Awesome vape shop.Staff is always helpful and is very knowledgeable. Owner of the shop is really cool very friendly and takes time out to interact with his customer. He isnt pushy with anything and he makes sure you are happy with what you purchased. Would recommend anyone who is looking to start vaping to come here.

The store itself is always immaculately clean and well organized. My husband started going here when he first started vaping and learned a lot from the owner. Customer service is excellent and the owner is very patient and friendly. I went in to upgrade my mod and was kind of clueless and he let me ask questions until I was satisfied. He is very knowledgable and has great prices. Nice juice bar and literal menu for all the flavors. We have tried other vape shops in the and they were trash compared to this place, we will continue to be repeat customers and recommend this shop to everyone.

The LAST Worthwhile Vape Shop.They sold my products, gave deals, had a discount card with options to win more off an item or even free stuff.Plus, they were decent people.Then he decides to sell.Now, its just another hippy idiot air head moron store.Known as Mr VaporRead my review on that place to get a better and more clear understanding.

A great vape shop with very fair and accurate prices on EVERYTHING. With such a wide selection of E-juice theres something for everyone and the prices are unbeatable. The staff is very knowledgeable, polite, and humble.

ILava Vape is the best! Ive been to quite a few vape shops in the Michigan area, and iLava Vape is by far the nicest shop in all aspects. They have the biggest selection of mods and rdas as well as starter kits and more. There is also a nice E-Juice bar where you can go in and try out as many flavors as you want. Though ill be betting once you come in and try some youll be back for more, and with the huge selection of E-Juice, theres always something new to try.You can ask the staff any questions, they are very knowledgeable and always ready to help out. Definitely deserves the five star review, thank you guys so much!

I just recently met the guy who runs the business a few months ago and hes helped me so much with my vape and finding appropriate tools that help my mother my friends and I, he is very kind, great customer service, what he has done with his shop is amazing, and he even created his own new vape line that is very enjoyable I would definitely recommend I lava vape to everyone! Awesome place! Went there and was set up with a great vape!The guy was awesome super personable and not pushy like many other vape shops he wanted me to buy what I wanted. Overall very professional and I will be a customer for life.

I just went here for the first time and I was EXTREMELY impressed! The man who runs this place (Hice) is very knowledgeable kind and friendly. My vape was leaking, and falling apart. I honestly felt lost and I needed help. He fixed the vape, taught me the proper way to take it apart, fill it, and replace/prime my coil. After that he let me sample his extensive collection of flavors. Personally Id recommend Exotic Coconut, I think its number 85. The shop looks awesome, and is hands down the highest quality shop Ive been to! I live 45 min away, and lll gladly make the drive again. It was well worth every penny in gas! 5/5 stars!

Premium juice, premium equiptment, its excellent shop. The owner is very knowledgeable who is there to help you find the perfect juice for you, no matter how many juices you want to try. I will go out of my way to get all of my juice and supplies there because I will always know exactly what I want.

Came in looking for some juice, since I just recently started vaping, I didnt really know what types of flavors I enjoyed to vape. The last juice I got was from some gas station, and it was okay at the time. When I walked in here though, I was amazed, I was not at all expecting such a nice shop, the inside of it is really nice. The atmosphere inside is calm and fun, and relaxing, theres a big bar where you sit and try as many flavors as you want, and they have so many to try! The guy helping me was funny and friendly, and helped find me some flavors I liked. Overall very pleased with my first trip here. I will definitely be back soon!

I came in after a recommendation from a friend. Ive visited alot of other shops but this is by far my favorite and my go to shop for juice, hardware, questions or concerns. Very knowledgable staff always friendly and welcoming. Good competitive prices and, I always leave happy with any and every product Ive ever purchased from here.

I went for my first device so i can quit cigarettes didnt know anything about vaping. I went in told the the person working what I was looking for he explain what each device does flavor and clouds. Big selection of liquids to pick my favorite ones are the Juicylicious line. I will coming back to this shop for all my vaping needs

Just left here, incredible service, very welcoming and comfortable environment and the prices are almost too good to be true. Shopped around and went to a couple vape shops before stopping here and was gratful to have waited. Will definitely be coming back.

ILava is the best vape shop you could go to. Staff is extremely knowledgable and very helpful. Theres a wide selection of juice, mods, and tanks. The prices are extremely reasonable and there is no place I would rather go to than iLava.

The inside of the store is fantastic but then when it came to costumer service it was Teri able I hade the owner mix some liquid for me and he mixed it in a slurpee cup and stered it with a slurpee straw. Then I was was talking to another costumer about products and I said I got one for cheap online and when the customer I was talking to left the owner badgers me on how not to talk about other vape shops in his store. It was not a present experience.

This place is awesome. The service is phenomenal and the place looks immpecable. The staff is very knowledgable and I always leave satisfied. I have visited several Vape Shops in the past but this is by far the best one there is.

Its one of my new favorite place to go. One of the best (I think) customer discounts. Staff is great and the atmosphere is fun and hip. They have an amazing line of e-juice.

Great place for beginners helping you get what you want, up to the experienced. They arent after money, they want you to get what is best for what you want. you can test every flavor they sell!

There were not any prices listed anywhere in the store. When I asked how much their fluid was the guy couldnt give me clear direct prices. Turns out that I spent much more then anywhere else I have gone and the bottle size is smaller. After 2 visits there I am still unsure of the price.

Went there during business hours. Lights are on and sign says open. Door was locked, and when I called, no one picked up. If you are going to be away from the store, at least put a sign in the window. More than likely will not come here again.
