Went here cause I had a small pod system die on me. Worked with John (I think) amd he was so amazing. Super polite and professional while also helpful. We outfitted with a new Voopoo Vinci R with some new juice. I have a Voopoo Drag mini kit and love the gene chipset and this has it also. Its perfect for my quick needs. Such amazing and wonderful service from him and the team. This is a place with great selection, prices and service. This is my new work go to place for all my vape needs. Check these guys out. My GF and I have been coming here to Vapor Pulse since last year, and every experience has been A1. The staff are always cool and helpful. And most of all , this place is walking distance . I really don’t feel the need to elsewhere . Vapor Pulse is it 💯

When I asked the rep for THCA, the rep told me”it’s over there” I said, “ok” thinking he was going to show me. The rep rolled his eyes and walked me to the counter. When I asked him,”which ones are THCA?” The rep told me,”idk man, we just bought some stuff and it’s mixed it when this box so you are going to have to tell me which ones are THCA.” I said, “Ok” and stupidly decided on which one I wanted because I really didn’t know. When I finally chose my item, I was told that “I cannot use my debt card digital card, only credit card”. I have been using my digital card for a good 2 years now and I never hurd this rule. I left because I didn’t have my CC as a digital card, but I could go get my CC from my apartment to buy the next day. I felt like the rep was upset that I bothered him. This was on 9/8/23 at 1240pm. I would have loved to do business with you, but you treated me unkindly. Never again.

New guy works here is passive aggressive and weird. He wears glasses, every time he’s there I have a bad experience.Bring Dyson back!

I moved to Irving in 2020 and I wanted to find /my/ vape shop that I would go to every time, and after trying out a few locations, this one was my favorite! Everyone there is very attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Definitely faces I look forward to seeing anytime I have vape needs!

The man and woman and operates his store informative respectful, and helpful. The inside is spacious, large inventory, and the pool table Lounge area, and PS5 game its not just for show, but for customer use to!

2 years ago this dude was rude to me because I interrupted him while he was on his phone. He was mad I didnt know my coil. He was rude so I walked out. I finally stopped by a few times out of necessity for time recently. Since its close by. Hadnt seen that guy in a while. Today I saw him again he remembered me and wouldnt even SELL ME A GLASS under guise for (what I did last time.) What a tool. I remember why I stopped coming here. Pretentious.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Their manager was very helpful in getting both myself and my girl set up with everything we needed to start vaping and now my go to spot for all my vape and cbd needs. They definitely know their stuff and up to date on all the new stuff coming out!!!

Probabaly the best selection of vape gear in Irving. The staff is knowledgeable and did a great job answering the many questions I was asking about flavors and devices. The prices are okay, better than most brick & mortar, but still cant compare to online prices. If you need something quick and cant wait for shipping, come here.

Vapor Pulse quickly became my favorite vape shop. The guys are awesome and make excellent suggestions, the selection is awesome, the store is always clean, and theyre in a super convenient location!Edit: still an awesome store. Throughout the Covid 19 pandemic theyve continued to be absolutely wonderful from curbside pickup to store cleanliness. The employees are stellar every time.

So glad theres one in Irving, as our Arlington one is closed now :( They had the tank glass I needed, as well as the coil, which we came back for twice in one day- AFTER wed already been earlier that day for juice :) We got to use our FiveStar points, and he was super patient with our issues. He was able to help me when my coil thread stripped out of my tank! 5 thousand stars. Thank you!

I honestly don’t write many reviews, but when I do it’s because I’m very happy or very unhappy. In this case, I was extremely pleased by how the atmosphere was, huge selection, and the dude answered all my questions. I’ve been to several different vape shops, and for some reason they all try to upsale you in one way form or fashion. This dude (I can’t remember his name) didnt push for that and even though I had some knowledge helped to give me a bit more insight which motivated me to purchase more to my needs. Preciate it, and keep up the good work.

I went here to buy a empty distillate cartridge, however there was a $3 mark up this time.My buddy went here a few days ago and bought the same exact thing for $5 however I was charged $8 + tax.Also compare prices online you will find they have a pretty big sales markup.watch out or they will try to swindle you.

I told him everything that I needed and broke down what I needed for work, what I expected it to do and how easy I can find what I was looking for anywhere and to give me a whole section to choose from and I found exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price and so exactly where to come back and get everything in the future

Wasnt really impressed with the juice selection. Not bad juices but the same typical stuff got can find anywhere and ok pricing but definitely not the cheapest in town. Plus each time Ive called about hardware, like coils or pods, and they never seem to have what im looking for.

I started coming here a few months ago and I deal with the same guy every time and he’s always a pleasure to deal with, this time my husband and I started asking about the CBd bc of my beyond horrible anxiety, he was super knowledgeable, pointed us to the perfect cbd indica flower and gave us directions for best results, he truly did me a solid. I can’t tell you what a pleasure this guy is and this place has the best juices for my vape needs as well with awesome prices on juice and cbd.They also have mods, coils and any and everything for your vaping needs. And my husband just loves their set up,he really gets a kick out of seeing all the vape heads gathered around the giant tv playing video games and shooting pool. A+++++ all around!!

Diamond in the rough. Ive been vaping for years. Moved from 🍁 Canada almost 2 years ago here to the Dallas metro and have been searching for a good Vape shop. I couldnt believe this shop was where it is cause I goto school near here in Irving and I eat lunch most days in the same parking lot. I needed some juice and on my dinner break (night school) Googled a vape shop near me and Blam! I was like no way is there a shop there. Dont know how I ever missed it. I came, saw, staff is great, payed back, helpfull, doesnt try to talk over your head +++, layout is nice and casual, very spacious and everything is set up simple and easy for viewing. I am super stoked and rest assured this is my new home base for all my vaping needs and accessories as Im moving to this area this month. Highly recommend !!
