Bought a couple bottles of juice a couple months ago, immediately noticed a nasty flavor and color. Turns out the juice was too thick and wouldnt burn correctly therefore actually burning and also burning and coating my coils immediately. I am not running a mod or anything. After having another shop look at it, they said theyve seen it before and its caused by being too thick and using cheap flavorings.When I called the store the guy was rude and said it was my fault. I have never had a problem with any other juice before other than from here.Therefore I would not recommend these guys unless you want to risk wasting allot of money and time.

So many better vape shops in the area!! Overpriced and a staff that can give two craps if you are a customer. Now I see these reviews and found out it is under new ownership. Furthermore, the owner is in some bickering war on social media, disrespecting someone with a medical condition. I can not fathom how people treat others now a days. Dont believe me see the reviews your self.

Fast friendly service. Lots of flavors to test. Charge $1 for testing due to new law. Great place.

They have most things in stock even the filters that are hard to find for my sons vape pen. Their hours are fantastic, open late most evenings I think until ten. The staff is really friendly and try to help you figure out what you need.

My boyfriend and I went in on wednesday and purchased a piece. Had some issues with it, came back Thursday and they replaced the coils. Got home still was having issues with it. Went back today, friday, and they not only replaced a few pieces and gave extra coils but gave us a new bottle of juice. Each time we went in it was a good experience. They were knowledgeable and took time to help us. The issues we were having were due to manufacturing issues not from service. Thank you guys for all the help. Well be back for sure.

With my 30 years in sales and marketing and a former smoker thats been doing vapin for 3 years.......in 4 different cities...I put this store at bottom of list with low quality, limited selection, disorganization and lack of professionalism. The 3 strike rule - Ill go to your store 3 times and spend $$ even if first visit was a bomb out just to see what customer service is like for buyers not satisfied with original purchases. This was a strikeout in my opinion after 3rd visit buying from them.

Fantastic place to be. These guys are so knowledgeable and it doesnt matter if your experienced vapor or ready to quit smoking these guys will help you with your needs. They also have some of the best juices and prices around. Make sure to check them out.

I came in to there shop looking to start dripping, they showed me what I needed to learn and went over the safeties of using mech mods. They have a great selection for any style of vapeing they are now my one stop shop for all my vapeing needs and always have an answer for any questions I have without making me feel like an idiot for asking. Definitely stop in and talk to they guys.

I wish I could give it no stars. I went there to get a starter kit and learn about vaping however when I walked in no one was at the counter. In fact a group of 7 or so guys were sitting on the couch playing video games, no one greeted me. I walked up asked if anyone worked here, I was told the owner was on the phone with the bank. One of the guys got up from the couch and said he could help me, I asked to see the starter kits. The counters were almost completely empty! They literally had 3 vape boxes and all were 100 bucks! Apparently they were out of stock...i told the guy that was more then I was willing to spend but thanks. No one tried educating me, no one tried showing me liquids, no one tried to order me a starter kit....but when no workers are present what else can you expect. What a joke of a place.

Workers are great, and they have a big variety of juice, mods, and tanks.... but they are always out of stock. I went in there a few times and left with nothing because they didnt have it in stock. Overall not very impressed.

Comfortable atmosphere,killer juices,and a Knowledgeable staff...Kinda the Real Deal when it comes to shops!The best pinball machines i have ever played I have been to other shops like this one but for some reason they were named Voltage Vapor too.

Owner lies to his customers, stole child support payments from me by deducting it and never making the actual payments, and accused me of stealing when I quit to find a real job. Bad selection of products, rare restocks, unknowledgeable staff.

I have had nothing but great results with both V1and V2. The staff is knowledgeable on everything I have asked and friendly. I drive to Green Bay from Brillion to see the staff at Voltage.

I dont know what the sales guys problem is but I went in to the store and right away he gave me the stink eye. I was trying to ask a question about rbas and he completely ignored me and answered his cellphone. I was quite pissed and walked out. I will not be returning to this shop again.

Out of stock of a lot of products. Owner refuses to bring in special orders. Multiple trips in for same product no results. I guess I have to find a new place to go. Owner doesnt care
