I have been a client of this establishment for over a year with excellent service provided with professionalism at its best until the other day. I walked in to buy an item I saved up for and saved my rewards points as well for this purchase. During checkout time the total was more than what I expected it to be. I asked if she used my rewards, to which she replied no; I didnt have any. Wait, what?How do I not? I asked. Ive been saving my last two visits. I know how much I paid my last two visits and it was full price, I even pressed do not use rewards. Her rude response to me was , I cant give you rewards. 😳. Um, I wasnt even thinking that way. I wanted to know where my rewards went because they werent accounted for. They were used without my permission. I told the lady I didnt feel valued as a customer anymore that this establishment lost my business. Her response was OK! There is power in reviews, word of mouth about employees and businesses. I have the autonomy to to share my experience and I will. When I feel cheated especially when I have been loyal to this company and not spent my money elsewhere and the employee doesnt care if she looses my business over rewards and loyalty she needs better training. This is obviously just a job, a paycheck. Now I drive 15 minutes away to get my vape needs met.

If you buy Monster Jam liquid take note that the date on the back is not an expiration date!!! It’s the “born on” date. Born on is very small and white (on the left of the box) so it’s hard to see. Don’t make the mistake I did… I called and was upset for a day until the manager called me and explained it’s the “born on” date 🤣 We both had a great laugh!This place is phenomenal. Every person is very knowledgeable on products and makes excellent recommendations.We have been coming here since 2022 spending between $400-600 a month and have never bought a product we hated. When new products are released you can rest assured they have tested them and can explain what they do.Aside from me thinking I’ve been vaping expired juice when I wasn’t I have had zero issues with this location. Everyone is super friendly and kind as well!

During my recent visit to the vape store, I encountered a black-haired girl who provided exceptionally poor customer service. From the moment I entered, I felt rushed to make a selection. She seemed visibly annoyed by my presence, which made the entire experience uncomfortable.Despite being a customer, I was not given the time or space to browse the products at my own pace. The staff members impatience was evident, as she repeatedly pressured me to hurry up and make a choice. Her demeanor was not just uninviting but also unprofessional, as she failed to provide any meaningful assistance or guidance.The atmosphere in the store, which should have been welcoming and informative, was instead tense and unwelcoming. This not only impacted my shopping experience but also deterred me from wanting to return in the future.In conclusion, the service provided by the black-haired girl at the vape store was far below the standard expected. Her lack of customer service skills and apparent irritation at having to assist patrons is a significant issue that needs to be addressed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the level of service in the future.

An extra two stars for how beautifully Kayla answered the phone and helped me because I rate this shop in a whole— no stars. (Since I know this is just an employee who doesnt make the prices.) I genuinely hope Kayla knows that the way the phone call ended was in no way me trying to be rude to her but I did let her know there was no way I was paying $27.05 for ONE kratom shot when every single shop in the area carries them for a whole $6 cheaper. This is the first time I have ever heard of paying that much for a single MIT45. Just seems like someone needs a new distributer or this shop is just greedy as all get out.
