Elegant Massage & Facial

First time visiting Elegant Massage. Absolutely loved my massage! Lily was phenomenal! Nice clean place and I can’t wait to go back!

We had paid for the 60 minute couples massage with the essential oil and hot stones as a Christmas present for our parents. However we were not completely pleased with the experience. Both of the masseuses kept stepping out to take breaks causing the session to be about 30-40 minutes instead of the full 60 minutes. They kept talking during the session which interrupted the relaxing environment. We were hoping to provide them a good massage, but it did not turn out the way we wanted.

First time here, and my husband set up a couple’s massage for us. The facility is clean, and the staff explained everything to us nicely. Jenny & Lily were amazing! I got a deep tissue massage, and Lily applied the pressure I wanted and needed. They utilized the entire hour and Lily focused on the areas I asked her to while still giving attention to the rest of my body. Thank you Jenny & Lily!

First time visiting this place for a couple massage, the ladies did a great job, but unfortunately they were talking in between them making it hard to relax. Other than that it’s a clean place, and they have good costumer service

Fiona is the best! They are very gentle and handle you with care and massage you how you want to be and need to be massaged! I’ll definitely make this a monthly self care routine here at elegant ! I feel so relaxed after over working and being a mommy I feel brand new

I did an hour massage and half hour cupping for my neck and back pain. The cupping was impressed, it is negative pressure and has oxygen infusion. I feel so so relieved after that. Will definitely come back.

I went in today after having to a reschedule for a later appt due to my previous appt going over. Jenny was so helpful and understanding regarding the rescheduling. So I finally arrive and when I tell you this was the best, most amazing, and relaxing experience, that I’ve had in a loooonnnggg time. I got a hour long massage and a facial. The massage was really good. I selected deep tissue because I workout a lot and I was really sore. Jenny massaged me and stretched me so good. I didn’t think it could get better but it absolutely did! My facial was soooo AMAZING and my skin was glowing when she was done. I would most definitely return to this place. Thank you soo much Jenny for making my relaxing day amazing!!

A friend and I made last minute appointments for relaxation massages. Jenny & Fiona were wonderful massage therapists. The facility is clean and the environment is soothing. We will be coming back!

I like this place, Not only because whenever I came, what greeted me was the smile of the ladies, But also because Its a place for holistic wellness. Most massage therapists can identify the knots and tightness in our body, but lack the technique to make it go away. Lily has both, not only can she identify the tighness and knots, she also has the technique and heart to break out the knots. She works very hard, I feel so much better after the massage with her.I also love the electronic cupping that Faye does me. Even I got purple and blue prints on my body, I felt so good, as the cupping activated the stagnant blood, otherwise would have been hiding potential health problems. For example my left underarm had a big knot that had been with me for sometime, I had never found a better way to make it go away, but the electronic cupping did it. To me it is not only relaxation, but also healing. I have received great benefits from the electronic cupping and will go back for more. I will make electronic cupping and massage as a health and wellness ritual for prevention as well as healing.

Jenny did an exfoliating treatment facial for me this Wednesday , she did an amazing job! She is professional when her hands just touch my skin!I like the Korean skincare products they use for me as well. Definitely will come back.

My mom took me here to do a deep clean facial with acne treatment, after 2 treatments, my acne has gotten significantly better. I will most definitely come back again.

Wonderful place! Very kind ladies. I had Elaine that did my massage and she worked so hard! This was the best massage that I have ever had. I purchased the deep tissue massage and got the peppermint scented pain relieving oil. She cracked, stretched, worked and massaged my body. Did I mention she walked on my back and legs?!? I felt amazing after she was done. 100% recommend going to see her.

I am a life long athlete and I know a good massage when I get one. I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews for this place but I decided to give it a chance anyway and I can say I was pleasantly surprised! That being said, if you want a fancy robe, tea, and to be pampered with customer service, then head in to town and pay the big bucks. As far as walking in and getting a great massage locally then this is your place. I will be back for sure! Thank you Lily!

I had a massage with Jenny. I felt comfortable at all times. And I felt completely de-stressed afterwards. I would be back for sure.

My husband and I had an appointment for a couples massage today. We went in and were greeted by and empty front desk. After waiting a few minutes, a woman came from the back of the spa and spoke with us. She looked around for paperwork for us to fill out but couldn’t find the papers and just asked us to wait. We waited in the lobby for 10 minutes. She then came back and asked us to go into a massage room. At this point we had not filled out any paperwork still. We waited in the massage room for 30 minutes before we decided to leave as our appointment time was but honored and we were feeling uncomfortable with going through a massage without filling out any paperwork first.This was our first time trying Elegant Spa and we were extremely disappointed. This place seems to be very disorganized and understaffed. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Not a massage, felt more like a body rub using elbows. Waste of time and money. Lacks professionalism, would walk in and out of the room leaving the door open while I am lying half naked on a massage table. Will not recommend.

I went with Groupon for a $44 and the massager forced me to take additional 15 minutes to work on. I told her that its not needeed though finally gave in to her ask as she was reluctant to work on my problem areas. However groupon mentioned that service includes working on problem areas. Ended up paying $75 dollar after a bargain on tip.I really liked the previous management and the lady. Never again with Elena and elegant spa.

The worst! Please don’t waist your time and money here. The description is not what you get.. find another place to go too. I took my mom here for one of her Mother’s Day gift and had the worse experience..not only did she have to get her foot massage in a couch that was so uncomfortable but the foot massage was horrible as well. Also we are leaving the place & I get told to leave tip. TIP is not mandatory, especially if you don’t like the service you get. If I can give this place a 0 stars I would!

Just had a fabulous body massage from Elegant & Facial.

By far the worst experience I have ever had.I got there and asked for the Swedish massage. The lady working the front desk was nice and asked for payment up front. I told her I had a gift car to which she starts arguing with me about using a gift card. My husband had surprised me with the gift card and set up the appointment. She kept telling me the gift card was her tip. After arguing for 10 mins she finally took me back to a room after calling someone on the phone. 10 mins into my massage she ends walking out of the room. Left the door wide open for anyone to see. She comes back 5 mins later, on the phone, talking loudly. This proceeds for another couple mins. She finally gets off the phone and throws it down on the bed. At this point I’m getting upset but decide to give them a chance bc it was a gift. I thought maybe they were short staffed so she was doing both front desk and massaging. She ends up leaving the room 3 more times. And each time returning on the phone and talking loudly. At the end, I go out to confirm my gift card was used (e-gift card). She tells me I owe her money for the deep tissue massage I got. I explained I asked for a Swedish and was not informed she gave me a deep tissue. She proceeded to argue with me some more and then pulled some other lady from a massage room. When she came out, she goes “what do you want”. I explained again I had an appointment for a Swedish massage and now she is trying to charge me for a deep tissue. After ten mins of arguing, again, she tells me she is gonna charge me for the Swedish. I get home a couple hours later and can barely move from the massage. I look and my shoulders are so bruised from this. I will never use them again and not recommend them to anyone.

One of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. NO communication from the therapist at all, didnt even introduce themselves. No questions on why I was there, to much pressure, left the room without any explanation, did not explain the rates for what the services were even though I asked. I would never go to this massage parlor again and I would recommend anyone else to stay away from it.

Didnt want to give me and my sister what we paid for then when my brother n law gave her a 5 dollar tip she said it wasnt enough who does that you dont tell people how much they suppose to leave you or talk about other customers in front of customers I do not recommend this place to anyone they just ruined my first massage experience! The massage was ok but the customer service is lacking. I called and asked if they had time to do a massage today they said yes. When I got there I asked the person who came up front if they had time for a massage. She pointed to a room and walked away. Was there for about 10 mins before she came back. She left the room to get a hot towel and was gone for 5-7 mins. After the massage was over she said I’m done and walked out. Lastly the masseuse was wearing a shirt that said “I don’t care anymore”. Don’t know if I’ll be back

Called ahead to set appointment for 2 people. Upon arrival, front no desk worker couldnt communicate and called someone on phone, no massueses now available and that someone should have called us to change (we booked 30 min prior at their stated availability) and told can wait and then go individually. No, not why we made appointment. Then told can return hours later or another day. No thanks. Will return to usual spot who respects appointments. Too bad because this is closer. Unprofessional first impression

This Sunday I went in for a 60 min sweetish massage. She could barely speak English so I couldn’t tell her my main areas. While she was giving me a massage I kept telling her not so firm it hurts and she would giggle & continue to be rough. I have bruises and I can’t even turn my neck. I’m in so much pain , and I have to take care of a big 9 month old. I’m super upset and I don’t know what to do.

The best massages I’ve ever had in 10 years, I went on the day before Christmas, just try to kill the time before the party，and he is absolutely amazing, I’ll definitely come back, the only problem is he couldn’t speck English enough, but I don’t mind, his fingers speck for him.
