Payless Tobacco Plus

Finally found my 1 and only go-to vape store!! After trying 100’s of places this is the only place I will go and only place I will refer people too. They are very nice people. Greets you every time you walk in the door, there to help and answer any questions you may have. They didn’t have a vape I was looking for so they ordered it right away and recommended another one for me to try. They had me open it in the store and try it before I even left to make sure everything was okay and that I liked what I purchased. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank yall so much 💞

Attempted to go twice as I just moved in across the street from Hampton University and the shop was the closest and it had 5 stars...both times I didnt feel safe getting out of the car. The 1st time there was a homeless person sleeping on the side walk next to the store and another homeless person who was walking around picking up cigarette buds off the ground and when he saw me parked he came up and knocked on my window asking for money to go into the store to get cigarettes. Decided to try and go during the day instead of at night the 2nd time thinking it would be more busy and safer since I saw a few cars, but saw the same homeless man from earlier in the week around the corner and no one inside the store. Maybe its because all the other store fronts around them are closed? Just going to drive the further distance instead for peace of mind.
