The knowledge and customer service of the staff is exemplary. Came in late last night to get a new dab rig right before they closed, but still received full service from Adam despite the time. Helped me and my girlfriend with all of our questions and set us up with a new rig, giving straightforward and honest advice.I had to come back to talk about an issue I was having (faulty banger, rare occurrence but not their fault) and Forest set me up with a solution before my parking rate kicked in. Thanks guys, will come back.

I would definitely recommend this head shop! The customer service there was amazing . I love the piece I got from Chay. She was very helpful and explained things to me thoroughly . She had an answer for all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable in the store. Every time I come in, she’s making the store look presentable . If you need a good head shop, go to Choke Smoke and Towns cheapest vapes.When arriving at pipeline, we specifically asked for the most affordable stuff we were looking for, due to us needing it for a short time and not needing quality. Both employees proceeded to try to convince us to spend as much money as possible, and treat us like tourists who had never been to a head shop before. After ringing up a lot more money than we realized, we found they had a shelf behind us with discounted items and cheaper items, that they never mentioned the entire time we were there repeatedly asking for affordable products. theyre specifically trying to get as much money from us as possible, not trying to give good business. We didnt feel like we were treated right at all.

I always liked this shop but, I recently started coming in a bit more because of how great the staff has been. Specifically Julian and Hunter. They always seem to be there with awesome attitudes, beyond ready to help you out. Passing on the love, keep it up 🌈🌈

I’ve been coming to Pipeline for YEARS! Everytime I go I get someone so sweet and helpful. The last couple times I’ve gone in, Chay has helped me and my friends out and that girl knows her stuff! I continue to come in cause I’ll always see something new. And literally no one else has their sales and prices.

This place is amazing. The amount of pieces they have to choose from is mind blowing. The staff here is incredible. Koa especially, she is so kind and can answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Bought a piece that was defective. I noticed it had a small hole in an ash catchers stem when I used it, clearly a production mistake. When I brought it back to swap it out for a functional one, the staff tried to make it seem like I had broken the piece. Typical mainland business style of accepting no responsibility. Cheap, poorly made Chinese glass combined with horrible customer service showed me they are more focused on short term profits than long term customer satisfaction.Prices were cheap, but you get what you pay for. I learned my lesson and wont be going back.

Can be a little hard to find if you arent familiar with the intersection. High quality pipes with HUGE selection and staff that actually knows about everything in the store.

Awesome hookups only came in looking for honeystraw and got a great Christmas deal on a couple items and even though ash catcher was lil messed up fully understanding and helped me out with my purchase and always friends chay, Vic, and pono were all understanding and helped to give you the best bang for you buck.

Located right above the popular university bar, study hall pipeline frequently has great deals on a large selection of glass wares. Its entrance is in the back up some stairs, but the service is excellent and theyre open the latest of all the smoke shops in hawaii, remaining open til 11.

These guys sold me a dab tool that they claimed was titanium, I find out later it is magnetic, try and return it in perfect condition unused and they turn me down because of there policy. Watch out for these guys, make sure you get what you asked for, I didnt.
