Puff n Pass Smoke & Vape Shop

Guy in there sold me 2 expired elf bars without mentioning that fact. By the time I noticed I had already opened them in the shop to try them out to make sure they work due to most shops no return policy. Absolutely no flavor. Won’t take as a return.Would have been nice to be alerted that they are expired, jeez. My husband usually buys my vapes and I don’t follow vape politics so I had no idea that they had gone out of business or whatever. Waste of money. Never coming back.

Great selections of pipes, wraps and accessories. Open late. Staff is always nice and willing to help

I’m on my a game with my kratom do to the fact that we’re having cancer I don’t take any pain meds and I do the white kratom and it’s such a blessing the store I go in there twice maybe three times a week and how so I have it delivered when I’m really sick. They are amazing. Five stars plus more.

Nice and big selection of smokeables, friendly staff

Owner ripped me off for a $30 vape battery that never worked properly. I went back he messed with it and got it working barely for a little while then it stopped for good & hes closed when I have to leave town Thanks man next time somebody specifically says do these break maybe be honest about it?

They had nice things but the few customers who were there looked a bit odd not in a bad way but I wouldnt really frequent there maybe just to run in and out there were like stragglers just hanging around its not like it used to be I guess it has different owners or however.

Chill vibe. Not a big selection of Kratom Brands. What they DO have is quality though. Clean shoppe, huge beautiful glass selection and chill staff. Little pricey but close to home and favorite spot so far. 🏵️

Had a great experience with this shop. The staff is super friendly, their selection is great, and they even have a pet turtle.I picked up a water pipe a couple days ago and noticed afterwards that it was defective. Went back and talked with Chris and they did the right thing.I will for sure be back and tell all my friends to pay them a visit.

Called to see if they had a specific product. The guy was nice and said they had it. I arrived at the store and they didnt have it. He tried to sell me something else, but it wasnt what I wanted. Giving a 3 for lack of product knowledge and deception for saying they had something when they didnt.

Unfortunately the staff was pretty apathetic and disengaged. More than that, he was unable and/or unwilling to provide any kind of solid information on the products/merchandise. And to top it all off, the change I was given apparently contained counterfeit bills, so basically I was stolen from on top of the poor customer service. Plenty of other shops to patron, Id suggest another business..

I thought the selection was adequate, but when I asked a question, they were rude. I was trying to get information to decide whether or not we could make the purchase, and the employee speaking to me made a sarcastic remark and dismissed me. I was trying to scout out shops for my birthday, and instead found one I will never visit again.

Beware their vape batteries. I was sold one battery, it was dead and would not charge. Took it into the shop the next day, and it turns out all of the batteries they had in the display case of similar type were also dead. I looked at the battery contact, and it wasnt clean, which makes me think theyre selling used batteries.The only offering was a replacement with a smaller battery, with the statement, we dont do returns or exchanges.Their glass might look nice, but theyve lost my business.

Way over-priced. Sold me a battery for $40 that sells for $15-$20 brand new online. DONT SHOP HEREAll the reviews about good prices are probably fake; either friends of the owners or employee/owners.

My friend had a horrible experienced with customer service and purchased a faulty REASTICK that they did not stand behind even though she only owned for 24 hours. They stated they bought from China and would lose money. I guess they don’t buy from manufacturers but black market. Buyer beware!

I decided to stop by puffpuffpass on the way home from work, their shop was extremely clean and they had a wide variety of everything. The guys helped answer all my questions and were extremely nice. Id recommend this shop to anyone its a dope place and Ill be coming back every week.

Im giving 1 star cause my experience was the worst. First off I heard good things about this place through other friends. I was in need of a oil reclaim attachment. I know what they cost. I walk in the owner was rude. I felt like he didnt want me inside cause he was unwrapping new pieces. I ask for what I need, and he looks at me like I have two heads. Then I find what Im looking for, and charges me 60 for the reclaim actachmet when they orignally cost no more than 30 at that. And once I started leaving he tried selling me a bong. No thanks bud all your bongs are from China. Dont buy bongs from this guy all are crappy and come from DHGate people BEWARE EVERYONE!
