This place is absolutely lovely, I booked my first Infared Sauna Session here and LOVED IT ! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The environment is also really calm and aesthetically pleasing. They offer multiple different options to invest in your wellness which is great ! I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis 🩵

I recently visited Sw3at after purchasing the Massage & Sauna package. I was looking to relax and give myself a self-care detox day, and my experience was that and so much more. The studio is spotless and everyone who I encountered there was so incredibly kind, knowledgable, and genuinely interested in making sure my experience was top of the line, and it was.From the moment I walked through the door, Tanisha was warm and friendly, while offering high end customer service - she ensured my sauna was already warm and ready to go for me, and was attentive to anything else that would have made my experience more enjoyable. My massage with Alshakise was the perfect balance of relaxing and firm. He was professional, kind and thoughtful, and I walked out of the massage feeling like butter... which was exactly what I was looking for.It was the best self-care day Ive had in a LONG time, and because of the incredible experience, Im considering making it a monthly self-care ritual.

Warm, inviting space. I’ve taken classes with both Valerie and Tanisha and they are both amazing. Very beginner friendly. It is really a mind + body experience and I leave the class feeling very rejuvenated. I’ve come here a few times through ClassPass. I’m slowly starting my yoga journey and I am so glad I found this place

This was my first infrared sauna experience and I thought it was great! The facility was super clean, well equipped, and the receptionist/manager (sorry I forgot your name!) was really welcoming and explained everything to us clearly. The experience itself was unique, at least to me, and different from other saunas Ive tried. In the end, I was feeling less out of breath and more rejuvenated compared to the usual feeling of overheating and gasping for breath. Being able to play our own music right in the sauna was great and made it a really personalized experience. Did an hour session to start off a relaxing Saturday morning and felt restored and energized all day after. Will definitely be coming back again!

So glad I found Sw3at a couple years ago, so much to love between the great availability, private clean rooms, and wonderful team that works here...I love my weekly visits. I initially joined think I wouldnt visit during the summer bc its already so hot out but I have enjoyed it all year long.

My first infrared sweat. It was great. I wasn’t totally prepared, but I got into the groove. The studio is clean and very relaxed. Staff helpful, responsive, and inviting. I bought a package of 5 sweats. I’d a been back by now to for my second sweat but can’t find the time. But I’ll get there. You should check it out today.

Excellent Experience. A Peaceful and Clean Facility. I absolutely loved the customer service, the layout and the entire vibe of Sweat Sauna Studio. Most importantly the Sauna did wonders for my skin and I felt like a new man when my time was up in the Sauna. I have found a new pleasure. I definitely will be using there facility again.

Wow, what an amazing time!! This is the best in town. I just like the vibe and the session. The staff is very friendly. It is worth and everything was just wonderful. I feel so good, I like their aroma towels after the sauna. I bet to come again soon and recommend who wants to relax and like self-love.

I visited during COVID and felt very safe. The studio was clean and everyone was social distanced with masks. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience! It was very accommodating and relaxing. The staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend for anyone interested in infrared sauna experiences. I will definitely be back.

This is such a hidden gem. Super clean, nice touches like cold towels and water. Also love that you can book PRIVATE rooms!

OBSESSED. Went for the first time today and will definitely be back! The space is beautiful with so many thoughtful and unexpected things like hair ties, cool lavender towels, and make up wipes.I left feeling so good and did feel so much more relaxed both physically and mentally.

This was my first time at a place dedicated solely to infrared saunas. There are several sauna rooms and you are given your complete privacy. My session was relaxing, detoxing, and pretty much amazing. Because there is bluetooth I got to listen to a meditation of mine while detoxing. It was mind blowing.Ive already booked my next session-- thinking a membership might be the best deal. Yes-- it felt that great.

I was recovering from a foot injury and after researching ways to help with healing, I started looking for a local infrared sauna to help with my treatment. I read some great reviews about this place and decided to check it out.Im so glad I did because it did not disappoint. The staff and the owner are kind and friendly, and explain the session to you to ensure you have a great experience. They set up your studio and even help syncing your phone to the Bluetooth so you can listen to your music! The best part are the lavender infused towels they provide for after your session; they are so refreshing!The only downside is that it can be difficult to find. The address is correct and it in the same building as the liquor store, just on the third floor.I highly recommend this place if you are one who is not fond of traditional steam saunas but still want the benefits such as injury recovery, weight loss, and detox. I personally cant handle the steam saunas but am very comfortable with the infrared sauna and feel refreshed every time. I am convert for life!

Im so glad I got to go check out your space. I really felt amazing after my sweat session. You had the settings so perfect. Ive been knowing about infrared and its benefits for about 10 years. Ive been a few places recently and felt like something was off. You had the settings perfectly timed. The temp adjusted as your time went on. On top of that you have the option of light therapy. The Bluetooth option was nice, i got to listen to my music. The cooler with the water and towels 👍The place was clean, great vibe once you enter into the studio. Great location! I will be back every time im in town!P.S. I owe you a ponytail. I forgot to bring one, but lucky for me you thought of that too 😚

It was a really nice and friendly experience. the sauna is great. I am 5’9 & I felt like I wanted the actual sauna to be a little wider so I could lay down but it still did the job. felt super sweaty, energized & detoxed - I highly recommend!

Went today for the first time (tandem session), and it was AMAZING, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Ive never been in a sauna, and I will DEFINITELY come back. Their location is centrally located, clean, and inviting; they provide towels and water bottles.

This is the BEST kept secret ever. Beyond relaxing and is the most essential business that is a must for adults. Your first experience will be like no other and will ultimately force you to return. For 45 minutes the clarity you will receive is amazing. I feel amazing every time and Ive only been there twice. Im now a member!!!! Dont just take my word...come and try it. You wont be disappointed.

I had a very pleasant and relaxing session. The guy at the front desk was very helpful. I wish the sauna was longer so I can lie down, but for the price I cant complain.

I got the six month membership and don’t regret it. Sauna is amazing. I emerge so relaxed and detoxed! They clean well after each client and the place is fantastic.
