo and is a nightmare for a hairdresser to try and fix. Brecken took on the challenge and gave me better results than I could have hoped for! In addition to being a fantastic hairdresser, she was super outgoing and we had great conversations! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair done!

Ive been super impressed with Buzz and Bliss - from Kristies efficient and gentle hair cut (get the deep conditioning add-on, my hair is like silk), to Rachels delicious berry chocolate facial, and Jonathans highly-skilled and relaxing massage. I highly recommend this place - Ill be getting a massage membership thats for sure. Friendly and welcoming staff, with a warren of serene treatment rooms.

My stylist is one that I return to on a regular basis. She is quick and talented. What impresses me most is her proficiency and her ability to work directly to a solution. Regarding the establishment, I have been to places where the equipment is poor/broken, the flow of service is not comfortable. B&B is certainly nowhere in that category, when you walk in you know that this is their specialty. Everything is clean, professional, and up-to-date. Some places seem more catered to women, however the feel walking in to B&B is not overtly feminine. The focus is more on their specialty, what they do best.

I’ve been going to Andrea for my hair for over 2 1/2 years now. She’s amazing! I cannot thank her enough for always taking care of my hair and keeping it healthy too! She is beyond talented with my blonde hair! Which if you have blonde hair you know what I’m talking about! At the recommendation of a friend, I scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage with John. I didn’t have a specific complaint going in, but knew I needed a lot of work from the years of sports, running, and lifting. John is an absolute magician. I knew my legs were tight going in, but I didn’t realize just how bad they were. John is very personable and talked about all the options we have to work through my mobility and tightness concerns. I walked out with my body feeling better than have in a long time. Already looking forward toy my next session and continued improvements.

I cant say enough good about Buzz and Bliss. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. John, one of the massage therapists, has helped me through various physical ailments and is tops if relaxation is your massage goal. Dani, one of the aestheticians, has been very instrumental in helping me deal with the inevitable aging process and in recommending the right products for my skin. The salon caries only the finest in hair and body products and the technicians are spot-on with their recommendations. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

John is the best barber I have ever had cut my hair. Not only are his cuts the best that have ever been coifed upon my head, he also happens to be really cool and fun to talk to. I had to move out of state, and I seriously grieved not being able to get my hair cut by him. Give him and Lauren ALL of your business. You will not regret it.

John Petersen knocks it out of the park again with an amazing massage at my end of January Saturday appointment at Buzz & Bliss. The ends of the month are always stressful at my workplace, and while I love my job I was very much looking forward to a relaxing 90-minute massage from the best CMT in northern Colorado. I think I have been getting work done by John for about ten years or so at this point but I havent written a review recently for him; this visit prompted me to do so. As ever, attentive, courteous, and highly professional, John is an excellent massage therapist with a clear love and passion for his craft that he executes perfectly every time I book an appointment with him -- and Im sure with all of his clients. I dont know that I can speak highly enough of this mans work, but I have been going to Buzz & Bliss for the express purpose of massage with John for at least a decade so I think that that probably speaks for itself. I have had maybe 2 massages from others during that time. I love Buss & Bliss, I am excited to see the changes as they continue to transpire under the new ownership and Im already looking forward to my next massage.
