Ive been here several times for concerts and love it. Bar staff are always extremely nice. When my ticket from my phone wasnt working at the last concert i went to, the woman scanning tickets immediately went to fix it. Security staff was very on top of it but didnt ruin the vibe (heavy rock concert).
From the show (Dogstar with Keanu Reeves) to the staff and atmosphere, our experience was great 👍🏻. I actually felt a little sick during the show and needed to sit down. The staff immediately realized something was wrong and took care of me with a chair to sit down, water, orange juice and snacks, because I thought my blood sug6was low. EMTs checked my blood pressure and it turns out it was very low, causing me to feel dizzy and sick, but Casey, and so many other staff members were there for me making sure I had everything I needed. They are all amazing. They got me a seat so I could finish the show sitting down. I felt better in a short while.
My bestie and I saw The Used here with Story of the Year and Amira Elfeky and we really enjoyed it! We got the VIP option which means you are in a standing area on the side and there’s a separate bar and bathrooms. Definitely worth it. I also liked that we could check our merch and pick it up after the show. Overall greatExperience.
Paid for tickets to Sum 41 concert. Because it was important to me to see the band, I paid money for seats rather than general admission. Several times during the concert various staff and photographers (with the venue, local news, etc) would be so kind as to block our view. The staff was somewhat quick to remove random people for standing and blocking the view, but the numerous photographers took one pic and stood for 2 songs got a pass to block views for some reason. It is super disrespectful. As someone who lives within a mile of here and have gone to a few concerts here in various seats, I have now had it with this venue and Im done. There are so many more venues in Michigan and 90% of these artists go elsewhere too, so I will happily avoid this place and drive a ridiculous amount of miles to avoid this frustration and I suggest you do the same. Just because someone has a big fancy camera shouldnt mean they block the whole rows view for several songs, just to leave and have the next camera dude come and block my view for the next 2 songs and so on.Thanks 20 Monroe. You suck!
The witch dragged me to see The Used and being a leftover crack kinda guy I really had my apprehensions. It really was fun I will admit. The venue itself was just large enough to pack every nostalgic emo person in are part of the Midwest. I fear the would have been way more. I do thank the law for legal capacity, could you imagine the negative electromagnetic field of all those scared thighs in one place? Thats like a bunch of kilotons of emotional emo nostalgia. I think MI6 knew this and sent in 007 to keep that evil at bay. Thank you 007
I have seen a few shows here now. My new favorite venue. Super small and cozy. Easy parking access. I have seen Father John Misty, Dethklok and Baby Metal, Post Modern Jukebox, Nathaniel Ratliff and the Night Sweats. Excellent shows. Fantastic sound quality. Great view from any seats or the floor. Great service. Going to see the Dead South there later this year.
Ive gone to several shows here. This venue is probably the worst thing to happen to Grand Rapids medium sized concerts. Many artists who previously would have performed at The Intersection now play this venue instead, and the ticket prices are typically double what we would have paid at The Intersection (and that extra money is not going to the artists). The drink prices are insane. Im used to stadium and concert prices for drinks... but this venue takes it to another level. For two beers and two waters I paid $50.Its a nice venue, but they have repeatedly disappointed me. On the other side, The Intersection has consistently been a quality venue and feels much more like its mission is to support music fans and bring them quality music at fair prices.
I drove 4.5 hours to see Sum 41 here for their farewell tour after doing a bit of research on where to see them. I am so glad I chose this venue!!! It was an AMAZING show and a great experience overall. It was a very cool venue, a bit smaller which was honestly perfect, it was cozy and I felt way closer to the band. Definitely so much better than a huge stadium. All of the staff were super nice too, from merch to the bartenders to security. I wasnt sure where I was supposed to go for VIP/early entry but the staff out front were very friendly and helped me figure it out. It was my first out of town solo concert and I had a GA ticket so I was a little nervous about being on the floor but I never felt unsafe. I stood at the very front at the barricade (a little off to the side to avoid the mosh pit haha), the security guards were very kind, they even handed out water to people! One of the other reasons I chose this venue was that there were nearby parking options. I ended up finding parking in a small lot maybe one block away and was able to get out very quickly. I would definitely come back to GLC Live! Thank you guys!!!
Saw In This Moment last Saturday and it was awesome! Its a small venue but really good sound quality. Will definitely return if the right band performs there!
My husband and I had a blast here! I sat on the side upper seats. It was perfect. I think we would like the try a booth next time. It was very clean, workers were all sooooo nice! Only bathrooms are upstairs. Everything was organized most of all everyone had fun! We saw In This Moment! She had a great setup here with the room she had!
Flew in from the East Coast to see Dethklok & Babymetal here. All I have to say is… WOW! What a fantastic venue! I’m tempted to say that I would fly back here just to see another band I love at this venue. It has a super small/intimate feel and there’s not a bad seat in the house! We sat in the front row of the upper mezzanine and it felt like the stage was SO close. The venue staff is also some of the friendliest that I’ve encountered and was happy to answer any questions and help. There are also plenty of restrooms/stalls so I never had trouble with a line to the bathroom. If you can see a band you like here, DO IT!!! 10/10 would recommend!
Came here to see Vance Joy and Alice Merton, won free tickets. I was very impressed with the venue. Lots of space in the general admission floor, plus good views from the seats upstairs. Good drink options at the bar (they had, I believe, 4 bars in here!), although prices were kinda steep...$6 for well drinks! My only complaint would be they need a second set of bathrooms downstairs as there was only 1 one and it was upstairs, so it was somewhat challenging to get to the bathroom, and get in and out quickly....ladies, you know what I mean! Overall though, great experience and I plan on returning very soon! (Like in 3 days to see Gin Blossoms! 😉😉)
Great place for concerts!!!Seen a few here and on the bottom floor is all standing room only, no seating. You can watch the concerts in seats, but you must ask and pay extra for Balcony Seating. Beers and well drinks are priced high...should be expected during all entertainment events, no matter what venue you go to. They do have popcorn and very little snacks. The set up is great. Bar in the lobby and a long bar once you go in the venue. There is also a bar for the balcony seating on the second floor. All in all....a great venue.
Recently attended GLC live at 20 Monroe for a Dropkick Murphys concert.I normally dont stray too far from metro Detroit for a concert as I travel from Canada so this was a first visit, but I can say I was very impressed. The venue was beautiful, and clean. The artwork in the lobby area was awesomeThe staff were very friendly, and the security both for the venue itself as well as the concert ( behind the baracade) security were absolutely top notch with how they presented themselves and cared for the concert goers. The sound was great, the stage looked fantastic.I would love to attend another event at this venue in the future and you should too!
I was here twice in 2017. And twice this year. This year for Death Grips and The Eric Andre Explosion Tour.20 Monroe is a special place. Its a nice mid-sized Venue to see great national acts at. Whether youre on the floor or on the balcony, this place is great! I guess I just wish the stage was like a few feet taller??I saw a girl faint at the Eric Andre show and the staff quickly made sure she was okay, got her a wheel chair, rolled her outside to get fresh air. I think the staff handled that situation well.Any staff Ive interacted with have been kind and helpful in helping me find my way around to my seat. I like going to the bar upstairs, it always seems to be less busy.If theres an act that I like coming to 20 Monroe, I dont think twice about going!!!
Saw Motionless in White and Ice Nine Kills here. Venue made VIP a little confusing by ushering everyone upstairs, but other than that, the venue itself was really nice. Big stage, everything sounded great. Staff was mostly on their A game. They did miss a crowd surfer but made sure she was okay asap. They passed out water to us in-between sets and made sure we werent getting too overheated.
This a great facility, the drink menu is a little expensive but makes up for it in convenience.I love how they made it fan friendly for the fans of the bands that come over. I got to meet ALL GOOD THINGS who opened for Sevendust. Its experiences like that that make me want to keep going back to this venue I definitely recommend checking it out!
This venue is great. It feels intimate but still seats quite a few people. The line to get inside was around the block. They had people come through and check ID and give wrist bands for alcohol so it was already done before they opened the doors. Once the doors opened it was very fast to get inside. Security was good, passing the wand over you quickly. In todays climate its nice to know theyre doing what they can to keep people safe. The show was great and lots of fun. Ill be sure to come back next time someone is playing who I wish to see.
While GLC is a much larger venue meaning bigger bands and more opportunity for fans to see their favorite bands live. This place sucks, anytime myself or a friend has purchased VIP or fast lane tickets, there has been issues. Security is bad compared to the much smaller venue, The Intersection. The purchasing of drinks is honestly atrocious. They buy over priced liquid deaths in a can and OPEN them the moment you buy them instead of getting capped plastic bottles. So while im trying to figure out when my VIP starts for something I purchased in JANUARY, its now May and theres been no clear communication in the last week of when VIP starts, which seems to be a GLC specific issue. Can you guys just do better? Youre a large venue making clear mistakes or actions that are bad for your crowd/audience.
In my opinion, this is the best venue in GR of this size. It is nicer than the Intersection and larger than Elevation. The balcony and high ceiling make it look and feel larger. Bars down the entire side of the main floor are extremely convenient. It is easy to park and easy to walk to from many bars because it is near the middle of downtown.
Fantastic venue for entertainment. They have a large open area that can be used for dancing, or if the show requires it, they can fill that space with seating. They do have mezzanine seating all around the stage and there isnt really a bad seat. I appreciate their attention to security, they take it quite seriously. They always have special drinks based on their shows which is kind of cool. Drinks are a bit overpriced but then again, they have a number of events with free tickets available. Beastie Boys Tribute Band, The Imposters, was a blast!
This is probably the best place in grand rapids to see a concert. From there sound system to the size of the venue. Even a band that does not usually sound good live, sounds great here! The only problem I have is that all the bathroom are on the second floor. There are none on the main concert floor.
Great venue for shows, comedians and such. Easy access, parking is right across the street. Venue is clean, friendly, efficient. It could use some more spacious seating though.
Easy Access. Great locations. The venue check-in and security ran smoothly and the food and drink vendors really knew what was going on and were helpful. Would totally go again
In This Moment / Black Veil Brides / DED.There was a girl in the crowd who was screaming loudly and continuously during intermission, threw multiple drinks on people and was shoving/elbowing people in the crowd who wanted to be left alone throughout the whole event until a nice concert goer in the crowd took it upon himself to block her from shoving people. Security either didnt notice or didnt care. But it was a great concert!
Beers are pricey, but venue is nice. Lots of open space so its easy to move around the floor. Bars along the floor so you dont have to completely abandon your spot to get a drink. They also have snacks. Good venue if you dont mind that its on the pricey side
20 Monroe Live is a great venue to see any performance. The front row seating will cut off some of the view of the stage. The side seats on the mezzanine will cut off some of your view since the speakers are hanging in the way. The mezzanine provides a great view and is not far from the bar and restrooms. Parking can be tough in the area. But I heard they have Valet parking for a fee. They offer an unlimited fountain drink option.
Grand Rapids has some of the best security guys for metal shows. Pit daddy helping people crowd surf but making sure pits dont become aggressive. Great time.
Good addition to Grand Rapids music scene.Just what was needed. Most seats are good but there are several obstructed view seats. Mezzanine level near stage is obstructed view by hanging speakers on both sides. In the back mezzanine on the sides you have to look through wires protecting people using the stairs. Most other seats are great. Ive been here more than ten times and its fun. Last night had the box seats in front of the mezzanine. Just great. I would like these every time.
Great time at the 20 Monroe! Despite a sold out concert there was still room to get around. Sitting in the mezzanine, there were comfortable chairs and great views. They were quick to check in despite the long lines and an overall amazing experience. The drinks seemed good and the bathrooms were cleanly I would come back again
Bailey zimmerman concert was great! Good view from almost everywhere! My big complaint is that people with actual seat tickets were standing in the general admission area which is already overcrowded. They dont let GA tickets sit in the seats so they shouldnt let seat tickets take up space in the GA area either.
Easy in, easy out. Parking garage right across the street. Not plush accommodations, but adequate enough for a comedy show. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the show and parking garage.
I’ve been to 20 Monroe a few times and most recently to see Johnnyswim. Here are my thoughts: the fees when purchasing tickets are high, the drink costs are high, but the venue size is near perfect. I don’t think there is a bad seat in the house. I’ve seen more popular bands here as well as a comedy show- every time I’ve been to 20 Monroe has been a good experience. There are lots of security staff which makes you a bit more comfortable and able to enjoy why you’re at the venue in the first place. I’ve never had to wait more than a maybe couple minutes for a drink- there is plenty of bar space and staff so you’re not missing the show!
Free Beer and Hot Wings Live @ Night was a blast!! And the staff was very attentive, yet not pushy. Lighting and sound was great even from the mezzanine!
Its a great venue, its not too small but its not huge. Its a bit overpriced I find but there is always great show being booked. I believe they have all ages shows and no minors. The bar drinks are definitely overpriced and theres not a great selection but it works. There is no parking at the venue but there are several parking structures and lots within walking distance. Unfortunately theyre just not free.
This was my first time at 20 Monroe and I was absolutely blown away by the venue. The floor layout is great and the sound delivery/system is out of this world. My only gripe would be against the price of drinks, but thats to be expected and it didnt deter me from getting a $9 24oz pour of PBR.August Burns Red killed it as expected 🤘.
Good venue. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. Bartenders were friendly. I think the only issue was the seating. There was a lot of spillage of drinks, not mine, because the floor seats are close together with no places to set a drink.
Awesome place to see a show. The balcony is great, seats are comfy and have cupholders.
Very nice place. It was my first time there. The bartender was very sweet. The one thing I did not like was how the security workers walking around were dressed. They looked very sloppy.
1st time going to 20 Monroe live and it was fantastic! We upgraded to V.I.P seats, the staff, private restroom and lounge was top notch. Drinks are a little pricey but what you expect, your at a concert. Definitely felt safe with all the security and definitely coming back for another awesome concert as a V.I.P.
Really awesome venue. Little expensive like everything these days.I swear I got pick pocketed 2 times in a week though during the concert. BEWARE!
This was our first time here and we had a pretty good time. We had received free tickets from a friend, the tickets had seats listed on them but it turns out that the seats were only for those who had actually paid for them, not a big deal as we didnt mind standing but it is something others may want to keep in mind. These pictures were taken standing about level with the mezzanine (from the floor) - for those taller than me (Im 52) the view was great, I ended up watching from other peoples cell phones 😉.The staff was fantastic; helpful, courteous and fun. The show was WAY busier than they had anticipated but everyone kept a smile and good sense of humor - things ran like a well oiled machine and had I not asked I never wouldve known that this show was anything more than they expected.Like any other event like this the drinks were OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive (with tip nearly $30 for one short and one tall mixed drinks) but there are a ton of locations nearby to get your drink on before and after, if you so choose.Overall I am incredibly impressed with 20 Monroe Live - the atmosphere and staff were amazing and for free tickets I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Im looking forward to many more visits in the future - but next time Ill pay for seats 😁.
I was here tonight for all time low and had a wonderful experience with how 20 Monroe did everything. All the employees outside, security inside and everyone we had any interaction with was super nice. The show was smaller so more intimate and better with covid still going on. Will definitely come back for more shows when bands come here
Very cool venue to see a concert. Really good seats just about anywhere in there.
Attended a concert here and really enjoyed it. The venue is big enough to host some great artists and small enough to feel somewhat intimate. Our seats in the balcony still felt really close to the show. Staff there was helpful and friendly. The drink stations are set up with screens showing the stage and the lines were quick so you dont miss much.
Great venue with plenty of seating. The tickets for the shows are a little overpriced during the week, but you get a good view of the stage from every seat.
Great venue. Drinks were pricey but other than that great spot.
20 Monroe live is a great place to see a concert. The acoustics are amazing! The venue is nice and small so if you get there early you can get right up by the stage. We were three rows away from the band!! These photos are from when we saw the Pixies. If you have sensitive hearing -sometimes the speakers are loud so bring earplugs if you think you need them. Prices on tickets tend to be reasonable, so we are able to see more concerts at 20 Monroe than we are at other venues like Meijer Gardens. The venue is also right in the heart of downtown which makes the experience awesome if you are looking to eat/drink local either before or after the concert. Give this venue a try and I guarantee you will be back!
This is a fantastic place to see a show!!! A nice small venue that makes for not having a bad seat in the house! We went there and watched the movie Moulin Rouge and then a concertMy wife and I were very happy with everything there and all the workers we encountered were super nice. I will definitely be going back here for many more concerts in the future! An added bonus is that its right downtown so you can hit a few breweries and then see a show and then go back to other breweries! Its a win win situation for sure!!!
When I bought tickets I didnt see a VIP option. These have seats in an upper section where you can see everything. There are restrooms and bars up there too! Sounded good to me after some crazy chick threw a cup of beer into the crowd and was trying to mosh with everyone. I know its a concert, but I would have rather been up there had I known I had an option for $5 more.
Good little venue for an energetic yet intimate general admission floor show with Mezz/Upper level seating that still feels close to the stage. Easy access to bar/refreshment for in multiple locations. Little less posh is n some of the edges and stage show capability than some similar ones. Subjectively, the acoustics seemed better than most similar venues.
Great venue to see an event. if you’re into drinking lots of bars spread out so the lines aren’t too long.
Horrible experience! Website was not clear on doors opening vs show start time. Stood outside in the cold for 40 minutes until an employee came asking folks to upgrade to fast pass or VIP to get inside in 4 minutes. Money grab! Took our cash while we continued to wait outside, albeit under a heater, get scanned and searched twice only to get in 15 mins early. Card only sales inside. Disorganized!
The security check on the way in left me wishing they had bought me a drink first. They didnt have any metal detectors and so they were patting down everyone. Once inside they had numerous bars so we never encountered a long wait for drinks (especially handy when we needed water after getting too hot). They had a nice selection of beer and liquor, more than Im used to seeing at a concert venue, but their prices were higher than Im used to also, $11 for craft beer. Like most other larger venues they dont give you the cap to the overpriced water bottles they sell which is annoying. It was a nice sized venue but didnt have nearly enough air circulation. Halfway through the show we had to abandon our spot by the sound booth and go stand in the back because we were so overheated. They do have a coat check so if I see another show there I will definitely dress in lighter clothing to help compensate for the heat. Despite the annoyances we still thoroughly enjoyed the show, the acoustics were great.
First time here. Collective Soul. Great concert - really liked this venue!
Great venue. Seats above the floor are a bit cramped for the bigger guys, but I cannot deduct anything because I am definitely surpassing a normal size. Great distribution of bars and kiosks. Even with a packed crowd, one can still move around since the floor plans are designed a bit better than other venues Ive been to.Would 100% consider seeing another performance at this stage.
A very nice and well-kept venue. Ive seen many bands perform here and never had a bad experience.
The staff here are excellent! I use a wheelchair, and we went to a seated concert where everyone decided to stand instead. The staff immediately realized I couldnt see and helped me find a spot where I could. Thank you so much for that! The parking garage right across the street was very convenient as well.
20 Monroe has good acoustics, reasonable drink prices (especially for a concert venue), clean restrooms, and friendly staff. I got in line about 45 minutes before doors opened, because I had general admission tickets, and even though it was a sold out show, I had a great view. Im 56 and I do feel that if I were shorter it would have been difficult to see, though. If height is an issue, Id recommend paying the extra for balcony seats if possible. I didnt order any food, so I cant comment on quality, but I can tell you that food was available.
This is a really well-run venue. Like others have mentioned, even when its a sold-out show theres plenty of room to move around. The bathrooms are clean and spacious, the lines move quick, the drinks arent outrageously priced (for a concert venue), and every seat has a great view of the stage. The medical staff is also fantastic. A friend of mine fainted during a concert here and they were extremely attentive and made sure she was cared for until the concert was over. We got to sit off to the side in a designated medical area that had chairs and a solid view.
Saw Death Grips on their 2023 tour. Security is quick but efficient, and I felt safe coming in. Inside, the atmosphere is intense and exciting. Great lighting and audio systems. Staff members took many precautions to check for underage drinkers, and the bar is huge. Really awesome place to see a show.
Overall a good venue. One annoyance was that my friend was turned away because he had an empty fabric tote bag which they said was too big. It had nothing in it and could literally be folded and put in his jeans pocket. Additionally, the bands performing that night were selling tote bags with the same dimensions.I didnt enjoy paying $5 for each water. There was also sometimes an overpowering smell of weed inside, and with alcohol all over the place, lots of drunk people doing drunk people things.I loved the performers, the stage, and the seating was fine. I do wish that maybe we had a better venue of a similar size in Grand Rapids.
This is a great venue for concerts. Excellent floor for GA to have a nice concert experience.
This was my 1st time attending a show at 20 Monroe and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome this venue was. We had VIP valet parking and seating, which was a nice bonus. I loved the private VIP longue with the bar and bathroom in it. Nice touch! Great seating in the entire place. The only thing I would say that is a major negative about this venue is the crazy drink prices. I cannot believe how expensive the drinks are for the very small amount you get, for mixed drinks. $13 for a captain and diet coke! That is nuts!!!!! But over all had a blast!
Fantastic experience. Clean venue (including bathrooms), friendly staff, multiple areas to get beverages and even pretzels. Parking garage across the street. Great seating options and still small enough to get that intimate concert experience. Cant wait to see another show here.
Cool new venue. Smaller space. Set up well, though the stage could be a bit higher. From near the back, it is harder to see. We went to our first show tonight and saw tapeface. It was really fun. They have a full bar and some food places inside. Typical high venue prices, though they do have a bottomless soda for $9 which is a nice option. All the people we interacted with were friendly, professional, and helpful. Would recommend this venue. The location can be a bit challenging to get to as it is in central downtown, so plan out your route and parking options. We paid $10 parking at the Devos Place parking and walked to the venue.
I don’t want this to go unnoticed. Last night I went to this venue for the first time ever, along with my wife and kids to see BabyMetal(my kids really love this band) I made a mistake and bought general tickets and being the tallest in the family (5’3”) and in the back none of us were really able to see the stage. However, I was able to speak with two coordinators and they were able to accommodate us making sure the family stayed together and able to see the show. It was foolish of me by not asking their names but I want to really say Thank you as you made my kids first concert one to remember.
Great venue for a concert! We saw the Sum 41 show and it sounded great!
Great music venue. There is a single bathroom inside on the first floor. Not ALL of the bathrooms are upstairs! Also here is a picture of row A section 201. Just for reference. Still a great seat. Just know this is what the obstructed view looks like. I wish there was more non alcoholic options here for the non drinking crowd. Sound was fantastic there.
This is a great venue to go and really great for concerts too and I saw Starset concerts there.
We went for NYE. The venue was awesome! We had a fantastic time. The bars were definitely overwhelmed (and they advertised plenty of no-wait bars). We even had a waitress with the package we bought and it still took forever to get a drink at 11:00. There is more they need to figure out before hosting another NYE event, but we still had such a blast that we are already planning to go back next year.
Good venue to see as show. $27.00 for 2 beers was way too much.
Jessica Kirson was absolutely amazing, but the lower level seating was very crowded and not comfortable at all, legit packed in like sardines!
Dope venue. Nice staff. Definitely recommend any show here.
I liked how small and intimate the venue is. It was a little hard to see the stage, though, from everywhere I stood. The bathrooms were clean, staff was nice and I really cant say much bad about the venue itself.Saw Modest Mouse here and they played an incredible show, however the crowd sucked. We got side-eyed for dancing and people were just rude. People in this area act like theyve never been to a show before, which can turn an incredible show into one that isnt as fun. I say this because across the street at Van Andel Arena, Maynard from TOOL lectured the crowd for sucking as well and we got no encore. If I were Modest Mouse, I wouldnt have given us an encore either (but they did). The crowd didnt even try. Boo.
Good venue, great staff/service, and good sound/visuals. Love the fact that they have a fenced outdoor area because it gets HOT inside. Some air circulation would be great but otherwise no complaints.
Great smaller venue. Bathrooms upstairs are my only hitch. Arrived an hour early and got in on time and quick. Have been to other events here as well and theres some chill spots on the second floor. Have sat in balcony for a show and those were also excellent spots. Not a bad seat in the place.
Great venue, easy to get in and out and every show Ive been to here has run super smoothly! I love that that its big enough to have a good sized concert without being massive.
Very small venue, not a bad place to sit. Friendly staff.
Great venue! I broke my ankle a couple weeks prior to Clutch, they provided my group and I to reserved seating on short notice and at no additional cost. Staff and bartenders were great. All in all it was an awesome experience.
Good seating. Great show, helpful staff. Will be back
My brother was dehydrated & passed out in the pit during the first opener. The staff was prompt & so helpful. Special thanks to Barbara who calmed me down from my panic attack while the medics checked out my brother. She also hooked us up with waters & seats so we didnt have to miss the show. A literal angel. She also came to check on us a few times after & really just made my whole experience so much better. Shout out to all the amazing staff & medics for being so responsive & respectful. Extra special thanks to Barbara, give that woman a raise! 🖤
Nice and clean, large main floor with good acoustics and several bars, balcony with limited seating and another bar. They did a great job of getting everyone in at a timely manner after doors opened. Very nice venue I would come here agian
One of my favorite venues ever. There are no bad seats here, and theres always easy access to one of the bars. The music always sounds great here (no overpowering bass or earsplitting treble), and employees have always been super helpful. Been here many times and will be back for sure.
Went to the Bop To The Top tour, line was wrapped around the block but they got you in super fast and it really didnt feel too crowded even when you were in. Drinks were pretty reasonable, licensed drinks were not awful either. Already looking into more concerts so I can go again.
Perfect venue, VIP add on is so worth it and will definitely go back
The venue is clean and modern. I saw an experimental-punk-hip-hop-metal act here, and the sound system was loud, and looks to be high quality (couldnt tell, the act is lo-fi) but the bass should have been stronger. If you see an act here that hauls their own subwoofer stacks from city to city, you might get face melting bass, but I dont suppose their stock system will satisfy those of us looking for truly heavy bass
