I came for the deals, I stick around for the excellent customer service.Sure they sell out of items, but work diligently with you to find a suitable replacement. You can even cancel no questions asked if you need more time. And last but not least their original Lavabox mod has outlived every mod I have purchased since.

I am disappointed that my items are always out of stock. I have to try new stuff that I am not sure of a little scary. However I do like the education that you are giving us on the products. Also I like the verification process it is simple a pain but simple and appreciate the efforts of trying to keep vaping away from kids. This place is amazing. They always have everything I needed. I have owned a number of dufferent pod systems and nicotine salts and I called to ask for a specific pod system and a friendly associate by the name of Jericka answered the phone and confirmed stock. Selection looks good, however sales staff have a lot to learn about customer service. Too pushy with their own ideas of what is right or wrong for using the juice. Ive vaped for 6+ years and the lady is trying to push their own ideas of what PG/VG mix should be instead of just providing me with what I was asking for. In the end walked away without buying.

I have always had a nice experience when I visit this site. They answer any questions promptly. They even call me on the phone to explain what I might be doing wrong and how to fix it, cause I am always doing something wrong.Yeah I know smoking is simple, but I am old and this is new technology to me. I mostly stick with the volcano brands because the first vaper I bought from them over 10 years ago still works.

I was given the wrong flavor and they would not exchange it for the right one. Needless to say they made a mistake and expected me to pay for their mistake! Poor business conduct. I know how much it takes to make a bottle. Its at a 1,000% profit yet they would not exchange.

I’ve always had positive experiences with Volcano Ecigs. The customer service is great, follow-ups always prompt, and if other problems arise, they’re always fair and offer discounts.Been a customer for 5 years (?), maybe more, and won’t be going anywhere else for vaping needs.

They have a return policy for bad juice... store credit IF the bottle is unopened. How am I to know that Lemon Twist Golden Coast Lemon Bar tastes like cheap soap if I dont open it? This basically means that no juice can be returned. Do business with companies that have a real customer service policy.

2 guys at kiosk yesterday not one asked if I needed help after walking around them for al least 4 minutes so if you are a person of color do like I did go to Don Quijote where the guy is happy and friendly and have a larger selection and very knowledgeable.

Don’t buy from these guys crooks I bought a 60ml bottle of red apple fluid they charged me 32 dollars. When I looked it up everyone else is charging between 10-15 dollars stay clear of these guys double pricing and very rude when I told them about the price he said well we need to make double the money and thanks for your money how rude

Id normally award 5 stars but, you allowed yourselves to run out of Volcano Coils. Maintaining adequate stock is retail 201. I need to order replenishment coils.At least provide an ability to pre order out of stock items for the convenience of your customers. As it is now we have to go through the hassle of continuously checking in to see if the coils are available for ordering.

Not once have I even craved a traditional cigarette since I was introduced to more specifically, vaping with your pure tobacco eliquid, a rather huge feat I was never able to even come close to prior to my introduction to Volcano Vape shop, the few I tried before were not even in the same league...And throughout 8 years of experimenting with many other product lines & an array of assorted eliquids- ranging from the lower end, cheaply made all the way to the very expensive, well known & established brands - and I can honestly say, even after 8 years of working diligently to find a product that I would enjoy even a fraction as much as I enjoy your product, I have been unsuccessful. Nothing touches the pure tobacco flavor & the grade & quality of the this eliquid- it is supreme in every way.Thank you!

This is the worst volcanos location, avoid at all costs.So my mod died right before I went to lunch at the mall with my mom. So I went to the only place in the mall that cell electronic cigarette batteries. These people are really the worst. I told them I needed one battery. When I changed my batteries from home I grabbed 1 that was at partial charge. So i bought 1 from the kiosk. Walked to the food court and popped it in my mod. DEAD!! So I went back and told them its dead. First they said well sorry no refunds or exchanges. My mother and I continued to plead with them when they agreed to trade it for another. Also DEAD! Then and only then, they decided to fill me in on their inside joke and tell me that all the batteries they sell are dead. OMG. WTF. FML. Also they only sell one brand OF battery, no other options. People working this kiosk are rude at least the foreigners at the others are nice to people.

Friendly staff bought a box mod metallic rainbow well the mouth peice since I came in to pay the metallic rainbow box price but they didnt have it so most likely order it online. And bought frozen apple juice. 6 percent. Maybe next time Ill grab the 3 percent since I like to put things in my mouth and the 6 percent is a little on the high side 😅

He is not just friendly and super patient (even with newbies like me) but super knowledgable about which flavors you might like and which cartridges you should buy based on your lifestyle and preferences.We sampled quite a bit of flavors and my hubbys top four were the Kona coffee, halawa guava, lolo lime, and blueberry breeze.We were there when they had a 50% off sale on some flavors so the damage for 4 flavors (30ml) with 8ml nicotine was $56.50 not too bad actually for vapor flavors.
