Great atmosphere, I loved the relaxation room and snack bar!! Very clean and well run spa its a must go. If you are looking to get a facial you have to ask for Melissa she is very knowledgeable and very helpful. 10/10 recommend this spa!

I have been going to Stonebriar Spa for years for massages, pedicures and manicures. Sara does the most excellent pedicures and manicures in the area! Everyone at the spa is so friendly and customer service is great. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing and quiet so that is another reason I continue going there. They have a shop there selling high quality facial products, soaps, lotions and P.J. Salvage pajamas and I buy something lovely each time I visit! I highly recommend Stonebriar Spa!

I really don’t like writing bad reviews but my experience today has to be shared.I had a prenatal massage and it was so odd. She started me on one side with the pillow and barely rubbed my right shoulder for maybe 3 minutes before switching to my right arm and then right leg. She then told me to switch sides and rubbed my left leg and then told me to go to my back before doing my left arm or my left shoulder. The rubbing was more dry brush feeling than massaging so I didn’t even care that those things were missed. I proceeded to my back and she then spent maybe 15 minutes lightly rubbing my calves and feet. It felt fine but I still hadn’t had my back, neck or shoulders rubbed. She then said she was done and I asked for a small extension to focus on my shoulders/neck which she agreed to do. This is where it gets even weirder, she rubbed my chest basically raw. It hurt so bad and it honestly feels bruised at this point. She did my neck and top of shoulders a little but really focused on my chest and I have no clue why.It was by far the weirdest and worst massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had my fair share of all different types.

Love this place! Great atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. First facial in a long time! My specialist was Ann (esthetician). She is so outgoing and friendly. Easy to talk with. Answered any questions I had. Was a great experience. Will recommend her to others.Thank you Ann!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this spas service was disappointing. I booked a 50-minute massage for my sister and me, but my sisters session was cut short to less than 30 minutes without explanation. The manager was not only rude but also annoyed with me for not accepting a 10% compensation. They charged me for a 35-minute massage I didnt request, without offering a single apology. This experience was completely ruined. You can find many other better spas to spend your money at.

The couples pedicure is a must as a date. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. The nail techs are so inviting and knowledgeable about their profession. Hopefully you get an opportunity to have Altressia or Luz, they were amazing. Shoutout to Luz for doing my husbands very first pedicure. Altressia and Luz made the experience so enjoyable and relaxing and we will definitely be back.

I visited for the first time today and got a facial with Jessica! She was amazing! My wedding is in less than 2 weeks and she listened to all of my concerns and made sure to use gentle products! She even recommended some gentle products to use at home. My skin looks and feels great!! ❤️

I had a great experience at the spa this past Sunday. The front desk girls were very kind and accommodating.

The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Ann was my esthetician and she was extremely gentle and very kind. She put me at ease for my first ever facial and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Facility was clean, cozy, and soothing.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The massage was excellent as it was the facial and a pedicure. If you want to feel relaxed get a massage at Stonebriar spa. If you want an excellent facial and pedicure, this place is awesome. I cannot wait for my next visit here.

Our experience at the spa was highly unsatisfactory. The service was disappointing, with a rude attitude from the staff. Despite booking a standard 50-minute massage, we received less than 35 minutes. When we raised the issue with the manager, there was no suitable solution or compensation offered, and no apology extended.This overall experience left us thoroughly disappointed, with the poor attitude further diminishing our visit.

Just left my facial with Jessica and I feel incredible… She had the most experienced touch and the service was so relaxing. My skin is plump and super hydrated… Will definitely be back!! Book with her you will be so glad that you did

I’m so glad I finally decided to try this spa this summer, and only wish I’d done it sooner! Michaela is the best esthetician I’ve ever had, and her recommendations to see Dallas for a massage and Sara for a manicure were spot on. The spa is quiet, calm, and clean, and everyone there is kind and well trained in their specialties.

This spa has the BEST atmosphere around. Nice area of town. The experience was wonderful all around, and the massage was the best I have ever experienced. Management was kind, the front desk was kind, and the entire staff was a pleasure to be around! I highly recommend this spa for your next spa experience!

The wife bought us a GC for a couples massage and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was great, the massages were great, all around awesome.My biggest problem is my wife was charged $230 for the GC for our couples massage, when we were finished, they said we were charged incorrectly as it should’ve been $320 and made us pay for their mistake. I find that to be pretty poor customer service given the fact that it wasn’t our mistake. Other than being charged more than anticipated, it was great!

I had two services from this Spa while visiting family this past weekend (they were golfing). Heidi is a skin wizard and I plan to make it my lifes mission to come see her again. I am so excited about my new skincare products. Pang did an amazing job with my massage. Wish I lived closer!

Always an excellent mani/pedi/facial with Shauna. She is awesome and pays special attention to provide a relaxing spa experience. However, I am disappointed with the SPA management and facilities lately. I have been coming here for several years and recommend Shauna for all her services especially facials, management needs to pay more attention to the extra touches that should always be available for their clients. Having those extras are why I am okay paying premium prices. If a client would enjoy a cup of tea to relax, mugs should be available. When checking in and out, the desk staff should ask if they can get a drink (at least water) for the client. Having a small chocolate when checking out used to be a nice touch. Not available any longer. What happened?

I received as a gift, a 80 min massage for Mother’s Day and my birthday.I was super excited to receive services, as many of the reviews were very positive.However, upon entrance staff were friendly but I had to wait approximately 5-7 min for a robe to change into prior to receiving services. In fact, the staff shared with me, “ We are short staffed and so busy being that it’s Mother’s Day weekend.”I was shown where the water was located and some other refreshment. There was no offering of champagne or wine, as I was told later this was with my package as well. Next, I was shown the relaxation area that appeared very nice. My therapist called me within 15 min and we entered the room.As a Director of Nursing, I explained in detail after I asked what was the goal of the massage and where my major areas were that needed to be worked, including the pressure. Unfortunately, from the moment the therapist started for at least 15 min straight; I could everything in the room next to us.It appeared and sounded that we were actually in the same room. I asked the therapist about it and she stated, “ If we had not been assigned to that specific room, as they were very busy that she would move me. “She explained we were attached to the couples room and that’s why we could hear everything so loudly.I attempted to relax, as the noise stopped for a few minutes then we could hear every movement and every word that was stated. I could even hear the other therapist spray down the area and wipe it down after the individual left. Next, my therapist asked me turn over but she had not even touched several areas that I discussed in detail where my problem areas. These areas were literally so tight and knotted and she had not placed any pressure on them. I was shocked and I encouraged her to touch my specific areas and to keep me on my stomach versus me rolling over on my back.I effectively communicated with the pressure, as I discussed medium to deep pressure depending on the area. My package included hot rocks, however even the rocks were only utilized on a couple of areas.I was shocked and very disappointed and displeased with the services I received. Honestly, this has been the worst massage that I had every received. It was obvious at check-out that I was not happy at all. However, in a professional manner I proceeded to check out. It was my birthday and I was just ready to leave and move on to something else.I was asked how my services were by the person who purchased my package and it was escalated immediately after I left the spa. The manager never apologized and notified that she would view camera and get back with us.A decision was finally made early this week, stating they would provide 25 % off ,if I wanted to return. The services were unacceptable and more should be done to satisfy customers when staff do not render proper services during busy times of the season.

Went in for my appointment with me and my mom today at 11am for two pedicures that I asked specifically for foot massages because I’m 7 months pregnant and it was needed badly. My pedicure lasted maybe 30 minutes and that’s it. I paid $64 for a basic pedicure and did NOT receive a massage. The lady who did my pedicure rubbed my feet for maybe two minutes and that’s it. I could tell she was in a rush and she wasn’t very friendly. I paid $148 including the tip for two basic pedicures when I could’ve went somewhere else and paid half the price and would’ve received a massage. Now I’m unsatisfied and my swollen feet are as well. I feel robbed. I will not be back

I was in town and made a last minute appointment for a pedicure with Martha. She was wonderful. I wish I lived closer so that I could see her regularly for her other services. Ill definitely visit again when Im in the area.

Absolutely love this spa! Highly recommend Pang for massage and Jessica for facial. Jessica really knows her stuff and is a very calming presence. Love the waiting area with water feature and calming music, I always arrive early because that truly helps make the experience! The boutique is cute too.

Great massage and no membership pressure after you relax like at some places

Great experience and service! Found this on Google search because we needed a place for a group and they didn’t disappoint. It was easy to schedule and work with as we all had different services we were looking for. They did their best to put our services close to one another. We had the opportunity to relax in their quiet area before and after our services. We loved that they had complimentary beverages and the opportunity to take a shower after.Thank you, Stonebriar spa for taking care of us!

The Stonebriar Spa was more than I expected. The environment was mellow and relaxing. The facilities were very clean. Jorge was the best massage therapist; I will definitely return and would highly recommend the Spa!

I really hate to post this as I have loved this place for many years! Unfortunately last weekend my wallet was stolen out of my locked locker at Stonebriar Spa. Upon reporting this, the manager on duty offered me absolutely nothing but simply said she didn’t know what to do. I left without the wallet I came in with and still had to pay for my service with the card on file- very disappointing for a long standing and frequent customer. If you come here, please keep your belongings with you and do not leave them in the locker room!

We have been coming here for years since moving to Frisco. We LOVE this spa. Their massage therapists are incredible but Michelle is by far my fav. I feel like I am on a beach it is so serene and relaxing in the spa. Love the extras they have like the calm lounge room you can enjoy before/after your treatments. They have wonderful refreshments like teas and mimosas. Their prices arent astronomical. Always very happy here!

This place was absolutely amazing! It has a luxury feel without the luxury price. Staff was so friendly and professional and the entire place was very relaxing from the moment you walked in. The waiting room was great, it helped put me in a relaxed and peaceful state while waiting for my massage.

Went there with my sister for my birthday. The staff is great! We got organic facial, and Michaela was the one taking care of me. She has angel hands!

This is not a first time spa experience. First time to this spa and I must say, the greeting sets the tone for your entire experience, and this was top notch. Ive loved the service provided and the people from Stonebriar Spa for many years. After recent time away, I had a lovely manicure and pedicure yesterday that far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Stonebriar Spa; they never disappoint and truly excel.

Very terrible experience with this business and I am very unsatisfied. My mother and I were treated very poorly by Maria. I chose to deescalate the situation because I not want any trouble for my mother or the workers; I have worked in the service industry and only wanted to be respectful. From the moment I walked in to receive my pedicure, Maria never introduced herself to me. While my mother received her pedicure, I sat patiently waiting for mine. 30 minutes pass and I ask if my person is coming to do my nails, and to my surprise it was Maria who was in the same room, busy doing someone else’s nails but never bothered to say anything to me. By the time she finished and came to start taking off my previous polish, Maria had a very ugly attitude the whole time. She was making faces and sighs. She used the machine to take my gel polish off and asked me to let her know if it hurt. I said, yes it hurts. Multiple times. Maria then says “well I can’t do anything about it.” And that it when my mother became upset with Maria. 1) why ask if it hurts if you can’t fix it 2) you CAN fix it, you can turn your setting down.The situation escalated easily because Maria already had an attitude from the beginning, and is now knowingly causing me, her customer, pain. Maria cursed at my mother and refused to finish my service. She took polish off of one foot and left the other foot with half way taken off old polish. Maria is very unprofessional and should not have a job doing nails as she does not care about causing pain to others. Please save your money and do not go to this place. They are liars. They are bored, young and older woman who have nothing else to do with their lives and support each other in their lies. SO MANY other great beautiful places to go to. STAY AWAY!!! They also did not refund me for my pedicure that i never received. Yeah don’t go here

Im a massage therapist myself. I went to see Jorge for a 2 hour session yesterday. That was the best massage Ive ever had, hands down (no pun intended). Go see Jorge!!!I just love the spa so much, that I came back for a pedicure with Maria. She is precise in her work. A true professional. I wish I could be here everyday.

I tried Stonebriar Spa yesterday for the first time & booked the 80 minute relaxing massage. I booked this to de stress from wedding planning, but my therapist would not STOP talking the ENTIRE duration of the massage (screaming over the background relaxing music). She asked me all about wedding planning and gave me unsolicited advice regarding her own marriage that I didn’t ask for - left feeling even more stressed than I walked in and didn’t actually feel like it was a massage (she focused on talking more than actually giving me a massage). Not worth it at all, I’ll never go back again.

I understand this is a high end spa but the massage I received wasn’t as worth the money spent. Especially when there are no special packages added into the massage (such as a foot scrub or facial or whatever, that some other simpler spa’s offer with extra $). It was just a simple massage but double the cost - I don’t see what experience I got different from any standard spa. (I infact received less than standard)I asked for deep tissue and I seem to have received non-deep tissue massage. Giving 3 stars for the ambience - its a unique building and setup until you get into your room.Edit: a week after the massage, I don’t feel satisfied with the massage, so I need to find another place to get me a good deep tissue. My wife on the other hand had a decent massage in our couples massage

Had nexgen and pedi. My neighborhood nail place nexgen lasts 2-3 weeks at least for lighter color dip. Just after 2 days, 2 of my nails chipped. Feels like a nice spa and friendly people, cannot comment on other services but not worth the higher price for nails.

We did a couples massage with Jorge and another masseuse (I cant remember her name). Jorge provided a deep tissue massage and he tailored it where I needed it on body. I felt sooooo much better afterwards. I will definitely be back when I can!

I received the Celebration Package at Stonebriar Spa as a gift. The gift was perfect. I had a massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. I would definitely recommend Stonebriar Spa.

My husband and I had a couples massage and pedicure. First of all, my massage was absolutely amazing. I felt so safe and relaxed. The environment is calming and everyone was perfect. I so totally want to come back!

Sara did a wonderful job with my pedicure. She was so gentle and I was so relaxed. The spa music in the mani/pedi area super relaxed me and put me to sleep. If you arrive 15-20 mins earlier you can relax in the waiting room which has a nice fountain in the center and very comfortable chairs. while you wait there you can enjoy a hot or cold tea or a mimosa!

My husband and I had fantastic massage therapists. The relaxation room is lovely, and the locker rooms are clean.

Absolutely love this spa and go there regularly for facials and pedicures. Everyone is professional and provide high quality services.

This is my favorite spa in the DFW area. Ive only had my nails done here so far, but everything is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. I have been very happy with Maria and my friend who introduced me to the spa is loyal to Martha. They have a peaceful relaxation room for before and after your appointments, and I could happily spend an hour meditating (ok, lets be honest here - 10 minutes meditating, the rest tapping on my silenced phone) in there.

The last individual who posted re: their appointment on 2/12/2023 is just plain incorrect. She must have been under the influence of liquor or drugs! I have never, ever had a problem with anyone. In fact, I am treated like royalty!Ive been going to Stonebriar Spa for more years than I can remember for facials and a brow wax with Ann. Ann treats me like I am her only customer in the world that day. Ann is extremely knowledgeable and is up to date on the latest technology. She is an excellent facial technician and I highly recommend asking for Ann for any facials, waxing, etc. You wont be disappointed.My nail technician that I had been going to for over 25 years had to retire. I started getting my manicures and pedicures with Maria. Maria is by far the best nail technician I have ever had. She recommended Shellac manicures for me. Now, my nails look awesome for 4 weeks! The pedicures Maria gives are divine. Pure bliss! She treats me like a star and has the most positive attitude. I never thought I would be able to find a nail technician that knows what she is doing, but I found her at Stonebriar Spa. I highly recommend asking for Maria. Again, you wont be disappointed!

This is the second time I’ve been here and it was absolutely amazing! My first experience wasn’t perfect, and management went out of their way to make it right. Maria did my Shea butter pedicure, and she is such an expert! From the cleaning, to the massaging, to the painting, everything was top notch. I will definitely be coming back again!

I like the precautions taken to ensure our safety in the salon. I like the quietness of the spa. I like that I wasnt rushed thru my manicure and pedicure and felt really relaxed when I left. Love my nail tech, Clair. She did a great job! I would recommend this spa anytime.

Stopped by today for a massage with Edina. It was one of the best massages Ive ever had. She understood my need for deep tissue massage and checked in with me to see if the pressure was correct. Clearly cares about her craft. The prices are more expensive than usual ($130 for 50 mins) but its a proper spa experience with robes, tea, and a calm waiting area.

You feel pampered from the moment you arrive! Each staff member was very attentive. I had an excellent massage with Fay and a phenomenal facial with Ann. Very relaxing! I could have spent the whole day there. Loved the robes!

Went to the spa for a massage, facial, and pedicure. All 3 were amazing! Mikaela did an amazing job with my facial care and I would highly recommend her. It is a very relaxing environment and everyone is very accommodating. They are doing an amazing job with safety precautions as well, wearing masks/shields and have barriers for the nail section.

My husband sent me for a spa day and Stonebriar Spa is my favorite! Michelle gives the best massages I have ever had and Shea gave me a pedicure and manicure, which I loved. Heidi waxed my eyebrows for me and they look so good. All three ladies were fantastic, friendly, and such a joy! I will definitely be back!

This place is so beautiful and the staff is very welcoming. I had an amazing Therapeutic Massage from Tim. It was new for me and I greatly enjoyed the combination of stretching and massage that really helped work out the tightness and tension. I didnt want to leave the relaxation room with the comfy chairs and fountain. I will be back again!

Came here to get a pregnancy massage at 34 weeks and it was amazing!!! Super relaxing, definitely what I needed!! The staff were all so lovely! The environment was so relaxing and beautiful!! Cannot wait to go back sometime after I have my baby

I love Stonebriar Spa and am glad to have rediscovered this gem! After several years of putting self-care on the back burner, I recently revisited Stonebriar Spa for a massage. The ambiance there is beautiful and relaxing, the customer service is excellent, and my therapeutic massage with Kel was absolutely wonderful and helped to release years worth of tension from my neck and shoulders. I also did some early holiday shopping in their adorable boutique. The owner Sharon Medina is such a lovely person, and I admire her for her ability to have run such a well-respected establishment in our community for all these years. I will certainly be back!

Ive been to stonebriar spa a couple of times now!!! Loved each visit immensely! The staff is wonderful, welcoming, and warm!Advice? Check in earlier than your appointment. You can relax, change into your spa robe, etc. (This is something I did not know for my first two visits).

Jessica is extremely knowledgeable with all of the products/ingredients used with her services (for me, was brows and facial), and can help you find exactly what you need. Also love the waiting room with the stone water feature. Probably my favorite part of the spa! The front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I love stonebriar spa. I’ve been twice now & had great experiences. I absolutely love the gondola they have in the middle, I fall asleep almost every tune because of how relaxing it is. I would recommend my friends & family to come here. Prices/ packages are definitely affordable! It’s just never enough time

I had the integrated therapeutic massage today and was really happy with it. The pressure was perfect and the hot towels a wonderful abd much needed addition. The rest area is wonderfully calming and you get a comfortable robe and drinks and snacks are provided. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. :)

I am so happy with the service I received today. I am from out of town so it was a nice relaxing experience. Tim did amazing on the massage and Carolyn so far Luz is doing an awesome job on my pedi. If I come back to Texas I definitely will come back. Thank you for the great experience.

The massage therapist was amazing. He worked out knots that have been there for months! They also had robes to accommodate me and I am a large individual. I felt very comfortable there.

I have been going to Sharons Spas since 1997. The atmosphere is relaxing with music and soft lighting. The staff is so attentive and know regulars by name as they walk in the door so you feel part of the family. The services are superb. The retail portion has so many products from clothing to face and body products. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and help you pick the right product for your skin type. Its also a great place pick up a gift certificate for services and products. In February you always see a group of men coming in to get gift certificates for their Valentine Love. And Congratulations to them for being in business so long - in this day and age that alone speaks volumes. I Highly recommend Stonebriar Spa.

Stonebriar Spa in Frisco is fantastic! Tim was my masseuse and did a really great job. He got out a lot of my knots and stretched my muscles. Michaela also did my facial and not only did she do a great job, but she was so sweet, outgoing, and conversational! I highly recommend this spa and Ill definitely be back.

This was my first time at Stonebriar Spa and it was wonderful. I bought a package that included a facial, massage, mani and pedi. I highly recommend Heidi for facials, Linda for massage and Martha for mani/pedi. Each brought their own special magic to the experience and added to my amazing spa day.

I never ever give a place 5 star but after the massage that I just had from this place - I had to. From the welcomeTo the conclusion of the massage ... this place lives up to its reviews. I stumbled upon this hidden gem because another spa canceled my appointment that day. I am so thankful I found the spa on Google with great reviews. This was the best facial Ive ever had and Jessica was fabulous, as well as, very educational. I will definitely be back and will be making this my new spa home. The spa staff were friendly and ver professional and the place was very clean. Ive already started sharing with friends.

From the moment I walked in the door, my visit to Stonebriar Spa exceeded my expectations. Seana was my massage therapist, and she is very skilled in her work. She asked questions and tailored the massage to exactly what was needed. She is an artist! I highly recommend her, as well as Mikayla for a facial.

Jennifer is an amazing massage therapist!! Stephanie and the rest of the front desk staff greet you with smiles and provide great service. Sharon runs a first class business with great customer service and reasonably priced services. Give them a try!!

I love this place! I always leave feeling super relaxed and that I got a lot for my money. They are knowledgeable about skin and recommend products but don’t push them on you. I won’t go anywhere else

Ann did an amazing job on my facial. Explained the steps but also let me sleep when I fell asleep. Lol.

I traveled an hour from my home to the spa! Thats how much I love going there. Martha always does an amazing job on my mani/pedis and Carolyn, Jessica and Ann are fabulous at brow and lip sugaring! I highly recommend all four of these ladies. I have tried going to the express manicure places (only due to the fact that I live so far from the spa) and after the last five VERY disappointing manicures I decided to make the journey back to Stonebriar! I lived in Frisco for five years and once I moved it was difficult to schedule time to drive an hour one way. I have decided the two hour round trip drive is completely worth it!

A wonderful spa with a relaxing, soothing atmosphere. My massage therapist was great and really worked out my soreness. No high pressure sales push, just a presentation of options and services. Who knew this was tucked away at 121 and Legacy!

This is one of our favorite massage places. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I had a deep tissue with Tim and it was perfect. It’s a great place for a group, couple or if you just want to chill on your own. Always friendly and professional.

My massage was so relaxing, while also working on my lower back which really needed it. Plus my therapist kept adding eucalyptus and other essential oils which was a really nice touch. The little covid friendly snacks were a nice touch and the teas were delicious.

My experience from arrival to departure was wonderful. Every staff member was courteous, friendly, and minded my requests openly.The facility was very clean and ambiance, relaxing. Just what you’d expect from a spa.

This place is fantastic. Been around since 97 and I only discovered it recently. The ladies explained everything they did, from facials to massages. Perfect for a small group looking to relax! Definitely pricy so be prepared to treat yourself.

We went in for an impromptu upper body massage because of severe pain. We had no appt. They were very accommodating and squeezed us in. Kelle was amazing. So amazing that I decided to do a monthly visit with her.

Very nice spa, heated massage tables, good therapist, decent prices. Had the deep tissue massage which I thought was very good. The only downside for me was there was no steam room or sauna at the time of my visit. Other than that it was a very relaxing experience.

Absolutely lovely experience. My microdermabrasion was fantastic, the products were great. But my favorite part was a little board at the front desk that said Welcome New Clients and it had my name up there! spelled correctly! absolutely loved that.

All services were great, including our facialists and manicurists. No rude push to buy their skin products at the end. Smallish spa but very clean and welcoming.

I would highly recommend this spa! It was within walking distance of the Westin where we stayed for the weekend. We booked 2 pedicures with ease. Everyone so friendly and the atmosphere was nice. We really enjoyed our time.

Service was slow. We all ordered a second glass of wine but were asked by the manager to leave before we had finished our wine bc they needed to sit another table. It seemed that they overlooked the reservations. Food was not at the same quality we have come to expect.

This place is going downhill in a hurry. Ive been coming for 5 years a couple times a year, and staff isnt as shiny, front desk isnt as knowledgable, and overall going downhill. Its an older spa and its showing.
