Lillian was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was a regular and bought the same product every week. Lillian was new and dealing with a new system, she rang me up for the wrong price and when I politely asked about it she completely flipped out and refused to serve me. Telling me “how can you tell me the pricing of something that was scanned in” and to “get out of her store.” Absolutely horrible attitude and work ethic. Never been treated so rudely in an establishment. Came in the next day and a different employee confirmed that she did indeed over charge me for that product. Spoke with the manager and was told that Lillian would apologize to me and when I came in, she didn’t apologize. Then lied to make herself look better by blaming me for the reason why she kicked me out saying I was the one with an attitude and calling her dumb when all I did was ask the price of a product. I was completely cordial with her until being kicked out. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE unless you want to be treated horribly. Friendlier smoke shops with decent prices and more selection on the island, I recommend wild side.

All around best shop on the island. Staff is always friendly and eager to help you get exactly what youre looking for. Been a customer for over 2 years and its always been a good experience.

Terrible customer service !Was the only customer in the store and had to ask to be helped !blonde employee was not helpful and had no free samples and cared only about her phone!I would never shop here again!

The Manager of this place needs a fresh lesson on servicing the customer. I asked her a few questions about her products, and after ignoring me while scrolling Tinder on her phone, she sighed and said she had no clue what I was talking about. I asked if she was new and she said Uh, I manage this store and have a call to takeShe then got back on Tinder and turned her back to me. LEARN YOUR PRODUCTS AND HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE OR QUIT LADY!!

Customer service was excellent and was treated very nice with that being said. I Bought a few pre rolled and they are so loosely rolled that they bearly smoke without falling apart and having to relight them every time I take a puff defiantly not work the $74 for the 10 I bought better off buying the flowers and rolling them yourself or smoke it through a pipe

My wife broke a tank on her vape and we are from out of town. Went to one shop employee was very rude. Came here and Lilly and Nicole were super helpful and suggested a item to help protect the tank. Girl working february 21st at 11pm was ridiculously rude. Literally the second i walked in she sighed loudly and practically yelled at me to give her my ID, no how are you first or nothing, never had such rudeness with a smoke shop worker. she was on the phone with her buddies sitting down on her little stool and it seemed to bother her that someone walked in the store and interrupted her relaxing chatting with her buddies. I was looking at the products I wanted for 5 seconds and she said “which do you want?!?” rushing me into selecting, made me very uncomfortable and rushed. I asked the price of a product, and she rudely sighed and said “i’m checking it” in a rude manner. When i didn’t like the price of that one she huffed and puffed and just grabbed a random one that i didn’t even ask for and told me the price, I just wanted to hurry up and be out of there so i said yes not thinking about what it is. She was also talking to her friends on the phone in the middle of our interaction. I have very bad anxiety, she really made me uncomfortable, made me almost have a panic attack and definitely made me never want to shop there again. The product I received is terrible and overpriced as well, but that may be because she rushed me into picking some random product.This is terrible customer service and this girl that cant seem to not have a temper tantrum at customers coming into the shop to buy products, needs to be fired. I will be spreading the word to all my local friends. Thanks for the uncomforting welcome my first time in the shop. I’m not sure of her name, but i gave you the date and time so you should be able to figure that out.

I just walk into the smoke shop. You would never guess you’re in Galveston where everything is overpriced. Literally the best prices on the strip. Don’t try out any other place. They literally had 3 g of Delta disposable for $15. On the other side of the island people are charging $45-$60 for the same thing. There was two ladies working today. Can’t remember their names for the life of me. After my most recent experience at the shop I think everyone Needs a raise

I was there yesterday from out of town. And Aubrey waited on me and was very happy to do so. Quite helpful with my selection. And with a smile 😁. The girl working there was visibly bothered by the fact that we were even in the building and by the fact that she had to get off her stool and do some type of work. She huffed and puffed and sighed loudly as if she had better things to do than to answer simple customer inquiries. The attitude she had was atrocious and gives the whole business a bad name. We won’t be going back.

Kinda pricey but very clean location and the store has a nice layout. Employees could be a little more knowledgeable about the products they sell but overall Id probably shop there again.

Since Blaze closed down Ive been going to Smokees, being a local Ive tried many of the shops on the island and I must say this shop is the best. Price wise and customer service has been awesomeHighly recommend

I love this vape shop! Today I dealt with Christina who was quick and helpful in helping me find my coils, the previous time was a girl that worked over night, and went there a few other times. Every time the employees are great, informed and resourceful. Totally recommend!

Jenny was unprofessional sales rep for business. Started yelling at customer who bought a broken vape piece. She’s a manager to this business and puts a bad face for the business. 10/10 DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE! Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a head shop, I bought a 60 dollar bong that had a hole in it the size of a pen head. After three weeks of the owner dodging my calls all I get is “it’s not his problem” and a 20% discount off my next purchase. DO NOT BUY GLASS FROM HERE! It’s all extremely cheap and he flips it for probably 3 times what it’s worth. This guy is a genuine scammer end of story !

I was looking for a place that had O.P.M.S Black kratom shots. This is the first place I went, but I wont be going to any other. Im from the Dallas area and their selection of kratom shots is great. Not to mention the their prices are the lowest Ive ever bought these shots at! The shope is super clean and had a nice variety of all their products. The guy was super nice who helped me too. 10/10 would recommend!

Came in 9/14/20 and bought 2 airbars, I asked I’m how much they were but didn’t hear him clearly. Later on that day I checked my bank and saw a charge for $44.00, I was confused but figured he said 22 each (I wouldn’t have bought them at that price) any ways I lost my card out here somewhere so I had to pay by Apple Pay, he did t offer a receipt.So on 9/16 I go back in because the 2 I bought ran out, and just got 1, and it ended up being 12.98 each.. so I tell him that he charged me wayyyy more last time. And he says he didn’t. But I have my bank statements and I’m sure he has cameras to review what I bought. If they had good customer service theyd review the cameras to see they messed up on this transaction and refund my extra $$. Will not be going here anymore.

Bought a smok novo2 from here this afternoon. Walked back to my hotel, opened the box, and the battery was completely drained.I know that’s not normal for this product. I’ve had 6 of them. Took 2 hours to charge, then was discharged in less than 2 hours. Also not normal. Walked back to the store to try to exchange it, and the guy refused because “it works” and “you already opened it”. I asked if he could swap it out for the display model that’s already opened since he insists that mine works. He still refused. I’m out $35, and I imagine that defective product is already back on the shelf.

I’ve stopped by on 3 different occasions recently. Every time the open sign is on, but the door is locked. This place has lost over $300 in business from me as they never seem to be open during their stated business hours.

The guy working this place has the personality of a door knob and no knowledge about vape products, CBD or Kratom. Prices are not competitive at all. Avoid and go to another shop.

I went in there to buy a tank for my Cerberus mini to replace the one I broke and came out walking with a brand new mod kit because they didn’t carry the glass for my old kit and also didn’t offer me any batteries for my new kit the staff had no knowledge of the tank I wanted
