Idk but I went to this store 2 times in 3 weeks and got the same item but the item was more expensive the second time… so I sent a friend in the next week and hers was even more expensive for the exact same item . It’s like the price for the gummies change depending on who is in there.. feeling robbed

Really great vibe throughout entire shop, owner has handpicked all items. Went in to check the place out and left with a vile that has totally helped my every day headaches. No more Tylenol!

Went by Sunday and there sign on the door and online said they were open, but when I had got there it was closed.

Poor customer service. I left and couldn’t give him by business at all. Came in and gave him our ID’s which is standard — but literally no other communication after that. He was talking about people who weren’t there no more when I walked in because they weren’t doing their job correct. I came here all the time and this was the first time I have seen him. I asked him to see if his store has the specific flavor that I am looking for and he replied with “well there’s too many flavors to know”. I have never had that happened to me before. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME coming here. Spend it somewhere else.

Great place for anything CBD related! Amazing atmosphere and amazing people. You wont want to leave once you get here. No pressure. No rush. Ask your questions, get comfortable, and get exactly what you want. Highly recommend this shop and will definitely be visiting in the future.

THIS STORE HAS A VERY BAD VIBE. I walked in and walked right out. The man who was there was very rude and looked like he didnt want to be there. Everything was overpriced. Save your money and go to another store for your Vape needs.

I visit this store frequently. I see a lot of reviews about Willow, who is so knowledgeable and friendly. I met another guy today, I think he said Mike but I cant remember, but he was cool and funny too. Prices are a little high compared to other places, but if you are in a pinch its the perfect go to. Ive never been pressured to buy anything, but they recommend krarom one time and I definitely wasnt pleased, but you live and learn. Overall no complaints. I just visited today.

The people working here are the nicest, most patient and most helpful that I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. They’ve never tried to upsell me on anything, only focusing on what I was looking for and what would best get me there. And having gone in there the first time with only some very basic knowledge about CBD and everything else in there, they’ve spent more time speaking with me and educating me than I would have anticipated. Seriously, give them a try! Awesome people, and an awesome business all around.

I love this store! Super friendly, and amazing customer service ! They helped me find a new tank after mine had broken. They taught me how to put it together and about coils!They also let you try favors!My favorite part about it all was the fact they help me ind a tank without a metal tip, since Im allergic to metals. Which made everything more amazing.:)Im grateful for my co worker telling me about this place.Will totally go there again :)And you should try it too!

Bought a Diamond vape battery here. It was acting a little faulty. Brought it in and the guys here took great care of me and let me exchange it. Good customer service. They gave some good advice moving forward.Atmosphere is nice and chill also. Would recommend!

Been here a few times now, and I must say, this is the most welcoming and friendly shop in DFW! Ive been to some other CBD and Kratom Vendors in the area, and will not be returning! Also a plus, these guys are right up the road from me! Wonderful selection of both Kratom and CBD products! Dont be afraid to ask questions, and get to know these guys! Always a pleasure to stop by!

Needed some emergency juice on a budget and this place did me right. No attitude just straightforward sampling and direct answers to my questions. Chris was the man at the counter and he was one of the best vapologist I have ever encountered (I think I may have created a new word) He custom crafted a nice cool fruity mix for me that I am seriously happy with. I hope to frequent this store often. Highly recommended.

The other reviewers are correct about this store. Avoid this store at any cost. Everything is expensive here. cartridges, ejuice, and starter kits prices are doubled. The bald guy is rude and make up prices on the fly and bad at customer service. The other guy doesn’t even have curtesy to acknowledge my presence even for 10 mins. I know you are helping others but at least acknowledge to the customer saying I will be with in a min so we know you noticed me. There are several other best vape shops around N belt line road. I will take my business there

I had a positive experience with the customer service, I called on the phone and the guy was very helpful. I later stopped by and he showed me around the shop and let me browse the products. It was a pretty good selection of regulated mods and starter kits. I only had a couple minutes to browse. I bought some Charlie Bravo Delta and was impressed that he made recommendations for my usage and didnt try to upsell me something I didnt need. The only reason its not five stars is I needed Nautilus Mini coils and when I got back to my room, I realized it was full size Nautilus coils. But these are very old coils that no one has requested in years, to be fair.

Jonathon was very helpful and knew everything from pain reliving to energizer products. Very humble and didnt feel pressured to buy anything we werent looking for. Everything from the moment you step in is very intimate and welcoming. If I could give this a higher rate I would. Would also recommend join the rewards program!

I purchased my 1st starter kit online in October of 2017...I started experiencing issues in January...I called the place to no avail...I stopped in a couple of local shops, one had determined my mod was done, within 3 seconds of it being in his hand, and of course immediately tried to sell me another one! I took it to Vaporia & Josh started troubleshooting! After telling him what I’d been through, he assured me I didn’t need to make a purchase...several days later my mod wouldn’t power on again! Frustrated, I went back to Josh...again, he fixed it and showed me what to do if it happened again...Josh had been so professional & knowledgeable, I promised him the next mod I decide to buy, I was bringing my business to him! I did and he was extremely helpful, making sure I had all needed information to make a well informed decision! THANKS A GRAND JOSH!!!!

I love the products in the store they have a very wide variety to choice from. I would highly recommend this shop to any of my friends.

Limited stock to what everybody else carries. No high end products. Prices are high considering every other store sells same items, many for cheaper prices. Lots of the juices were names/brands Ive never heard of. Staff was knowledgeable, for the most part, a little pushy for my taste. Theyd be an awesome store with better pricing... And to be fair Im not talking like 50% less... Like. Maybe 10% to 15% cheaper and they would gain more business. I realize local B&M cant compare to online, and Im not asking for that, but carrying the same items every other vape shop carries and being on the higher side of pricing isnt good for customers. If you want to get the higher prices, carry the higher end devices and juices. Thats my point.

Pretty much just a typical vape shop but they seem to really specialize in having hard to find items. So if you need something super specific, then try this place but I will say that you may have to pay a little up for the convenience but its better than waiting for something to be shipped to you. Also the frequent customer points system could use a quicker payout system. Super wide selection of mods, tanks, juices and replacement parts.***** ASK FOR THE EUNUCH WARLOCK DISCOUNT.... 😉

So the bald guy has horrible customer service. I came to irving and ask a friend where the vape shop was so he took me there and had to warn me about this guy. Told me that the bald guy is rude and will talk down on you. Sure enough. Was talked down on and he acted as if I wasnt welcome in the shop. So i guess Im gonna walk out when hes there. I love cbd products the healing that I receive from pain and stress cant be measured. Plus I sleep better without the munchies I dont like eating the sweets nor do I like the groggy feeling the next day. Hands down the best. About to do delivery service so hang tight. Ok its time to add to my review. So I called for delivery service. Stella customer service. The young lady was very efficient and knowledgeable. She gave me what I asked for and suggested the best mango cones I have ever used. Plus Western Cush its smooth the flower is smooth and relaxing keeps me sane. The delivery guy stayed in contact very courteous and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience.

This store has been my go-to. I was new to CBD and went to a few different places for help. This has been the only shop to take their time and go every product, noting their own experiences, and current popularity. If your new, or looking for a more comfortable feeling shop, this is the place. Prices are right too. I mean CBD can be expensive, but these guys seem honest.

This is the most horrible place that I have ever visited for vapor shop. Artisan Vapor, a shop that is only a mile away in OConnor is much better. Here are the details.Negative1. The Ridiculous Price: They charge $7 for one coil including taxes where as the other stores like Artisan Vapors, charges only $18 for a pack of 5 (a difference of almost $17) and you can guess the same for their liquids as well.2. When I asked them to help me to replace the coil, they were not willing to help and giving lame excuses like we dont help customers, so that customers can learn to fix their own machines. What a bulls@$# excuse!!! Whereas in Artisan vapor and other shops, they are very friendly to the customers. They helped me and also taught me how to fix it.3. They charge $1 just for trying the flavors where as its free to try flavors in other stores like Artisan Vapor.4. Artisan also has a classic line of their own flavors which comes at a much cheaper price of $18 for 30 ml.The only advantage this shop has is that it is open till 10PM and Artisan Vapor is only open till 8PM that was the only reason why I went there; but I didnt expect it to go this bad.Also I would suggest others to check online for vapor flavors and coils at a much cheaper price.If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have given it.

I’ve never tried CBD and after breaking leg in October I wanted something more natural to help with the pain/sleep/ anxiety of it all.The owner was beyond helpful and took the time to educate me on the different products. Went to this shop because I had broken my vape. The selection was terrible and overpriced. Before I even got home from work that day the vape stopped working. When i went into return it another employee had told me that the vape i bought was 39.99 i had to pull up my bank account to show him that the guy had charged me 45.00(48.70 with tax) The only good thing i can say about this is they did accept the return and gave me my money back. But i was overcharged because he knew i was in a hurry. Terrible way to run a business. Wont be back

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE PITIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. I went into the establishment to try and replace my coil and as soon as I walked in the guy didn’t even acknowledge our presence. He was helping another customer which is fine BUT we were just standing there for about 17 minutes without him saying one word to us it was like we weren’t in the store. He didn’t say “I’ll be with you in one second or I’ll be right with you.” NOTHING!!! He even went as far looking in our direction seeing that we were waiting to be helped and he didn’t care one bit. I refuse give my money to establishments with subpar customer service. AND they are extremely over priced. So not worth the trip.

Over priced. I usually go to Artisan but they were closed. I purchased a replacement glass and a 3 pk of coils for $33. Im from Carrollton/Lewisville area and have never paid more than $5 for a glass or $15 for coils. Was in a bind but next time Ill just wait it out and go where I dont feel robbed when I make a purchase.

Were taking our business somewhere else.We have been loyal customers for more than six months. In that time customer service has gone downhill quickly. Chris will make decisions on your behalf, he wouldnt give me as much menthol as I requested even after going back and asking for more. I asked for 12 drops, he gave me 4. I went back and asked for more and he gave me 2 more. Than just doesnt add up...CJ gave my husband a bottle of the wrong flavor when they ran out of his usual flavor without telling him it was different. When he went back to figure out why this current bottle tastes different this morning he just said Were out of Cool Jungle. He knowingly provided the wrong flavor without saying anything. Thats just not ok. Provide suggestions sure, but dont just give the wrong flavor without saying a word.They keep running out of flavors that we like without having an ETA on restock.Most days the staff is great. They can get distracted helping other people but you usually dont have to wait very long.Josh is the best thing about this place. I just want to hug him every time he is there. SUPER AWESOME guy!

As soon as you see the bald guy in this store just run away. He over charges almost double the price on ejuice and very bad at customer service and cracks bad jokes when you ask him a question. I went this store twice and he charged me 2 diff amounts first time 25$plus tax on naked 60mls and second time 28$ plus tax. He will charge $20 those cheaper e juices where you can buy them for $10. Avoid this store if he is the boss.

I am not familiar with the area and found this shop on Google and decided to run in on my lunch break for a new coil...the interior is very nice and the customer service was even better! This is a great place to get everything you need regarding CBD and Kratom. They have great prices, some of the lowest in town. A great variety compated to a traditional smoke shop or vape shop. This place is a lot nicer the those franchised CBD shops. A much wider selection. The people working here are great! Its a very warming environment with a good atmosphere.

Ran in here today because I used the last of my juice. They didnt have what I normally use so the guy directed me to their house juice. This was a cereal vape like HomeTown Heros Why So Cereal and it is pretty good. The flavor of HomeTowns are a little stronger and more enjoyable. Thank you for your help today.

Hello this is Robert, What I think is very sad is I used to work there not too long ago. The juices and everything were really good at the time before the fda cracked down. Whent in to get some juice, got Chilled Blue Berries but it did not taste anything like that. The juice has some crystalize stuff in it and it literally tastes like vicks with a little bit of vg. I tried vaping it from 60 watts to 20 still non vapeable took it back today talked to josh of course he wouldnt do a exchange or refund because of our personal relationship we had ended poorly, sadly and inmaturely he mixed it with business. Any how going to take this up and file a huge complaint cause this isnt safe to vape with. I love the owners and admire them but this is only business. Im going to take all my clientele as well and recommend them to a Artisan Vapor where they treat there customers fairly.

Fast service and knowledgeable. Mid-age white guy is so direct his energy comes off as rude. One instance I recall is me requesting 6 mgs of nicotine and within 30 seconds I request to get 3 mgs instead. The guy turns and looks back and rudely says, PICK Aaaaaaa NUMBER. The black red head guy is awesome and projects the upmost respect.

I have been an advocate for years and actually have educated and informed to help stop them from trying to take vaping away all together and this is what people are greeted to walking into a VAPE shop? Really?

Either vaporia sucks now or the old grumpy man in the mornings sucks. He is rude and disrespectful and seems like he doesnt want to sell and all he wants to do is sit down and vape. I use to come to vaporia a lot but now it just seems like I rather go somewhere else.

Way to pricey for the same product that you can get in 5 mins drive with reasonable price on top of that they charge 4% on debit and credit cards fee which doesn’t make any sense

So i got the CBD isolate from them, which they said was just CBD without any trace amount of THC. Unfortunately, it seemed like they gave me chalk powder for 40 bucks because that CBD isolate gives me no effect whatsoever. I tried ingesting it through water and put in my mouth so it can be absorbed. I am out $40 and no CBD! Bunch of frauds.
