Staff here is SO friendly and very inclusive. They always go the extra mile & call me to let me know my monthly service is ready. Love them!

They have raised the prices for the membership again, and its starting to feel like its not worth it . I live near 3 different locations, and trying to get an appointment at any of these 3 is way harder than it has to be. They just dont have enough employees. Plus, you never actually get an hour massage. Its more like a 50-minute massage because the massage therapists never start on time, and they always quit early. But my biggest gripe is that you are not allowed to freeze your membership and use up any massages that have been accumulated. I was in an accident, and I accumulated a lot of sessions during my recovery. So, you have to have an active account to be able to use those saved up sessions that already have been paid for.There is no legit reason why you cant freeze your account and use up your already paid for sessions, except that its greed.If I ever do get to use up my paid for sessions, I will definitely cancel my membership just for this reason.

The staff was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Keke assisted me at the front desk and was able to get me a massage despite short notice. Jenny, my masseuse, was amazing! Her deep tissue massage was the best I’ve had in Henderson. I highly recommend her.

I have been to 3 of the Massage Envys in Vegas and this is the cleanest and nicest looking one I have been to. My massage today was nice. I will definitely return next week. Even though its a 30 plus minute drive I think this one will be where I go from now on. The employees are friendly. I know for a fact that the other 2 Massage Envys had their best therapists transfer here.Update:So the day before my next massage I get a call that my appointment is cancelled. Eh, not a big deal. Just reschedule for the next day or 2...Nope. Im told its at least 2 weeks from now. So where is your customer service? You cancel my appointment to accommodate your business and I lose out. Im thinking you owe me a free massage for my inconvenience.

I was here mainly for exfoliating of hands. Really not satisfied with the exfoliation of arm/hand. The main purpose of exfoliation is to removal of dead skin. But removal of dead skin was not performed on the arm or back of arm which was suggested in the website. We need to understand well before enhancements are added to the site. Entire session was not even performed for an hour.On top of that. Website says 80$/ hour and on-site they say it is 120$ which i don’t understand.

Deceptive and unscrupulous, they exploit every opportunity to drain your wallet. You request a specific specialist, only to find they switch it at the last minute and attempt to impose a cancellation fee when you refuse to see someone else. Their defense? Its all part of their corporate policy, leaving you helpless.If youre on a membership, canceling means forfeiting all your paid-for credits within 60 days – rendering them useless. They conveniently omit the fact that you cant transfer them to a friend when you cancel, but its buried in the terms and conditions. Its frustrating; you paid for services and should be able to use them or share them with a friend. (Oh, and they charge a $10 transfer fee just to squeeze a few extra bucks from their customers.)Save yourself the trouble and skip this profit-driven corporate entity. Instead, support local spas and health practices in your community that genuinely care about your well-being.

I had one of the best massages ever at Massage Envy St Rose! My massage therapist was fantastic. I love deep tissue and it was perfect. I was super excited to get a massage since it was my first time since the quarantine last March. I was super relaxed in cloud 9 when the massage was over. I didnt want to leave! Ill be back for sure and the best part is that this new location is only 10 mins away from my house in Southern Highlands!! Ive been recommending this Massage Envy on St Rose to all of my friends!

Great reception very friendly. Said 60 mins but only got 50 mins dislike tricky businesses I dont need 5 mins on each end. Then Sophia is hearing impaired hard to communicate what you want ... you are supposed to use hand signals during the massage. But she tucks your hands in with the sheets tight so that you cant get your hand out. Then last 5 mins she had one hand only on my foot and I looked up and she was texting. Not much focus or attention to muscle groups, missed many. Finally on the website it says 60 mins $80 but Surprise it was 50% higher at $120 which is what I would pay for an incredible excellent massage not a substandard or at best tricky average one. Yet another little kind of tricky thing that doesnt disclose to you exactly what you get and turned me off even more. I will never be coming back to any massage envy. I dont like their practices.

My husband comes here to see Dustin and absolutely loves him. When he leaves after his massage he is always giggling and says this was the best massage ever. I had a facial with Maloni the same day he received his massage and because my skin looks so amazing after seeing her Marco has requested to a facial as well. He actually has one booked this Sunday. The staff is always so professional and friendly and very helpful and their cleaning procedures are on point. If your in the area don’t hesitate and stop by your going to love this place. It’s the perfect get away to relax and feel better.

A lot of times when a new location of any business opens, you will experience the learning curve or growing pains of the business. This was so not the case at Massage Envy as they opened a new location not far from me on St. Rose Pkwy.I was greeted by such warm and loving staff. Due to my eyesight, I couldn’t read the intake form, but the staff sat with me and read it for me! That was so kind!The clinic was immaculate and you can tell sanitizing is a top priority for them. Everyone has on masks, and hand sanitizer stations were in each place I was in.Dustin was my Therapist and he was truly amazing! I had some back challenges and he worked on that and I upgraded to a heat/cooling treatment which was fantastic and provided great relief.I definitely enjoyed visiting this new clinic and I look forward to returning for another great massage with superior service!

I have been a member of Massage Envy for over 15 years. I absolutely love it. Every massage therapist I have ever had has been so skilled and so professional. The new location on St. Rose Pkwy is absolutely beautiful and the staff has gone above and beyond. Even in these uncertain times I feel safe and very well cared for at Massage Envy. Thank you for providing an absolutely essential service!

Ok massage.However, I was unknowingly up-sold a one-year contract. Ive been lied to by omission that it was a one-year contract only to find out after I called to some time later to cancel the membership. I was left speechless on the phone. After I said that I was never told it was a timed contract, the location simply sent me the contract document that I got duped into signing. It was a bit of an insulting end to the phone call.Be on the look-out of shady up-selling when visiting this location as a non-member.

This place is amazing. The service was very professional and clean, and the location is conveniently located in the Southwest Las Vegas area. I didnt realize how tense my shoulders, neck and back are from sitting at a desk all day at work. My massage therapist did wonders on relieving and relaxing my muscles. I would definitely go back again and highly recommend Massage Envy.

Ive put off getting a massage for over a year due to the pandemic. I was still so hesitant about going, even though places have safety protocols in place. But I was in desperate need of a massage for my wellness. My muscles were all tight, I had knots, I ached so bad and painkillers only lasted for so long.When I went in, it was early, I had scheduled their soonest possible availability. The front desk receptionists had told me about their safety policies in place regarding COVID. Being the germophobe I already was (even before the pandemic hit), I breathed easier knowing that they completely sanitize and disinfect the rooms and change everything after every client. I was lucky enough to be the very first that day, so I felt easier.During my massage, my masseuse checked in with me regarding the pressure, etc. It was a great experience and FINALLY the knots and the pain had subsided.I highly recommend this particular branch of Massage Envy. Theyre friendly, they give you all the information you need regarding membership, if you have any questions about their services, theyre very concise answers. Definitely going back soon - after all, I now have a monthly membership! 😁

First experience with massage envy and definitely won’t be my last! As a Vegas local, surrounded by these “exclusive” or “high end” spas, Massage Envy at St. Rose beats them all out. The store is locally owned by Marissa Hawkins. I love supporting locally owned businesses. And a plus, I just saw Marissa featured on the local news after she and other ME franchise owners donated over $100,000 worth of wellness services to our local nurses. Bravo! Thank you, Marissa for keeping Nevadans employed and doing what you do for our community.

My wife and had a spa day while in Vegas at Massage Envy at St Rose Pkwy location. My massage therapist was great. He help my loosen all my knots in shoulder and neck. The staff there was very professional and helpful. Will definitely go back there when in Las Vegas.

I have worked with other Massage Envy’s in Las Vegas but this location by far has treated me the best. From the friendly staff to the relaxing and professional massage and facials, me and my wife will not go anywhere else. We are thrilled to book with this location regularly. We recommend anyone starting with the Massage Envy brand to start with this this location.

I booked a 60 min massage with Andy and loved every minute of it! Andy was very friendly and professional. You could tell the massage was personalized based on what areas needed the most attention. The massage was one of the best Ive had in Las Vegas thus far. Thank you Andy! I will be back!

Alexandra was exceptional! Her professionalism and knowledge was next level. Easily the best facial I have ever had. I was in search of a local esthetician who I could see regularly, and Im so happy that I found Alexandra. She recommended the Jan Marini products and Im now on a brand new skincare reg! My back and shoulders were a mess - one knot on top of another. Chantel got right in there and worked her magic. While one session wasn’t enough, and she told me that, my back felt much better by the time I left. I don’t think I realized how important it was to add massage to my routine.The service from start to finish was fantastic!

This is exactly what I needed. After this long, uncertain year. Massage envy and their staff were absolutely incredible. Super clean, made us feel very relaxed and so professional. Each franchise is locally owned so it felt great to support a local business. High recommend!

I’ve had 2 appointments scheduled for me and my mom (who’s a paying member) for WEEKS just for them to call the day of to cancel the appointments.. Then the girl wants to say they don’t have ANY other openings for this month so we have to wait until middle of next month for something we booked almost 1 month ago?????? But they can charge you for rescheduling your appointment…… How does that make sense ? You can waste my time for free ???? This is so unprofessional maybe think about trying to accommodate your customers who spend money there? This location was rude and horrible and I’m beyond disappointed never ever will I recommend this place to others until they know how to run their store a little bit better cause that’s clearly what’s needed.

The massage I received was just what I needed. He took his time with my trouble areas. After massage he recommended further massages to help with my trouble areas. Also the front staff was amazing lead by destiny. This will be my new location for my massages.

I got a massage and facial at this Massage Envy recently. I loved the entire experience. Destini was super informative about the different products I should use for my skin. I would definitely recommend this Massage Envy to anyone who is looking to get a great massage or facial!

All I can say is WOW! The entire experience was amazing. The receptionist team was welcoming and the massage therapist, Jahmar, was so professional and gave an outstanding massage. I will definitely be back!

I would like to give a shout out to Emerson at the Green Valley location, he does an amazing job and rally helps with my troubled areas (Sciatica and severe shoulder neck stress). I have very demanding businesses that can sometimes bring on a lot of stress and ME always helps me decompress. From the front office staff to staying compliant with CDC guidelines from the moment you walk in. I feel safe and secure knowing ME is looking out for my best interests and safety. Thanks ME Team!

I have been going to this location for the past month and will continue to use it on a regular basis, in fact I like it so much that I have been going one to two times a week, Nita is great, been using her every time I set up my appointment and have booked her for the next 2 weeks every Tuesday and Friday,
