The guy with the George Michael earring (Alex) is always very helpful and a cheerful dude. He seems passionate about his job and 9/10 has a big smile on his face. Would come back just to get product from him.

Guy with black hair that works here is such a jerk I decided to go spend a couple hundred dollars somewhere else. If you dont look like a deadhead he acts like a highschool drama queen treats an unpopular girl. Such bad vibes.

The nice young lady with short hair working tonight was so helpful for me. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in helping me find the right delta disposable.

Polite staff, clean store. I wanted to make this my go to store. Both times I went, I noticed the withdraw from my account was different from my actual purchase. Charging me 3$ to use my DC is shady and was never put forth. Cant say I will be going back, cant support a shady business.Money is everything right now, I cant just be tossing it around or having it taken.

I went to make a purchase in the Royalty Smoke Shopwith Sydney. When I got home I was having a problem that was completely my fault so I went back in the next day per Hannah when I called the shop to get some help. I walked in and dealt with Alex who like the other 2 employees was VERY helpful and so very nice. Also the store is very clean and has quite the variety of products. Thank you Alex for being super nice and helpful. I walked in feeling stupid and walked away feeling very sure that I was going to be able to work the device.. Very HAPPY with my experience.

Purchased a Stündenglass gravity hookah about a year ago and I sadly didn’t realize that it didn’t have a holographic sticker and serial number like they’re supposed to. Fast forward a year later to today and I can’t service it because the seals and parts direct from Stündenglass don’t fit because turns out it was a fake! I don’t expect Royalty to do anything a year later without a receipt but I cannot recommend a shop that sells counterfeit products. especially when they sell for the exact price as MSRP. Stündenglass had great customer service and even provided me with a discount code to order a real model from their website. Just goes to show, don’t trust your local shop. Buy direct from manufacturer as much as possible. I will not be returning or recommending this shop due to the selling of counterfeit high end products

The store is very nice and service received is good but my problem is I have bought 3 vapes now from them that have gone out within a matter of 24-48 hours. Happened with two Supreme vapes and now with an Elf Bar. The ones I grab from Planet Smoke Shop last me around 10-14 days. Not sure what the difference is but will have to go somewhere else for vapes. Seems like their supplier isnt authentic but I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff there

Ust payed 16$ for a disposable vape that started tasting burnt 1 hour after I left, drove back to ask them to switch it and there was nothing they could do, this is the only smoke shop I know that doesn’t honor selling bad products and replacing it if it doesn’t work, you’re basically gambling just hit the smoke shop down the road I’m sure they’re way better. (Edit: I have friends that own smoke shops and this shops prices are very inflated, the cost of goods price for these vapes are cents to 2 dollars at most so for them to not want to switch out when having high margins like that is straight trash.)

My new favorite smoke shop!! Really great store with lots of variety! Prices are comparable and standard to other smoke shops. I absolutely LOVE that they carry a big variety of Smoke Odor Eliminater candles!! They work so well. Its the only candle I use and the price tag is great at $10.99 each.Please keep them in stock! Employees are disrespectful and are poorly trained in customer service. The owner is the culpable party in poor customer service. The displays are displayed with the incorrect merchandise and mistakes are often made. Returning items are another display of poor customer service. Owners and employees must take responsibility for their mistakes. As expensive as vape juice and accessories are today I will spend my money online from now on.IF not for your employee selling the bottle no incident wouldvetaken place. I am not going to use the juice I did not request.. I wasted my time driving back up there and wasted a new coil for the wrong juice. But to put the blame on the customer after a mistake your employee made is poor customer service. No responsibility taken. The economy is hard on the consumer too. But youd rather me waste my hard earned money than you be out of money for your mistake. If not for your employee selling the wrong bottle you wouldnt be out of money. I will support local elsewhere. And word of mouth is the best advertising.

One of the nicest smoke shops Ive seen yet! They have a wide variety of everything you might possibly need. I make a 20 min drive to go there and its always worth it! Not to mention the great customer service from Matt, who answered all my questions and helped with great recommendations :)) check them out!!

The guy who tends this store is awesome 🙌 hes part owner and the care of the store really shows. This place is CLEAN honest luxery vibes and it smells great because they sell incense 💯 fire smoke shop people hit it up

Store sign said open and it was the middle of their open hours but both doors were locked. Not sure if the only employee was on break or not but a sign would be helpful.

Prices extremely inflated and they do not take returns. Don’t waste your time shopping at this place. Rude staff as well 0/10

Just left the store empty handed because and with 50$ in my pocket because the manager didn’t want to make a sale pick your manager wisely!

It was very good a bit pricey on some of the stuff and good on other things so you have to shop them.
