My favorite spot. A one stop shop for everything you need. The staff is phenomenal, they have a point system and I’m sad to be moving away from this area.

I had an issue with my vape today I couldn’t get corrected so I went to DFW Smoke Shop & Vapor this gentleman named Rock the service person was so very nice, friendly and helpful to me. He took care of the issue I had with my vape and I am so grateful to him for his care and attention that he provided. I shop at this vape store constantly. Thank you Rock.

Came in to purchase 3 Cohiba Blues, they were priced at $8.99 and when I got the counter became $12.99. They lady told me that she didn’t believe me and had to verify for her own eyes. Verified the price and then still denied me what was advertised. Very bad business and bad practices

Uno mas Is my FAVORITE vape. Sierra is my FAVORITE person. When I walk in the vape shop she grabs my vape without me telling her . She knows my phone number . She picked out my last vape . Geek Bar. It was phenomenal. If I could give ten stars I would. Her customer service skills are impeccable! She is one of the MOST amazing people I have ever met. she has the BEST ENERGY. She keeps me coming back. There are sever vape shops, but I would not go to any other shop that doesnt have her as a worker. She is the BEST!

One-stop shop. I got my hookah and shisha from here. They have a huge variety of selection of disposable vapes, mods, and juices as well. The staff working there are also very knowledgeable and know about their products very well. Will definitely be back....

Arrived at 9:40 pm last night and was being rushed out as soon as we got in. Upon entering the store the young lady working there told us we are closing so... I was like dont you close at 10? She said we leave now. Needless to say we wont be going back. We were out of the store by 9:50.

Damn such a wonderful place to be at. The guy named vick is absolutely knowledgeable and truthful about the product they have to offer. The store was so well maintained and the fragrance all around made me stay in there for 30 minutes. Also they have 100’s of selections that no other store in dallas has. I was there to get my niece a vape for her birthday. I don’t smoke much so i was clueless about the flavors. Suyesh and Sora were AWESOME ! THE customer service was impeccable. Instead of Suyesh selling me an elf bar thats damaging our bodies and even killing us. He informed me that they are not reporting all the ingredients in the bar and they are being discontinued. He wasnt worries about how much money the shop would make on an expensive killer vape . He was considerate of my health. Thank you for being my vape picker and getting me right every time ! I recommend the UNO MAS! THE LUSH ICE IS FIRE!

Absolutely love the employees here I come in regularly every 1 to 2 weeks to get coils and vape juice. They take time to get to know you and what you like and give great recommendations. I was there today around 12:30-12:45 and the young lady with the glasses is such a nice person every time we come in! Definitely recommend going here for all you vape and cbd needs!

I went around to 5 different stores in my area comparing prices. I come to realize its this store just up the street that had good prices on great CBD and Delta products. The store clerks are helpful and nice. DFW smoke is the only place I go.

The items in this store are extravagantly overpriced. Out of the few times Ive been here, not once was I able to bargain for a reasonable price without the staff lying to me about giving me a deal when they were still charging full price. Avoid this shop. Cheap overpriced glass from overseas, and ludicrously priced herbs are all they offer. Some items are marked 300% of what they cost at more known shops. Avoid this shop.

They have only premade oils which I personally dont care for. Also couldnt find my nicotine level 😒 And nobody had a mask on which isnt cool since I have stage 4 cancer.
