Elaine is so sweet, vibrant and gives an amazing, TRUE deep tissue massage. She is very knowledgeable about the body and has a very strong hand! She educates you & is passionate - but respects the massage time and remains quiet and speaks as necessary (which I really appreciate, as some masseuses like to talk, and my personal preference is not to, lol) I got an amazing massage by Evelyn as well and she has an amazing flow! Prices are more than fair and there’s always some availability you can work with. Safe to say I found my regular massage place & couldn’t be happier!

I usually treat myself to a massage every year for my birthday, but after my session with Elaine. I’m thinking about more frequent visits. Very relaxing the energy was great. Happy birthday to me and I really enjoyed myself

They took such amazing care of my wife for a little birthday prenatal massage, and made sure she had a special time. She came back telling me that compared to other therapists, she really knew what she was doing and paid attention to work on things she noticed during the massage. She felt like the therapist was really connected and invested in the massage rather than just going through the motions part by part.

WOW Elaine is SO good at what she does. She actually warned me that she might really work out a knot if she found one (she found several lol) and I can’t think of anything I’d rather hear a massage therapist say. I came to the spa in really bad shape and she completely transformed my neck! So worth it, which is amazing because with massages it’s hard to know if you’ll match well with the masseuse or not. 200/10 this is my place now! Couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.

Absolutely the Best Massage I have ever experienced. I have been getting massages for over 10years on an almost monthly basis due to chronic pain from car accident injuries. Evelyn listened to my symptoms and addressed my issues as if she had known me for years. This was my first visit to the Spa as I am from out of town. I immediately booked a second session and will continue to do so as long as I am in the area for work. The Spa is first class, very clean and comfortable. Everyone was very nice. She knew i wanted a deep tissue massage. What i got was a swedish massage. Still felt very nice. Just didnt have the expected pressure of a deep tissue massage which was a little disappointing.

I strongly recommend Better Body Spa! I received the Microdermabrasion with peeling service from Ana. She was kind, knowledgeable, and great at her job. The conversation is of course optional, but I enjoyed conversation with her throughout and still felt very relaxed. I am enjoying the results of the service so far, and I will certainly be back!

Elaine is a TREASURE! I read all of the reviews today about this place before calling to come in. Elaine was so accommodating and kind. I had a massive migraine and got a 60 minute deep tissue that was heavenly. The perfect combo of strength and relaxation! So glad I found this place and Elaine.

This is a very nice and cozy spa. I told Evelyn where I ached the most and she worked her magic. Some of the techniques she used on my shoulder were new to me and quite frankly the BEST as I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Also her customer service is unparalleled. Recommend 10/10!

This place is amazing. We received phenomenal services. We were a bachelorette party of 5 and were well taken care of. Once we arrived, they directed us to a room with a cute snack and beverage area. Everyone left the spa feeling relaxed and refreshed. The bride-to-be said the spa was her favorite part of her bach weekend ☺️! I booked a Microdermabrasion Facial. One will never find anyone more professional and experienced than Anna! This is a skin re-surfacing treatment that stimulates the production of new skin cells and collagen and removes dead skin cells n superficial blemishes. I’ve been going to Better Body Spa for nearly 6 yrs for other treatments as well. All highly experienced professionals- they also offer a Wellness Program membership. Highly recommend!

I’ve been trying out different places looking for someone who actually feels like they know what they’re doing. Just finished a deep tissue with Elaine and it was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that, and the 90 minutes felt like it went on forever (which was awesome). I feel wonderful after the massage. I booked a 60 minute swedish massage with Evelyn. Her business is very easy to find and very clean and tidy. The massage was wonderful, her technique and strength was fantastic. Evelyn is very kind. Looked online for a lymphatic drainage massage in the Fort Lauderdale area & came across the amazing reviews on Elaine on google and decided to take the chance and book her. She did not disappoint me at ALL and exceeded my expectations. Shes very knowledgeable in what she does and works wonders. Let me start by saying that Elaine is awesome!! I traveled from Virginia Beach to Miami to have Plastic Surgery and afterwards I could not find anyone to do my post-op lymphatic drainage massages, while I was staying in Ft. Lauderdale for my 6 days post op stay. I searched google, read her reviews and scheduled with her. Thank God I did, her massages are exactly what I needed and she snatched my waist to the Gods! Oh, she talks to you the entire session attempting to keep your mind off of the discomfort. Yes, her talks are engaging and funny! When I came back to Virginia Beach I went to three post-op lymphatic drainage masseuses and FINALLY found one that resembled Elaine’s massages! Please don’t think twice about scheduling with her! She is the GOAT!!

I was scheduled for cosmetic surgery in Weston and needed Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage. I was absolutely admit about NOT getting Miami style lymphatic drainage massage where they squeeze blood and fluids from your body. Which is illegal and dangerous for a body in recovery. I called several massage therapist and none of them offered TRUE MLD massage until I reached Ms. Elanine here at Better Body Spa. During my massages she taught me the correct way to do it on myself and taught me so much about Brazil and its history. I have no intentions on having another surgery but if I do this is the only place I trust to treat my healing body with the love, respect and gentleness it deserves.

My husband and I love this spa! We go frequently for a “Side by side” deep tissue and the staff is well trained and incredible. The pressure of our massages is always perfect and they always make sure we are comfortable and enjoying the experience. I have had some of the best massages of my life here. We’ve tried all different spas and massage locations, but this one by far is the absolute best. Their staff is the only staff that can work out ALL my knots in my back.

Had a couples massage here today and I upgraded mine to the prenatal massage. My husband and I were so incredibly relaxed afterwards and I really felt like she did wonders for my circulation as I have been extra swollen lately and left with a glow and feeling wonderful. I was nervous getting a prenatal massage as I wasnt sure if I would truly be able to relax with how much my baby is constantly kicking me and having a more difficult pregnancy in general that brings with it a lot of consistent discomfort. I was however truly able to relax and loose the aches and pains. My husband just about fell asleep and genuinely enjoyed being pampered for an hour and his muscle aches worked out since he has been exercising more lately. Really pleasant experience overall and I hope to return soon.

I have been going to Better Body Spa since it opened. But Evelyn Chan has been my massage therapist for several years before! She has done absolute wonders for my health and mobility. I see her twice a month but I wish I could go more often! Recently while Evelyn at was away, Ana took over and I am equally pleased and lucky to have experienced her magic touch. I have also had facials and microdermabrasion with Ana. She is beyond proficient at these services! Better Body Spa is a great place to be. It is warm and inviting – calming – and can be invigorating! All the staff are extremely professional and most importantly, very friendly. I always look forward to the time I spend there.

Evelyns hands washed over me like a wonderful hurricane, sweeping through all the nooks and crannies of my back and ironing out the knots she would encounter along the way. Her technique was rapid and firm but with maximum precision. Very talented massage therapist! I kinda wish I lived around here permanently just so I could go back.

So I chose this place originally because I was impressed on how professionally they responded to their negative reviews (that are few and far) and that most were positive and Im so happy to say Im adding to the positive! This place was so nice and welcoming , I didnt feel nervous or anything (which sometimes I do). Then to add icing to the cake, when they found out it was my birthday, when we finished our messages we walked out to cupcakes! It was so thoughtful of them to go above and beyond. I highly recommend and I definitely will be coming back whenever Im back in the area!

Just had my first his and hers massage, which was a birthday gift from my daughters. It was AMAZING! So relaxing. The whole excitement was wonderful and professional. Im hooked and would totally do it again! If you want to pamper yourself during these stressful times, this is the place to do it.

The spa looked very clean. The massage was decent. I ended up having to use my foam roller when I got home to work on my back some more. My massage was interrupted when the masseuse had to stop because her phone was going off. That really messed up my meditation and the ambiance of the whole experience. The phone went off again a bit later. After all of that, the masseuse demanded a tip larger than what I gave her. I am normally a big tipper but the horrible experience did not warrant that. She tried to convince me that a certain amount is mandated but luckily I know how to read. I guess she does not know that a tip and quality of service are directly related.

Elaine was very knowledgeable and provided an excellent lymphatic drainage massage. This was my first time getting this type of treatment and I highly recommend. She was amazing!

I found Better Body spa on groupon a couple of years ago and what a find. Evelyn gave me the best massage that Ive ever had. Shes great at the specialty massages like Ashiato and deep tissue. Ive also had a couple of massages with Elaine and shes also wonderful. BBS has a monthly membership with special pricing which I take advantage of and look forward every month to a massage or a facial with Ana and some months, both.

I was gifted an aroma therapy massage from my daughter who lives out of state.She based this place due the good reviews, obviously we didnt know about one person who made this experience unforgettable in a bad way.Although the place was clean and felt Zen like, Wendy who massage me was not. What made it even worse was her snide remark when checking out really shocked me. I will not be coming back to her. For one, Wendy, you need to lose some weight so that you may walk around the table without having to squeeze and add your weight against me. Two, no one wants to hear your heavy breathing in their ear because of this. It so hard to relax. Third, Wendy no need to make your comments if we made sure that a tip of at least $15 was left. There is a paper with this already at intake form, plus they seem to continuously remind you when booking( which I think is very rude) i should just went back to the room where I left your tip (since you didnt believe me) and got change because your look and rude comment you were a not a $15 tip. Besides the establishment being clean and the aroma massage therapy being great! I would not recommend Wendy at all! Ill look elsewhere, let my friends and family know as well.

Love this place! They make me feel very comfortable and provide great service. We have gone twice for their couples massage, and theyve been very accommodating with my scheduling and staffing requests. The couples room is cute, too, with his-and-hers hooks for personal belongings and a soothing atmosphere.

Disappointed. Have been to many spas. Chose to try a couples deep tissue massage here and wound up being a mild Swedish massage. When we questioned the type of massage at the end, we were first told that it was booked as a Swedish massage and when I reminded themthat I specifically asked for deep tissue and additionally my wife even asked therapist to go deeper during the massage. The response changed to we did a deep tissue and we would not up-charge you for that. When we said that it wasnt even close to deep tissue the response changed again to the therapists were not strong enough to do deep tissue. Finally we were offered to come back and pay for another session and the owner would personally perform the message, which we politely declined. I think the there was a total lack of communication, as neither therapist talked to us at all before regarding areas of concentration or type. If you like Swedish massages then they are OK here, but dont expect any deep tissue or good sports related massages.

The lady I had with blonde short hair made my body sore as hell. She seems to run reception but yet has a sour, unpleasant look on her face the entire time. Never once asked if the pressure was fine and I never asked for intense pressure.... Worst massage Ive ever gotten, I literally feel bruised all over now. I never said anything at the time because I figure they were professionals and knew what they were doing. The first 15 minutes was good and the place is nice thats why Im giving it three stars.

I shared a massage with my grandmother for my birthday. I initially wanted two separate massages but I only received one. The lady rushed at the end of the massage and was rude. The three stars are only for the massage part. The entire thing just seemed rushed and unpleasant. Don’t recommend

By far the worst massage experience possible. With both the employees and customers speaking so loud, the thin walls of the place made it extremely difficult to relax the entire one hour. Poor & repetitive massage technique by the masseuse Evelyn. Poor selection of relaxing music. Annoying ticking clock in the background. Save you’re time & money.

Awesome massage and facial...I loved that I got to relax and not have my therapist ask me questions about myself...I talk all day at work so it was nice to just have two hours to myself. My fiancé and I went for a couple massages and excuse my language but that had to be the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. And we get massages often. We literally paid for them to rub oil on our bodies like a normal day. Body is still in aches and pains. We work on military ship been working for 3 months straight and really expected more. Sad will not return

Ok so I found this place on google I called to book appointment the lady who picked up was rude. I still booked the appointment. I get there and a pregnant lady open the door and gave me a bad look. Totally DistraughtMy aunt and I did a facial each yesterday. The woman pulled out what felt like a tiny shaver. I opened my eyes and asked her what was this, that I had never experienced this in a facial before. She said she was removing dead skin cells. When my aunt and I came home we saw she had indeed SHAVED OUR FACES. I have NEVER put a blade to my face. Now my face is itchy and it will grow back thicker. This is so unethical and disgusting! I tried calling but no answer. I wish I could speak to someone about this.

Do not I repeat DO NOT give them your card over the phone because whatever happens to you and you can’t make to the reserved appointment they will charge your card for the service you booked. Super unprofessional. Instead if you do what to see these people make the appointment and say I don’t have a card and they will book it without an issue.
