Excellent staff and a super nice store. Probably not a drug front, like everything else at Northwest and Saturn. The tetrachrome at the front desk has a nose to match, she literally smelled my vape from across the counter. Lost a star because it always looks closed. But it is the best retail vape store on this side of Garland.

I stopped by this location to try out some vapes, and the person who helped me was named Cheyanne. She really took the time to go over everything with me and answer all of my questions. I am brand new to this, so her kindness and knowledge was wonderful to experience. Ill definitely be back!

The ideal vape/smoke shop. Owner or maybe manager? Either way he is very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices on ejuice are about as good as it gets. Great selection of delta variants.Great clearance section too!

Hadn’t been here in a while. Place has new ownership and I have to admit I am extremely impressed. The place looks so modern and well laid out. Amazing selection. Definitely my new go-to shop! Mac was extremely helpful!

If you know how vape shops work , this shop does not. The worker didn’t know anything, asked for a Valerian 2 coil and didn’t even know what that was. When I asked about a style of flavors the worker didn’t know what to recommend. I bought a flavor before walking out realized I was never asked my nic level and say he had gave me a 0mg. I turned around and asked if he had anything with nic and he was confused. He than handed me a 50 mg. I had to explain how the levels and what tank people were using to determine the level. I will never got back to this shop.

I want to give the benefit of the doubt that it was close to the end of the night and this lady was probably just ready to close up... but the customer service was not present. At all.I wanted an experienced opinion - or at least AN opinion - had multiple questions that went unanswered and ended up with a blank stare or a one worded reply.I have visited a handful of vape shops in the past and felt much more valued (without even making a purchase). I hope that this was a one off on this ladys service.

The clerk was extremely rude I asked a question and she became very offended. I was asking about the number of puffs for the glamee. She stated she don’t know. Long story short she was not at all helpful didn’t want to help and playing music so loud. She even comment about me wearing sunglasses ( I don’t know what that had to do with anything) I will not be back and I hope she will get an attitude check. She was extremely unprofessional rude. It was extremely a very bad experience. There are so many other places to go

The people that work there are rude. They are Always sitting in thier car and walk in the store after me. I started buying disposables ( glamee nova 4000 puffs) here since they are close to my house but the vapes are terrible quality... aka fakes. Every time I get one from here they last about 2 days max. Ive had several that are faulty and burn up because they keep burning after Ive hit it. The owner does nothing about it. They make you open and check them before you even leave . Which in most cases they work but only for a very short amount of time. These disposables last me 5 to 7 days when I buy them from any where else. Dont waste your money here.
