I love this shop and all the staff are really nice and engaging. Plus they have great selection. The staff here have always gone out of there way to serve. Its incredible. Great deals, lots of smiles. I go every 2 weeks without fail (payday 😅) and stock up. I chose this store after trying all the different ones near me for a reason. Also, they know what I like and have made an effort to always keep it in stock.

Usually go to A&A in Plano but made a quick stop here since it was close and I called to make sure they had the lost Mary flavor I was looking for and they did. They also have almost every flavor from elfbars to lost Mary’s and better prices gonna stop here from now on because they also have a reward system that makes it worth it 10$ off every $100 spent and also gave me 10% off since it was my first visit. Zero stars, the products are defective, had an issue with a cart and the experience getting it replaced has been nothing more than a nightmare. The manager states the cart was defective but still decided to put it back on the shelf. Argumentative and customer service lacking staff at this location and it’s even worse at the Richardson location. I would not recommend. Waste of time, waste of energy and waste of money. Zero stars.

Ive been to this shop on many occasions recently. I have frequented many vape/smoke shops but this one has by far been one of the best experiences. The shop is always clean and the manager, Damon, has always been nice when I come in (even when its 15-20min before closing). He is all about customer service and experience he is never pushy when inquiring about products. During my first visit I asked for a recommendation on a battery and since then I have had multiple friends come with me or had me buy it for them. I would recommend this shop time and time again.

*READ BEFORE GOING HERE*I went here on Saturday of last week, I bought 6 UNO Mas disposable vapes. Not only did I pay over $100 for these (which normally 6 cost just over $60 from other shops in the area) but the vapes were trash.I normally buy these and I got four of the same flavors I normally get and two new ones. Out of the six, two of them I hit and it was like I just hit burnt cotton (no flavor just a dry hit). The other four were almost like they didnt have as much juice as normal. Six lasts me a week/week and a half, these lasted me four days. I dont know if i can even say it was just a fluke when all six were messed up... The price alone was enough to slightly deter me from going back but the condition of all six just seal it for me. DONT GO HERE, get your moneys worth at literally any other vape shop.
