Hazy Daze

Interesting place to visit. Lots of inventory. Friendly and helpful staff. However, the recommended prerolls were terrible. There is much better THCA in Texas than what I was sold. And do not believe them when they tell you otherwise. Keep looking.

Awful. Went in last week and purchased one item, a vape. The guy at the register (always wears a bandana/handkerchief around his neck and black beret style hat) checked me out and told me the card reader did not read on the first swipe. I was prompted to run it again. Four days later both transactions settled. I went back into the store, talked with the same guy. He said they cant do anything. Zero customer service. Im out $70. I have patronized all of their locations on the island spending hundreds of dollars each visit. This time I will vote with my feet. Being a local I take supporting local seriously. My dollars will not go here again. Cue canned response of a less than awesome experience...

I just spent $94 in this store and before I even left the counter(but after I had paid) I realized that there were 2 of the pictured trays stuck together. The clerk would not let me return the extra tray…even though it had only been 10-15 seconds since I paid! I think this is extremely poor customer service and I spend a lot of money in this location and at the seawall location. I will NEVER step foot in either store again (I’m tired of the lady at the seawall location begging for tips too….it’s unprofessional …I know they probably don’t care, but I spent at least $150-$200 a week here…..If you shop here, please be aware you may get ripped off.

Fun place... staff was very friendly & offered cold cold waters on the hottest summer day for $1 no price gouging here. Great selection for the Ganja lovers and vape dorks alike. Fun place to chill and tour Galvestons beautiful strand. Picked this up for a great price, too.

I purchased a vape pen I use the product for 1 full day on day 2 it starts to make a snapping sound and started to leak and after hearing about some of these exploding I realized having it in my pocket was a bad idea. I tried to get hazy days to stand behind the product they are selling and I was informed that they would not replace it! And they will give me 15%off my next purchase. I did make another purchase on a different brand while I was in the store because I was informed by the kind lady behind the counter would have to speak with a manager before she could do anything. The kind lady did call me back after speaking with a manager and gave me the bad news we sell products but dont stand behind them!

My reviews are normally a hit as I am an honest Individual. Galveston Beach (Seawall) is my second home away from Dallas. Looked up a Cigar spot to visit and when I say it blew my mind - IT BLEW MY MIND!! The place is super clean and the Staff was very knowledgeable about the products they carry. If cost is a concern, all you have to do is be honest and see what fits within your budget. The store is like a one stop to fit whatever your needs are (Cigars, kinky relationship type stuff, cool T-shirts, beers, incenses, candles, hookah, etc!). There was no judgement on anything the customers bought or by the questions they had. Also they included a bday discount for my love without asking. Visit here when you come. It was a cool experience. By the way - if you are into Cigars, try the Norwegian cigar that was like $23. You wont be disappointed!!!

This is a really cool place to visit the employees really know their stuff when it comes to the products sold here. I wasnt sure about CBD when I went in. Owen was extremely knowledgeable about it and patiently answered all of my questions and helped me to choose a CBD that fit my needs. Thanks Owen and thank you Haze Daze for having employees that are so helpful.

Paid cash for a vape that didnt work, went in a couple hours later with cash receipt in hand. Clerk refused to exchange the malfunctioning device or give me my money back. Bought some clothes and was told I could exchange them if they didnt fit, that was an obvious lie too. Even though the tags were still on them and had the receipt. There are consumer laws that youre violating. 3 days to refund or exchange. Its not intimate wear, yeah the back of the store is probably all malfunctioning material. If you want to own and run a business in America then FOLLOW THE LAWS THAT. ACCOMPANY IT. ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

They are half out of it as in employes. They say need a receipt? No and then add a 12.5 or 20 % tip on your purchase. Pay cash as they are adding tips if you are friendly and trusting them when they say need a receipt or save the paper are you good. Then when next day ask them about charge they say tips are none refotundable. Beware as I wish I could them a minus 1 review.

Didnt buy anything because I dont vape or smoke, but it was still fun to walk around in this store. They have a humorously large selection of adult toys in the back of the store. That being said, if youre in here with your kids, do not let them wander to the back of the store. A few of the products have pornographic depictions on them. Other than that, we had fun here!

Love this place! You feel very welcomed from the get go. Everyone from the guy in the front of the shop to the artist in the back our awesome! Got my first tattoo here with Erica, she did an amazing job, very intricate tattoo! She also sales a lot of her own art work and jewelry, Gypsy Soul. Definitely a place to stop in while youre on the strand!

I havent gotten any tattoos or piercings from here but the hookah is awesome! $10 a pop including the tobacco, cant get any better than that. It has a great atmosphere and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I definitely suggest going here!

Very eye catching store, good atmosphere, nice employees but that is about all it gets. VERY overpriced, you pay double there than anywhere else on the island so taking thetrip ANYWHERE else is worth it.. I overheard the way the boss talk to and about employees and they are not very nice to them. Its new age and people deserve good management and good bosses. A good store is nothing without a good leader. They better kind up before they runout of applications. Small island and words runs fast. Be nice to the ones who work with a smile.. They going to need employees in their corner who ENJOY working thereif they want to grow. Disappointed in the higher-ups..do better. Be kind

I came here for the first time today and got my 3rd tattoo. Erica Gypsy Soul was the artist I got. I have to say, she was really good! She made a beautiful script of what I wanted, freehand, and its perfect!! Not to mention, shes a very nice gal who I enjoyed chatting with. If you come to this shop, ask for her.. You wont be disappointed!!

Never, ever buy anything from these people. Spent over $60 USD on a vape tank. It immediately started leaking, I took it back within 30 minutes. I was basically told, Sorry for your bad luck. We can give you 10% off your next purchase. I will never, EVER, be back.

I got my very first tattoo here today. Erica was amazing and very calming. She did an amazing job on mine and my fiances tattoos. She accepted us as walk ins and was very timely with everything! I definitely recommend using her.

I purchased a pipe from here got it home and it had no mouth hole. Its completely unusable and they would not return or exchange it. Wouldnt do business with them again.

Found this little gem walking by today. Went in and met a phenomenal tattoo artist named Erica!! She was able to vision what I was wanting and came up with my tattoo. I am totally in love with how it turned out!

Coolest place in the strand! Friendly knowledgeable staff. It’s not just a tattoo shop, they have so much more! Prices very reasonable for the area and amount of tourist shops around. Very unique spot!

So many fake accounts just to try to bring down a great person. Its a joke. A trash joke! Real talk: check the portfolios. Meet your artist. If you like what they do/who they are, get tattooed. If you feel iffy about either, dont. As a client of Mel, I can say youll be happy with your tattoo and your time.

Awesome Artist Mel did an awesome job on my Celtic Cross Ive been wanting for ever. She made some changes to the original design and made it pop with color. Go see her shes amazing!

I stopped by yesterday morning sometime. Customer service was pretty poor. Didn’t ask if I needed anything or even a hello walking through the door. A few of their cases were messy and unorganized which made finding a battery for a cartridge a bit more tedious. A lot of their products were overpriced..especially Cbd. Ended up going to the other shop on 9th and Seawall and some of the same products were half the price. Wouldn’t go back.

Zero customer service!We purchased a vape device from hazy daze on the strand.Took it home and charged it to find that the vape was malfunctioning.We tried to return the vape the very next day to find out that HAZY DAZE and a NO RETURN OR REFUND POLICY, and we would have to contact the manufacturer.Ive work in deferant roles in retail for many years and have never seen a no return policy as this.I dont know how they can stay in business selling customers one sole transaction.Buyer beware

Anything less than 1 star? I went in specifically looking for incense...Im a local, and have been to this location before with no issues. Anyhow, was taking my time picking out about 30 different incense. I noticed the girl that usually operates the cash register at the front was helping another customer at the time at another location in the store. No biggie. I patiently waited. The gentleman walked up to the side of the counter and proceeded to make his purchase. I was right behind him, as that was happening, two women walked in and walked straight to the front display. The girl working there proceeded to ask them if they needed help, as if I wasnt CLEARLY standing behind the gentleman she just helped. I said out loud, but not rude in any kind of way, Excuse me I was next...When she either ignored me, or did not hear me, I said Wait, Wait, Hey Hey, I was next She then turned around and said well you dont have to be rude. I asked how am I being rude? I was next in line...She told me the line isnt over there, its over here.....I thought Oh really? I said you know what, you can keep the incense and walked out.....VERY CALM!! She had the nerve to tell me as I was walking away...Ok, you can keep your 5$...Mind you it was incense and a holder...The incense are 5$ by themselves for a 30 pack....but that besides the point. Her attitude was disgusting!...The interesting part about all of this, is that Im a local, Ive been in there before...More than a few times! Ive purchased items from 3 different sides of that counter...All of a sudden after you let someone purchase from the side of the counter, the line is where you say it is?....That GIRL has no customer service skills whatsoever, and had a ghetto attitude at that..Go to the other location off of Seawall...Better customer service, and the staff is Alot more friendly.

Loved this place so much, so clean and welcoming and professional, workers are so kind and polite and make you feel comfortable when you first talk to them. I will be coming here for all of my piercings in the future!

We decided to take a road trip to Galveston(5hr drive and our first time)while driving through downtown we stumbled across this smoke shop and decided to stop...so glad we did...this store and the young man working were amazing...he was very friendly and helpful...i will stop at this store every time I come to Galveston...

Funky smoke shop and tattoo parlor located on The Strand in Galveston. We stop by every time we are down that way! They have t-shirts, incense, cbd products, pipes and more.

Mel is my girl. I have over 15 lovely and vibrant tattoos by her hand. Hopefully many more to come. With an infectious personality to boot.

Overall a little over priced, so didn’t get as much as I wanted. They also claimed to have dermal studs then said “Can’t find it. Must be boxed up in the back somewhere.” and walked away. Fun store to walk around, though. Definitely not for anyone under stage age of 18.

I recently went in and got my first tattoo from Mel, and it could not have been a better experience. I plan on having 5 tattoos done, and as long as Mel is around she will do them all. On a 1-10 shes an 11.

Best place for incense! We are locals but love to walk the Strand and never pass up the opportunity to stock up on the incense :)

Horrible. Bought a vape and it didn’t work when it came out of the package and the employee made it work for two puffs so they didn’t have to give me a refund when It stopped working almost immediately.

Awful service. I’ve only been in the place 2 times bc it’s close to where I live and each time the workers have been absolutely rude and not helpful. Today will be my last day stepping foot in any hazy daze. Jacked up prices and disgusting customer service
