This smoke shop is the best around. Always open bright and early at 8 during the week to get my daily smoke shop essentials. They have the best prices in all of Nassau County. Hamza provides exceptional customer service, is super personable and has a vast knowledge on all products. It’s always a pleasure doing business with these guys. If you are looking for a place to purchase your everyday smoke shop needs this is the best place around!

This is where I go most of the time to get my vapes. However on two separate occasions, I realized they sold me a counterfeit vape and then an expired one once I got home. I like the customer service from two of the staff members here, so I returned even after these two incidents. The two staff members are pretty cool guys and they know who I am because Im a repeat customer. However, I will no longer frequent this place after todays experience with the guy behind the counter. Im not entirely sure if he is new or maybe I just havent seen him there before. Also, just wanted to preface, he wasnt rude or anything. But, I refuse to go back due to unfair treatment. I forgot to bring my ID so he refused to sell me the vape. I totally get it. Im almost 40 years old, but I do look young for my age. But, I definitely look over 21. I still understand because thats his job to ID customers. He tells me if I have a photo of my ID on my phone, hell accept it. Fine, I stand there for a bit looking through my phone. In the meantime, he is helping another customer who also bought two vapes. Well, guess what? She said she was a student, so how come you dont ask her for her ID? Seriously? She looked young too, so why do you ID one customer and not the other? Your actions proved that she gets preferential treatment because not only did you not ID her, but also as she was leaving, you gave her an extra vape on the house. I hope your boss knows that you are giving away stuff for free and being selective about who you wish to ID, when clearly she looks as young as I do.

I randomly walked in there today to find a vape pen and was pleasantly surprised by the vast selection, quality products, and outstanding customer service. I’m not sure if Saud is the owner but he was extremely helpful and even gave me a discount on my pen! Will definitely be returning!
