Major hot spot for all your smoking needs. Employees are amazingly helpful, especially to new smokers. Had a fantastic interaction with one employee in particular named Zephyr. Casual and answered every question I had. Ended up buying a porcelain style water pipe for a reasonable price! Will be returning!!

Love this store! Awesome and knowledgeable people. Always tons of options. The staff answers any questions I have to help make up my mind :). Friendliness is top tier here!

These guys have terrible costumer service. If you buy something, make sure you get what you’re paying for. When I went in this morning and the employee or manager wasn’t even on time I should have taken that as a sign. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I like.

The dude was rude and Seem to be very aggravated when i came into the store.. I asked to look at the cut leaf vape on The Wall and he proceeds to stand at a far distance Whip It out of his pocket and show me with a attitude............. No I actually wanted to look at the box and read about it.. you seem to be visibly shaking and having issues. Pretty rude since I spent over 130 in your store... I dont think I will waste my money there again with that attitude . Feel free to reach out and make this right.....

This store and its employees completely rock!!I was in need of an urgent item and they helped me locate what I needed. They didnt have it but was able to get their other store to hold that for me. Theyre knowledgeable about every stuff they sell and was a great help to me and I will definitely be back and recommend

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL worker at the front. Some bum that is angry that he works at a vape store for his life. Treat your customers right you fool

Bought a vape wasnt told to try it before I left and the stupid thing didnt work. When I called they tried to lie and say they told me to try it first when they didnt say anything but have a nice day. I will keep going to outlaw vape instead. They also didnt really even have much of a selection.

Purchased a puff bar for 27.00 that was supposed to have 2200 puffs. It lasted 2 days 300- 400 puffs, when I went in to resolve, they pretty much said I was sol and said sometimes its the luck of the draw😯 I was barely given a 25 % discount on a new one.What a scam and definitely poor service! These people are are fraudsters! Dont give them any business!

Best place to buy any sort of vapor product in town. Great products and incredibly helpful staff who are there to teach you if needed. They also have a great selection of glass ware. I will definitely continue to shop here. Right next door is an amazing coffee shop as well.

Very friendly staff and great deals. I would have given 5 stars if they were utilizing the GetFive points reward system like the Broadway location is. When they do, Ill upgrade the review. Other than that, I cant stress enough how friendly the staff is.

They can almost always answer my questions. When they do answer my question, they can be very detailed. I vibe with the people there so much and the enviroment is just amazing. I get all positive vibes from the moment i enter to the moment i leave. 10/10 will continue shopping there.

Got a vape told them it was burnt so they all tried it and said it was fine. Didnt get a new one instead got look at like I was the problem and paid over $50 for a burnt vape. Do not recommend this store. buy online instead. They probably take a cut from the employee so theyre force to lie and say its fine so it doesnt affect them. Sad. Do not support

If I could give a 0 I would. Bought a stem from there, specifically told them I need 14mm size. They sold me the wrong size and wrapped it up before I really had looked at it. Got home and the size was way off. Went back not even an hour later and they would not exchange for the right size. Told them it was their mistake and was told its not my problem. I will never be going back there. Luckily for me, I decided to drive downtown to Hippie Down and it was completely worth the drive. They got me what I needed, were super friendly, and even gave me a big discount for my bad experience at Vapor Door. Vapor door needs to change their policy on exchanges and seriously work on their customer service. I 100% recommend Hippie Down over vapor door.

When ya buy stuff thats got cracks under the price sticker that you dont see till buying and bringing home and then also buying stuff that works for a day and a half and quits for zero reason - more than one product item 🙃 its just a bummer. Disappointing

I go to the vapor door quite frequently usually when my homie carson is working there, he does a fantastic job at helping you find what you need and he’s quick to recommend pipes and vapes to me based off of personal experience with them and I can never go wrong listening to my homie, and any other staff I’ve had any interactions with are also very helpful, I feel bad for people that have bad experiences with this place because I’ve only ever had good ones

Dont go there unless you want to pay for their mistakes. They sell you the wrong thing and wont refund or exchange. Heard this happened to quite a few people after it happened to me. Would not be surprised if this is a scam they pull steal your money and try to get you to also buy the right product after they ripped you off.

I went to this place because a friend recommended it based on what I was looking for. I have been vaping since the very first vape pens came out and we only had a couple of stores like this in this area. The employees in this store were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The store does require face masks , its clean and nicely organized. You can find things for your tobacco needs that tobacco stores dont usually carry, candles, some great stick incense and even some beautiful tapestries and lots more here! Its a very cool little place! One thing that really sticks out in my kind and prompted me to give this review; I went in to purchase a vape and some juice then about a week later I walked in and the employee who first helped me looked up as I walked in and said Welcome back! ” ... She remembered me, that really means a lot to me. Its not so common anymore and even with a mask on, I was treated like I had been a regular customer for some time.. and it was only the second time she had ever seen me! These days its hard to find places where you are treated like this, seemingly little things like this are often overlooked. For many of us this is how you want to be treated.. and for me, makes a huge difference in whether or not a place continues to get my business! I really like this place and I recommend checking it out!!

Pretty good selection of mods and accessories. Interesting amount of herbal pieces and wares. Workers know their juices well, and always seem to be up for giving recommendations. Buy one get one 50% off on most juices, so come in expecting to buy double. Typically more expensive than Idaho Vape when it comes to coils and such. Play your cards right and you can still walk out with a good deal.

I love going to the vapor door. Very knowledgeable staff and a great selection of juices and hardware. Bridger is a total rockstar and has never let me down when I go in there. Would recommend to anybody, newbie or veteran vaper!!

I enjoy this location the manager here is super knowledgeable and a good conversationalist. They always have some of the latest, newest things.

The Vapor Door is a great place to purchase all your vaping and smoking needs. They carry a smaller selection of E-juice then others do, but the quality is better and the price is great. Buy any liquid, get the second half off. They even have a rewards program that allows you to get even more discounts. They even sell CBD products. Try them out before you visit another shop.

Like the products that they carry the prices arent too bad either. And the staff is pretty good too.

Terrible service, we and got something brand new not even open and it didnt work took it back into the store to ask for help with it and wouldnt even help us figure out why it didnt work. I use to love vapor door. Now Im never shopping there again!

So delucious! We go here for cookies and Ironport soda. Or we come for soup and sandwiches for dinner. Its all good! They have excellent rolls, bread, and cinnamon rolls by the door.

They often have higher quality vape juice on sale. And they usually have the supplies the other stores run out of. Laid back, nice people work here.
