The atmosphere is outstanding, the staff is excellent in that theyre very knowledgeable about their many products, very helpful, friendly, and the prices are fair. Recently I had trouble with a vape piece and they gave a free one without me Even asking for that- and it was very much needed and appreciated at the time because my newborn was in the hospital and I was living there and stressed to the max. They took some of that stress off my back and it was a bigger help then they know....

I went in looking for something specific and they didnt have it but they DID have plenty of other CBD and Delta 8 options to choose from. The young lady working was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things and we ended up spending over $100, each! We have enjoyed each thing we got and next time we are in Fremont, we will be stopping in again to re-purchase.

This place is amazing!! The best prices I HAVE EVER SEEN. Only 5 minutes off of the highway, with an incredible selection. Single samples are 5 cents, and for only 98 cents you can have unlimited samples for 10 days! The staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful, with great deals to be had! Shop here even if it’s a trip, it’s worth it!

Its better than average but not spectacular. Heres why - 1) knowledgable (or even enthusastic) clerks are a hit or miss it seems and the less pleasurable ones must be watched for up selling. Had a guy try to ring up a 20$ can of butane while it sat next to a 13$ can and specifically said let mw get the cheapest one u have - yet he could not even tell me the difference of one vape from the next and wasnt very happy when i requested he read me the juice flavors due to my poor sight. 2) variety of products and personalization options but appear to be scattered under counter. I almost bought a grey mod from the far end of the counter until walking to the register to find its relatives on display that came in 3 other colors. 3) In light of covid the website does not give much to the looky lue to window shop on his/her own at home before entering the store. There is no information about the brands carried, products offered, aside from the name there is very little to do with what they sell and more about how to find or contact the nearest store, which by the way, is easier to do from google maps - it offers a hyper link yo actually call the specific store and creates directions when the address is clicked.

Always helpful and courteous. Seems as though every time I find a favorite little cigar, they stop carrying it. I dont know if the tobacco company discontinued it or what the deal is, but it gets annoying. The staff always tries to find them from other sources.

I went in this afternoon to pick up some vape juice. They do have a large selection of vape juice. The prices were on average $10 less than my normal stop. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would reccomend this place for your vape juice needs.

My wife bought a new vapor to quit smoking and a couple days later it started leaking like crazy! So she called and told us to come in after driving up there all the way from Cleveland on Saturday they try telling her she was smoking on it to much and she wasnt! Long story short after going all the way out there they told her that theyll give her 20% off of a bottle of oil and I told my wife lets just Go! So Ill never give cheap tobacco anymore my business! Not only they lie to us they sold us a bad product and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there😠😠😠

Absolutely terrible customer service. Decided to do inventory on a Saturday and closed the store saying they would be open at 2:30. At 2:30 they still werent done so it became 4:00. At 4:00, with people lined up outside, they took the sign done and said sorry, were closing

Stopped in this evening for some cigars. Had a list of wants from a .connoisseur aficionado. Well Ill be darned! They didnt have anything on the list. Gal recommended to me the CAO World Sampler for a try. HELLO! Im right here working on the Columbia Vallenato and Ill tell you what! Its fine. The draw is nice. The ash burns evenly. And the smoke is great. Nothing really fancy. Just a nice, pleasant smoke with a glass of Makers Mark Cast Strength. Hello Cheap Tobacco! Ill be back! Thank you. Oh and they keep their cigars in the humidor. Very nice. Sure beats Kroegers dry ones, no doubt. Nice, helpful staff.

The worst vap mod buying place in the Sandusky county area. All mods are mostly defective. Terrible leakages. Return policy is very swindling. Buyers beware!!!! Purchase vap mods from a true vap store... puckerfish or vapors.

I bought a house vape juice for $20. I asked for coffee and cream flavor. It tasted like ass and the nicotine level was way too high. I took it back the next day for an exchange and was told its not returnable. They also informed me that they dont carry a cream flavoring so, how the hell they made coffee and cream is beyond me. This is my nearest vape store and I would have given them all of my business but, im taking it to sandusky instead now. Thanks alot you turds!!

Friendly staff. The day after the 2022 Blizzard I was told that I was the first customer for over 2 hours. There was another customer that showed up as I was leaving.I said, First customer in over 2 hours and now you have 2 customers within 10 minutes.
