Felt discriminated asking me if my id matched my debt card never in my life had I been asked that and I have a joint account with my wife so there times her name on it. Didt speak up about this to the employee. but as days went by. nobody should have to go through that. Short white girl with glasses should be a better way on handling this. Now don’t even wanna go by there again. Accused of thief.

Love being greeted by the counter girl telling me know one likes the flavor I want. Then being told it has to be put in a bag even though I don’t want one…

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. My visits here are twofold: CBD gummies (yummies!), and using bitcoin machine to send funds to a loved one abroad.

Simply the best smoke shop in the Triad. Ive been coming here for years because the staff is not only passionate but they are also highly educated about the stuff they sell. So many other shops around here just buy their supplies in bulk and throw them on the shelf without learning about the product they are selling. When you walk into Smoke Rings you will know that your money is going to exactly what you want and any questions you may have will be answered. Keep up the quality work guys!

All of the staff are polite and knowledgeable. Great selection for all your smoking and vaping needs. Their kratom selection is diverse and Ive never had a bad bag. The delta-8 gummies are legit. All around great place to shop.

This is a great smoke shop. They have all kinds of cool things to consider and the staff is always eager to please. Its better than most smoke shops around. If they dont have something you want, ask them, they may be able to order it for you.

Great place & knowledgeable about thier kratom. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was that they only sell one brand of the green red & white. It was a decent red, I bought. Ive since found a better red, but Ill still shop here! GREAT SERVICE.Update! 2/24/22 The Kratom brands are amazing! So many. Love the staff. Always 100% best service. This place is awesome! After doing some research online, I decided to check out some options to help me with alcohol withdrawal. The guy there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Long story short, I ended up getting what I needed, tried it and am extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend this spot.

Nice shop with a staff who knows everything there is to know about water bongs. Chase was super helpful and friendly and not overly pushy like a lot of other people who work at smoke shops. I left with exactly what I needed and love it 😌

Very nice quality glass & cheap prices name brands like simba, Kong , phire legacy. They even have pax 3 which I seem to can’t find in any other stores. Very big selection of Cbd & Kratom and it’s pretty cheap for amazing quality.

I bought an ash catcher here a few weeks after coming in and buying a water pipe. Along with the attachment I purchased a universal titanium nail. As soon as I get home & heat up the nail, the attachment breaks from heat. Calmly call the guy who sold me it, I was told to come in & buy a drop down and he would help me out with a discount. Get there and johnny sells me a drop down pipe to be used WITH the nail that he also sold me earlier. I left with another attatchment & a drop down with no discount other than the store wide discount already happening. Johnny said they werent part of a corporate chain so they could do that. I get home & the drop down breaks from the heat of the nail as well. I called the store and I received horrible customer service by the assistant manager( Justin). Same guy who got hot headed on the phone the second time I called. Im gonna tell you guys right now, theres no way in hell youre walking out with a free piece. was what he said when we asked to speak to his manager in person. I never received any form of help or refund from this.They claimed it was my fault when in reality the only reason I bought those three things was because Johnny told me it wouldnt break due to the heat. I Dont know wether its the fact that they buy cheap glass, slap a sticker on it and say its quality glass; or they just absolutely dont know what theyre doing / talking about. Immaturity at its finest. Dont bring your business to people who arent in consideration of their customer satisfaction.

Went in for a hookah and we ate very satisfied. The young man was very helpful, generous and knowledgeable. I will be going to this smoke shop going forward!

Ive been to Smoke Rings in Greensboro and in Wilmington and both locations had very knowledgeable staff as well as a VERY impressive collection of glass, quartz, titanium, vaporizers, anything you could need. I always recommend them to my friends.

I purchased a lights out 2.0 vape from this location. Upon opening, the usb charger was missing the piece needed to screw in the vape. No big deal. Tried to use it once and there was absolutely no airflow what so ever. Took it back to the store for the refund and was told I needed a new coil for the rig, that was done without even turning on the vape to test it. After I showed them the coil heats up find I was told I had to contact the manufacturer, or stop in and discuss it with the manager. Unfortunately, the employee couldnt tell me when the manager is actually in this location. Will never step foot inside this place again.

Smoke Rings has been my favorite smoke shop for years! The guys that work in there are right on point with their knowledge on all the products in the shop! Definitely, a hot spot!

Dont buy torches from here , the butane torches are made cheaply and sold at high mark up , I bought one 3 days ago now it stays lit after you let go of the button . I called to see if they could refund or at least trade it for another but they wouldnt do ether
