Yall this place is seriously the best. They stopped manufacturing my favorite brand of juice and it’s been impossible to find. I mentioned this to the worker last time I was in the store, and when I came in this time he was able to somehow acquire my juice for me! You literally will not find a shop that cares more about their customers!!

This is such a great shop! They have a wide selection of disposable vapes, and juices at varying strengths at a great price and the staff is super helpful & knowledgeable. Van was super helpful tonight! I broke my glass piece on my tank, and the type I have is hard to find a replacement. But he made sure that I left with a fixed tank! Not only that he informed me on better juices to use and how to clean my tank. Don’t snooze on this location just be a it’s hidden. Great service and they are fully stocked on juice brands.

This is my favorite vape shop in Fort Collins. The bulk deals are great and they have punch cards with a great deal as well. The staff is friendly and very educated with the products, they will help you to make the best decision for your needs. I also like that they recycle old devices and let you try some of the disposable vapes in shop. If you are looking for a smoke shop this is the place to go.

This place has been my go to since I moved here in the middle of the year. Last night I went in and Makenzie (sp?) helped me. I was searching for a new pod that went with my vape since my old one got worn down. She searched high and low and even went out of her way to contact her manager to make 10000 % sure they didn’t have any. Her manager then stated he would special order the pods for my vape since they didn’t have any. I will always go to them for my juices and other vape accessories! All around excellent service!

Honestly one of the kindest shops around. After shopping around this one has and will remain my favorite. I had gone in to get a disposable and a couple other things and I believe the it was Abe who assisted me. They were so friendly and I could tell that they had joy being there. I was offered a free product that the shop is considering adding to their stock and not only that, it is a great product. Not only did it help me relax after a very stressful day at work but as an artist it allowed me to take the time and work. I would say this products worth it, it’s something that I would definitely continue purchasing in the future if it were to be on their shelves. ✌🏽

Best shop in northern colorado. Went in here not really knowing what I wanted, and pretty inexperienced... I was helped by the owner who was extremely nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! He didnt try to rip me off, or sell me the most expensive thing there, instead he showed me exactly what I wanted and ave me his opinion which was nice to hear. Definitely going back to this place in the future very friendly environment!

Ty was incredible help today, over the phone and in store! Super informative and helpful with finding me the right 18650 batteries at an exceptional price point. Not to mention their juices (Vape Colorado brand) are some of the best juices Ive had the pleasure to try. Huge props to Ty again, definitely my go-to store.

When I lived in Fort Collins, Id always come here to get juices, coils, etcetera. I recently went back to this location because the USB port on my vape wasnt taking a charge so I thought Id have to get a new mod. When I went in and explained what was happening, the guy at the counter didnt try to sell me on a new $100 mod but rather a $15 battery charger and I gotta say, this thing works amazingly. I can now go 2-3 days between charging my batteries whereas before, I couldnt go one day. These guys are the best.

The level of customer service i experienced after having spoken with a customer representative was astounding I originally thought Vape Colorado didnt much care about there customers after a purchase been made. I was severely wrong in this thought. After the most recent experience with the folks at Vape Colorado i strongly feel that there level of customer care exceeds the previous notion i had and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

My visit was great! Even though they were out of what I originally wanted, the gentleman there was very helpful in getting me a different device that is just as good. Plus helpful in picking a new juice flavor, that could be a new ADV! I enjoy vaping very much so to the point that I use pods/ tanks/ RDA’s/ squonkers/ build my own coils/ mix my own juice flavors(I buy new flavors to get their profile then mix that flavor profile till I hit the mark. As you can see it’s a hobby for someone that’s disabled & gives me a satisfaction when I can do these things myself & when I can pass it on to someone else. That’s what life is GIVE BACK what’s been GIVEN to YOU!

Fantastic shop. The customer service was top notch. One of my pieces was leaking a bit, I brought it in and he instantly exchanged a part and fixed the problem. I have been a non smoker for over a year now, and I would like to say that this store(and Abe) are a big contributing factor for that. My wife and I visited over a year ago and we werent treated as outsiders or as though we walked into a private clubhouse. We were greeted with a welcome and Abe took the time to explain all the products including the different nic levels in the various juices.I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of quitting smoking to visit this shop first!

Work with Van hes the master technician of vapes. Thought Id have to get a new mod but he tested my vape in 4 different ways and found the problem.

Only shop in town with the Orion plus, pods, and coils. Friendly great service. Wish they had the purple Orion plus in stock but cant have everything, overall satisfied customer.

Was in there one day with my husband and his service dog. Some guy walked in with his 2 dogs off a leash and almost attacked our service dog. Was very unprofessional and there is such thing as a leash law. Especially out in a public place like that. They guy had to pick up one of his dogs and carry it away and someone else had to grab his other dog. Very upset with what happened

While on vacation, we broke our charger to our pen. We saw this shop and arrived right when Abe was getting ready to close. I went in after hearing about a possible flavor ban on the news. I wanted to get a vape device and start stocking up like crazy on fluids. I came from a JUUL after JUUL made it difficult to purchase from their own website. I cannot recommend these guys at Vape Colorado enough. Every trip there is great! I went with the nautilus mini tank with the v1 spinner battery. Got a great deal on this mid/higher end setup. Their high grade e-juice is buy two get one free. An excellent deal. My favorite is the 18mg tobacco leaf. I havent smoke a cigarette since! I smoked a pack or two a day for 16 years. Vaping is a great alternative for quitting. Worst vape store for disposables, bought one that didn’t work at all and they don’t do exchanges there. He gave me 50% off so I bought another one. In two days I bought 3 disposable bales that taste disgusting, sad day.
