The customer service Saturday July 27 in the afternoon was pretty dry. I feel welcome by the time I went in before that was Was great the customer service maybe he’s having a bad day I don’t know

There are 4 campus cash coupons when asked they said no so missed out on saving $ also don’t like the taste of this at all and one vape was 28$!! Too much and lack of knowledge also so costs more. Staff is nice but quality and price ate way off!

This is absolutely my favorite vape shop in Fort Collins, so much that I will drive 18 minutes and past 4 closer stores to get to it. The staff people are always friendly, knowledgeable, fantastically chill but also maintain the upmost professionalism. They have a huge selection of stuff for folks like my husband who like to change it up, but also for folks like me who like to keep it simple or the same. AND they keep vaping gear that utilizes glass tanks. I prefer glass over plastic, to each their own, in my opinion a glass tank is by far superior. It’s good to know there is a store I can find what I prefer. I love them so much that one day I plan on bringing cupcakes just to say “thank you.”

I didn’t appreciate being chided for taking my wife’s phone call by the rude twelve-year-old clerk. There may be a lot of minors in a college town to look out for, but policing and being suspicious of your customers like that off the bat is bad business. I won’t be returning, these people apparently think they’re the phone police.

Really cool place. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They will also talk to you about gaming if youre interested in that. They have a massive selection of juices, which is awesome and overwhelming all in one (which is a plus). If you need coils, they probably have them. I think overall they would cover any needs you may have concerning vaping hardware. They also have a rewards program which is pretty awesome and not common at vape shops. I would definitely say this is the best shop in the area and I would recommend going here for your vaping needs!

Come here all the time. Came in again Sunday Oct 15th. I needed a new mod cause the last one died. I did like my previous mod even though it died pretty quickly and went for the same one. However, seems it was discontinued and they didn’t have it in stock anymore. It may be the owner I think, but he discounted the mod by about $10 bucks at checkout, as he said that was the price when talking about it. I don’t think I showed enough appreciation in the moment because I was dealing with some really rough personal stuff at the moment and just wanted to run and be out of there. But I just wanted to say thank you again and it really did mean a lot for that extra little bit of discount. Great service and great people.

Its always worth the drive down from Cheyenne to be greeted by a friendly, personable staff member who helps me pick out a good device, makes phenomenal juice & flavor suggestions, and really just makes me feel welcome! Favorite vape shop in Fort Collins! I’ve been coming here for 6 months and my latest impression was as good as my first. They have a big variety of mods, and make their own juice in-house. I’m a big fan of vape shops that do this, especially places like VaporCore who have put some thought into their flavors and will work with your input to help get you the best taste with whatever mod you’re using. Today, I came in for juice and mentioned that I had some trouble vaping their standard 80-20 VG-PG ratio and they offered to change it to a 70-30 ratio to make it easier for my small pre-built coils. I thought that was super helpful. Give these guys a shot!

Nice staff. Could not believe the price difference on a 5000 lost marry. One love is almost 10$ cheaper. Wish I could afford to do business here. With soooo many of these shops popping up you would think prices would be competitive. A pack of smokes is within a couple dollars from store to store. Bummer

This is a fantastic place if youd like to select from a HUGE variety of vapes, juices, and more. Stephen, the manager of VaporCore in Fort Collins, is frequently on the premises and is a genuinely kind, caring person who truly wants to help you find whatever you need to start or continue vaping, and the entire staff is the exact same way. They are incredibly knowledgeable about vaping and vape devices, juices, accessories and the like. Im really grateful that I live close to this place, but I would shop here even if I lived on the other side of town...and I dont have a car, I bike everywhere. This is the best vape shop in Fort Collins by far and I cant recommend it highly enough. Incredible staff and a huge variety of excellent products. I love this place.

Worker used my free juice reward on discounted juice instead of a full price juice, and overcharged me on a coil. Definitely recommend any other vape shop in town, as VaporCore doesn’t appreciate long-standing customers or competitive pricing.

The rewards are amazing and the employees are even better! I feel welcomed whenever I come in. Because of how often I shop here, I was able to get a free Premium juice! If enough people reported the bad reviews of this place, their ratings would go up because Google would remove them. Couldnt see any reason to why someone would 1 star other than mask mandates... which stores are obligated to follow. Every single employee at this shop are incredibly friendly people. Add the rewards and theyre even better.

Today was my third time in Vapor Core so it’s safe to say I won’t be going anywhere else. For starters, it’s an actual vape store with a huge selection. There’s a small section of kratom and CBD but it’s not like other stores with a head shop section that overtakes everything with cheap Chinese glass and blunt wraps. Everyone who works there is very knowledgable, easy to talk to and have great recommendations. I went from disposables to a Vaporesso XROS 3 and it’s been well worth it. The parking situation can suck at times but that’s my only critique.

Great customer service! I loved it! They have great prices on coils (I think its $13 for a three-pack of Smok cloud beast king coils), they mix juices in-house, and they have a 7 day half-full return policy on their custom juices. The only complaint I have is that their juice prices are high.They also have a cool mural in the bathroom.

Ive always gone here because its close. Lately, it seems like theres been some changing staff and such so my last rating regarding the store has changed! Im back to loving this place again and wanting to go there all the time.These guys went above and beyond to help me when I was in an apartment fire. I have the highest regard for everyone who works there!

If I could rate them as a 0, I would! Worst experience I’ve EVER had in ANY Vape store, HANDS DOWN! Guys had an attitude and told me I had to watch what I said “ because the cameras have audio and this is your last warning too!” (Watch what I said simply because I was referring to my fiancé who came in a week earlier) “you could get our store shut down, I don’t make the rules! This is your last warning!!!” Terrible experience, terrible customer service, the guys were RUDE, cocky, had an attitude, and made me feel attacked.AVOID GOING HERE AT ALL COST!! 0 stars!!!

Friendly and knowledgable staff, but extremely bad house juice...Went there with my girlfriend to get a new tank, and Noah and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and nice. She ended up buying a new mod and the Baby Beast tank for it, and with the purchase they offered a free 30ml of their house juice. Noah mixed her a juice she really liked. A week later she returned to get a 100ml of the same juice, and the female employee mixed something that immediately tasted burnt. After I changed her coil 3 separate times, we came to the conclusion that it was the juice. I went in today to exchange the juice, and was told by Brandon that they dont honor the 7-day policy on the 100ml size, only 50ml and less. After explaining to him the situation, he offered to exchange it and mixed a new 100ml and tried to replicate what Noah made. Because he was so nice and seemed to know what he was doing, I bought a 50ml bottle of his own mixture as well. Unfortunately, that didnt fix the problem, her juice as well as mine tasted awful, burnt and like chemicals, even after shaking it a lot. I went to change her coil and broke the glass around the tank, so went back in, and they offered a free replacement and bought some different coils for both of our tanks to see if that was the problem, but it only made it EXTREMELY clear that the juice was the problem.Overall, their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. but their house juice, after the first free 30ml bottle, tasted absolutely awful. Now we are both stuck with a lot of juice that we cant even use.

I’ve been going here for about a year. The staff has helped me so much with technical problems and troubleshooting with my mod. Avery in particular is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. However, everyone at Vapor Core is great. The prices are more than buying products online, but I would rather go into Vapor Core because of the customer service and staff. The selection is also great and the staff will help you find the juice and products that will work best for your needs. Vapor Core is my go to place.

Just gonna be straight, I love this store. I have wrote reviews for other places and still mean them but in comparison to the other stores these guys take it home. Great home brews, more than enough selection to make your mouth water, and the knowledge to help you understand your needs in vaping. Keep up the good work Vaporcore.

Ive always had a good time coming in. Plenty of choices, knowledgeable staff, and daily discounts. Ive found some of my favorites through employee advice, and an employee named Austin even helped me save cash with discounts I didnt know I had.Always worth the trip.

Shall I give my honest opinion here? Sure, this shop has a pretty good selection. But thats really about it. This place has an overwhelming feeling of immaturity, from the inappropriate slurs based on customers, to one employee yelling at me and other customers about false FDA regulations. Im fully well aware of the strict FDA regulations, but yelling falsehoods doesnt make it right. The juice is on its own level of basic. The flavors are never consistent and based wholly on how my juice makers nose is feeling that day. Id love to shop here, but I simply cant.

I don’t know this guys name and I don’t know if he is new but he refused my service because I have my daughter, you can ask anyone else and they have seen me with my daughter multiple times and because she can’t stand or walk she can’t stand outside or be alone out there so they just don’t vape while she’s in there with me. After me leaving I saw him hit his vape, sure seems like he deliberately refused me just so he can continue to vape. Other than this specific employee this is a great business with great customer service.

I absolutely love going to Vaporcore. Not only are the staff members extremely nice and helpful in finding delicious flavors, but this shop has a ton of different flavors and companies that great flavors that guests can choose from. I highly recommend the shop for anyone looking for juice for their Vapes as this shop has everything you could possibly want for vape juice. I am a loyal customer now ever since finding this shop.

Went here yesterday knowing absolutely NOTHING about a product i was looking to buy. Guys here were great and helped me substantially. The owner helped us out, which i was impressed by. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and great prices. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I use this store for all my vape needs. The crew is friendly and can blend some really good house blends. The store itself is clean and well organized. They offer a large assortment of name brand vapes. They have a good selection of value mods, and build your owns. If you use their 5 Star benefits you can earn free house blends and other merchandise.

Decided to take quitting smoking seriously so on a reference I went to VaporCore, they set me up with a solid Rig, good juice and a fair discount for my first time, what made it a great experience is I acted as if I were ill knowledgeable about vaping to see if they would try to up sell me for profit but Devin kept it simple and answered all questions I had with full honesty and even some info I didnt know, he also kept me in the range of what I was looking for without shooting solely to profit from me. Ill certainly be a return customer! The music in store was also on point!

Went in to the fort collins location this evening to pick up replacement coils for my aspire breeze, I came in and there were at least 2 members of staff in the front room, neither acknowledged me whatsoever, while one was assisting customers which I can understand, the other was literally just standing behind the bar, no greeting, no smile, nothing, when the first employee in question finished with his customers, I waited because I was next in line, nope this guy walked right across the shop without so much as looking in my direction, and joined the other employee behind the bar, after I had been in the shop for 10 minutes without so much as a hello, I was getting ready to leave when finally someone came out from the back and asked if I had been helped. Shoddy customer service, which is truly upsetting for me because I really do like this shop. However after this evening its unlikely that Ill be returning.

My favorite vape store, make their own in house juice and they are really good at customizing flavors to your liking. Great prices and usually always have a sale of some sort. I know for sure they have top it off Tuesday every week which is some discount. Also sign up for their 5 Star rewards to get constant discounts

2 years ago I had this place listed as a zero because of their selection and product availability. After giving them a few other chances the helpful dudes on staff really stepped up their game. Its now my number one spot for selection and price

I was kicked out with a service dog because the boss says no dogs, not even a service animal ( I had my doctors note on me, I have lupus ).That was illegal .. the guys at the counter were nice and said the boss said no.

Katelyn ruined my entire experience here. I went to a different store because of her. You should find better employees as she has very bad and awkward customer service skills. She is losing your company business and I am advising my numerous amount of local vaping friends to discontinue going to this establishment specifically because of her.

Love these guys, theyve put up with endless questions from me since I started vaping and building RDAs. Their pricing is extremely competitive for a retail location, and their points system is even better. Make this your one stop shop, they even have a wide variety of premade coils if youre building!!!

Every time I go in Im greated by the most knowledgeable and kindest people. They always go the extra mile to ensure I had a good visit. They have a great selection of hardware and flavors (both house and premium). I would highly recomend them over any shop near or far. They always get it right and they always work towards making each visit worthwhile. Again, I highly reccomend them. Reguardless if youre familiar with your devices or not, they have the expertise to get you everything you need.

Tons of selection and in house juices are not too bad! As vaping evolves I believe its services should be as well. This store has big potential but with the lack of product knowledge and poor customer service Im sure it could be doing better.

Excellent customer service even though COVID. Very respectful of social distancing, and a very clean shop! If they don’t have your favorite flavor their mixologist will mix you up something super tasty! I have had three different house mixes and they have all been solid! Definitely better than your “Mr.Naked Dust” name brands. Go support this shop for your vape needs!! Highly recommended!

These guys have a good understanding of the tech and the juices. Best in house juices Ive had in town, and they have some great flavors. They also have a replacement system if you dont like the inhouse juice (some other stipulations, but theyre the only place I know of that offers at all). Just tried melon machinegun and cyberpunk. Mellon has a hard hitting melon flavor that surely wont dull over the next day or so like other melon flavors Ive tried, and cyberpunk tastes really close to one of my favorite premium flavors, dewberry by Kilo vape.They also have a rewards system with great deals, that are relatively easy to achieve compared to other rewards programs.

Fist time in and was highly impressed ! They mixed what I wanted in front of me and at no extra cost. The prices are fantastic and the staff is extremely friendly and respectful. The one who helped me was Ryan and because of him I have found a new vape shop !!!! Thank you so much guys !!!

This store is the 2nd vape shop ive been to since ive moved to Colorado, and i have to start with the service, the service was AWESOME! and their product ( juices, mods, tanks, coils) were all great as well! the store was very clean and the shelves were the juice sat were very clean also, the selections they had for juice, seemed like it never ended! then if you have a favorite flavor they also make juices in house!, so really this is my favorite vape shop by far here in CO, i will be returning and i will be suggesting this business as well!

Fair prices, not great customer service. I would have liked to try my vape and juice before buying it. Thankfully I can take the juice back since I asked of menthol and cant taste it at all. Feel like they didnt really listen to me, just trying to get me to leave as quick as they could.

Good place. Good selection of premium juives. very friendly staff. Not very knowledgeable about hard core vaping.. at least the ones I have talked to. Good selection of hardware though slightly pricey (as is everything in foco) but fairly priced.They have a great 5 star reward program. The house juices are not pre steeped.

I came here because the vape store I always go to was closed and Ive never been hear so I was looking around and there was only one other customers in there and the guy behind the counter says are you going to buy something or just waste my time. For one I was just looking like the other guy and when I did find a juice I liked he rings it up throws it into the bag and stared at me. Work on your customer service A Hole. If I could give no stars I would. Thats why Ill stick to Colorado Vapors!

Moved back from Pueblo to Fort Collins. Ryan and his Team are super. I can no longer get the liquid I have Vaped for over 4 years, Ryan and the guys helped me out so much .. Great Team and Great Prices. Thanks to you all at Vapor Core. Update.... Last time I was in the Fort Collins store costumers requested flavors that Ryan could not make due to the fact that he was out of the flavors to mix them. You all need to make sure he has the products to make the flavors. That was a down fall for your retail ! You can not make what your not supplied. Only con I have seen so far.

They NEVER have any pods you want in stock. I went there because its in my neighborhood. Juices are at least 5 bucks higher than else where. So,I finally asked one of the employees about the pod situation. He feeds me with,well we buy the real stuff from manufacturers and it takes a bit, other stores are ordering fake stuff from China. . I believe this guy. I buy a pod. Bs with them then leave. In my car I look on the box of pod and MADE IN CHINA!! LIARS. dont give these swindlers your money.

I like the idea of custom juice, although its expensive, knowing the cost of the raw materials.Mods are overpriced, I would rather order online and wait for few days to save at least 50%.Staff are very helpful.

I’m not sure how the store plans on staying in business.?!! Even with ‘curbside pick up , ‘ they’re not willing to help me find the right atomizer for my Vape. I am not a big fan of leaving bad reviews , however, this store has never impressed me. The Employees are not helpful and can actually be quite rude. I’ll be giving another store my business for now on.

I had a fantastic time today, the customer service and friendliness of the staff is by far the best Ive ever experienced, one of the girls took time to explain how they create your own juice for you and even had recommendations that fit exactly what I wanted.

After coming here I dont want to go to any other vape shops. This place is every Vapors dream. You can create your own juice with their massive selection of juice to choose from, one of the guys there said if you bring him a drink he can re create it by deconstructing the drink and making it into vape juice. This place is awesome the staff is nice and respectful and their prices are amazing! I just bought a 50ml for $25 bucks! And you can customize the VG/PG ratio and as well you nicotine level. And if you dont like the juice you made you can return it and recreate a new juice (as long as the bottle is 3/4th of the way full). Pretty much if you vape go to Vapor Core they are the best. Ive never found a good vape shop in FOCO until this place. They are amazing! I highly recommend going here.

Great vape shop. I always get great recommendations when I am looking new flavors to try. The points system is a great way to get a free bottle of juice occasionally as well.

Update for 10/16/18:My mixologist today was Zee! God bless, so kind and so helpful I cant even believe it! This place truely values and appreciates the customer. As long as VaporCore exists Im coming to them for my supplies.First visit:The staff was cool and knowledgeable. They can make what ever flavor you are into there in front of you with nicotine levels youd prefer. Theyve got % off deals every week on juice or hardware. You can smoke your vape in this shop. They dont allow dogs(not a worry just puttin it out there).

After my last review, i changed my atomizer and put their liquid back into my vape. It still leaked. After 12hrs, i emptied out their liquid and went to another vape store to get some liquid. Guess what...it isnt leaking anymore. I informed this company that numerous bottles of liquid(3) caused leaking problems in my vape pen. Even after replacing my tank and atomizer(twice) the liquid still leaked and they continued to blame my set up. I will never do business with this company because they do not take responsibility for their bad products. I may be out $70+ but you are out a potential lifetime customer.

I am new to vaping, and Im glad I chose VaporCore! Every member of the staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. I walked in very intimidated, but left having all my questions answered and with quality merchandise. If youre new to vaping, or an old hand, this is the place to go!

Not sure what the point of a vape exclusive store is when I could go to a store that sells bongs and get the same juice or coils for way cheaper even with vaporcores deals.Edit: I called in and you can too if you dont believe me but the reply below is a straight up lie, they DO NOT PRICE MATCH.

3/10 shrimp was under cooked, could have died. Not enough lamb sauce, and the waiter was incompetent. I asked for a meduim rare steak, and got a well done one. But make no mistake, it wasnt well done at all. My sons pasta linguini was clearly made out of frozen ingredients, too. The decor is depressing, and my chair was awfully sqeaky the entire time. I felt like Gordon Ramsey was going to bust in through the front door at any second.

I asked if they have small things of juice because I forgot mine at work over the weekend and dude offered me his own bottle to have. They could have more tobacco-like flavors though.

I walked in the door with my children I am a 43 yr old profecitional with my children who are almost 18 and got asked to leave because they are a manufacturer Instead of a retail they were rude and unprofectional and lost a good size sale ,if thats the law they should have it posted on the window they were all very young I could have all there mothers and if I was I would have smacked them for the way I was treated

Its a chill place, only gone once but would go again. They were the only place open after 9pm in the area and I needed juice. You can vape here.
