Oh gosh. I didn’t have high expectations- being a walk-in massage place. And I normally tip well, but my masseuse FELL ASLEEP!!! For a good half hour too! My husband was with me and he actually fell asleep. His lady did not fall asleep. I kept trying to wake her up by moving, talking to her, asking her to rub a different spot, coughing… it would work for about 10 seconds and then she would nod off again! I gave a poor tip, but a tip nonetheless… I was just going to laugh the situation off. But then she came at us asking for more money! My husband gave her a few more dollar but then she asked us to take out our credit card!!! Psssh no lady! Your tip was being able to nap while I paid for a massage!

Definitely the quality of your massage depends on the masseuse. Fair prices, nice staff. Clean rooms with wonderfully, calming music. I will return...

Terrible, terrible customer service. Do not go if you’re black. Made an appointment weeks in advance on THEIR website. Showed up to appointment on time and showed them proof of me scheduling the appointment and they made it seem as if I didn’t pay anything. Wouldn’t give me a refund either. Completely disregarded my appointment despite me showing them proof of purchase from THEIR confirmation email which came from THEIR website. Had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back. Would not recommend at ALL to anyone especially if you’re black!

Warning: DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK! We paid online weeks in advance for an appointment today, and we went in today with time to spare, and we were told we were at the wrong place. We looked up the address she gave us, and it was the same place we booked and paid for. We showed proof of payment, and it said, “$0 left to pay at the store.” Beware. They acted as if they didn’t know their website and address and played stupid the whole time. All three ladies and the owner on the phone played stupid and lied, too—a waste of time and energy. I wouldn’t let them touch me.

This place is amazing I have been going there for 10 years and this is my favorite place. They make you feel welcomed. The best option is the 90 minute deep tissue shiatsu massage. They have a new staff now which is amazing. Jessica knows what she is doing so I highly recommend this spa.

The lady I got massaged me with such fast motions that my body was moving from side to side and I had to hold myself from falling off the table. It was not a relaxing experience at all. She did the same motion on one body part for way too long (10 + minutes) so it ended up highly irritating my skin. I paid $100 plus a tip for a 1 1/2 hour massage, but she stopped 15 minutes early. I was looking forward to this much needed massage but Unfortunately, Such a rip off.

DONT GO HERE! When in to get an hour massage, serious attitude at the front desk. Charged my credit card. Extremely rude, another masseuse came out and said she would give me a massage. Then she said she cancel. I had to fight to get my money back.
