Went in with middling expectations and came out looking forward to coming back for a bigger purchase. Joey absolutely rocked it out and selected a great variety for me to try out. He took time to walk me through some options and his thoughts on why I may like the selected sticks. Truly great customer service and I will be back to buy a few boxes for my collection. The store had a very good cigar selection especially for being in a smaller Michigan town. This definitely will be a place that I stop in for a stock up every time I am in the area. Great work Joey and thanks Wild Bills you have made a customer extremely happy.

Came in today and Joey, the bearded wonder (lol) was the one to help me. Explained what my wife and i were looking for and he was very knowledgeable in the products along with extremely helpful. We are both extremely happy with the Geek Vape hardware and the Slapple flavored Juice he suggested. Not only was he personable but he treated me like we had known each other for years. PHENOMENAL experience!!

Tried to return a defective vape, within the 48 hour policy, actually within 24 hours. They refused and were extremely rude. Ill never shop at this location again. Theres way better shops in the area to go to

I was in Wild Bills in fremont miI bought a few things there one was a 20 dollar grab bag in the bag it had a vape in it I had to charge it once charge it would turn on but nothing would come out!! I called two days later and was told they wouldnt exchange it what a joke the person I talked to was rude asked me if i gotten a receipt one wasnt offered to me sadly I wont be back at that location maybe I will just have to find a different place to go

Very good selection on anything smoke related. I have bought zig zag hemp wraps and some glass pieces from them. I got a rastafari 9 inch glass pipe in green, yellow and red as well as a big glass water bong in purple and green. The sales are really good on some of the products, I got the bong for half off.

Excellent places to shop for all your tobacco needs. Huge Humidor with a great cigar selection. And a nice selection of CBD products. Great store with a friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always happy to assist you and anwser any questions you may have. Will be returning there to shop again.
