Most excellent store and customer service and support. Mohammed went above and beyond for me. My old mod stopped charging and I was in dire need of one and on July 4th at that. I texted them online and he got back to me right away letting me know they were open today. He had different varieties for me to choose from according to my needs and wants that we discussed ready for me to check them out when I got there. He also helped set it up and everything. Absolutely love this place! Will never go anywhere else.

I stopped in on May 6th to buy a disposable vape and had the strangest experience. I asked for a recommendation and decided to purchase the one he suggested. While I was paying, I didnt notice him open the box until he handed me the vape by itself, outside the box. I had to ask him for the box because it was in his other hand like he was going to keep it. Im not sure why this happened but it made me uncomfortable and, needless to say, I wont be coming here again. The vape was good for a decent price so Im giving 2 stars.

Great service and the pricing was comparable to online, I might pay a little less buying online but I get instant gratification here and if I only have to pay $5 more than online, that’s okay. A different vape shop wanted to charge me double what Hype sold a 6 pack of coils for. They definitely have the best prices here for coils and oil. Love the vast selection of salt nic they have as well! Going back today to restock ☺️

Came in a month ago for some things and I told Jay Id leave a review but totally spaced. Anyway, Jay was awesome and got me set up as well as helped me decide what I need in the future! Great place, lots of options, and if everyone that works here is on Jays level, you cant go wrong with their recommendations. WILL be back!

Went in there to get 2 vapes, tried both in-store and ended up not liking one of them. The 2 guys I met allowed me to switch it out and even recommended my new favorite flavor! Definitely coming back!

It smelled awful and there was a roach running along the wall. I asked the staff for a specific coil 0.2 ohm and they asked me what voltage I ran my vape at instead of wattage, and insinuating that I did not know what coils I needed when I asked for 0.2 for a reason
