The front staff is very friendly and thorough, you fill out a form asking if there are areas you want more focus and areas you want avoided. The prices are very affordable and have never had problems scheduling. The massages have always been great, very professional. The therapist briefly reviews the form you filled out and they’ve always regularly checked in on pressure and adjusted accordingly.

A much needed place for me to discover! The Swedish massage from Jason was perfection. They even gave me chai tea after the massage. 💆🏾‍♀️ The front office people were kind and professional. The booking of appointment was smooth. I recommend going here!

I was very pleasantly surprised at the services and condition of the facility. From the outside it looks a bit dated but the interior was really relaxing and nice. I actually signed up for the monthly membership. I didn’t really understand it but hope to upon my next visit.They also served me an amazing tea upon leaving! It was so nice!

Been coming here for years even though it’s a bit far from me, it’s so worth it! Clean, professional, reasonable pricing, and relaxing. I like a 1 hour reflexology session with strong masseuse with super firm pressure (tip accordingly as it is more labor intensive and tiring for them). I want to gatekeep these people bc it’s been hard to book an appointment with them but Amy and Michelle are highly recommended! I’m sure all of them are but I like to stay with the same people.

To the people that get upset over MANDATORY TIP, shame on you. Why wouldnt you tip the masseuse thats working on your body for an hour? These masseuses work on multiple people/day for an hour + applying deep pressure. Massaging someone for an hour is not easy on the hands. It also does not matter if the establishment pays them separately, you should be tipping anyone that provides a service to you. If you create a 1-star review because youre upset over a tip, please go somewhere in Bellaire where its more affordable and gives you leeway to provide a tip. Surely, youre not upset about a tip, but more at the fact that youre already spending so much on an hour massage that you dont find it worth spending more for a tip.*Ive gone to several establishments where the massage was less than mediocre, but I still gave a tip and never went back. *Anyhow, I have gone to this location for the past 3-4 years now and they never fail to do an amazing job. Ive tried several masseuses, but Frank and Jason are my favorite! Frank is great if you enjoy more thumb pressure massage and Jason is great for thumb as well, but I found he uses his elbows more often with the right amount of pressure. The location is very nice and clean with a dark ambiance. Bathrooms and rooms are clean as well. My entire family comes to this location ever since I recommended it to them! You definitely get your moneys worth.

Had to change my review from 5 stars written the first time I came to this place (see below). I obviously referred the place as I liked it. But .... mandatory tip!!?? At the beginning of the service, one could think that the tip is actually what the owner uses to pay the employees and to keep 100% profit.... what if youre not satisfied with the service afterwards? Did not like it one bit, I tipped Mou as she deserved, but will not be coming back.Initial review:Ok, this is one of those reviews I really enjoy writing.This place looks nice when you walk inside, pleasant, greeted very professionally by Caroline, so far a good experience. My wife treated me to an 80 min session for fathers day as I enjoy massages as my go-to distress therapy, Then Caroline took me inside and met Mou (Lisa) a petite nice woman, it turned out to be the best massage on the last 10 years from any place in the area.I am a big man but Mou (Lisa) had the strenght to massage the stresst out of me, very poweful woman. when she said ready, thank you it felt like only 20 minutes passed, extremely satisfied. I will be coming back often. I really recommend them as it is my new favorite spa.

I have come to Sole Reflections (SR) several times. Each time requestion Jason for sweddish messages then deep tissue messages. He is very professional and checkin with me about pressure during my appt.The location is fine and parking is ok.The employees are so sweet, professiional and helpful. They are welcoming and helpful.The therapist truly pays attention to the intake form asking whre area you want to focus on and what places to avoid. The place is beautiful spotless, soothing and induces relaxzation!I will never go elsewhere for my messages! My therapist (Jason) is hands down the BEST i have ever had!

Honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. My first reflux massage and I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in town! I feel so refreshed and my body just feels night and day better. 100/10 would go back! A great experience and their attention detail in all the rooms.

I just got my massage in this place and all I can say is its AMAZING! Ive been going to different massage places within the area and always been choosing deep massages. That was the best spa experience I’ve ever had. The spa is clean, nicely decorated, relaxing and smelled amazing. I had Heidi for my massage. She was kind and applied great pressure to relieve the pain I had being an athlete who works out intensely 5x a week. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage with body and feet. She spent great time on both and worked some strong kinks out. She even stretched me out a little at the end. Lastly, they had so chai tea waiting for me upon completion. Awesome experience, awesome staff, awesome atmosphere…definitely will be going back!

I had to schedule a same day appointment due to a pinched nerve in my neck. They were very kind and thankfully they had availability. I worked with Cindy and she was amazing! Her pressure was perfect and I felt she attended to my areas of discomfort. I could tell she knew exactly the areas and the best way to work out my knots. I left feeling amazing and I will be coming back. The place was clean, smelled amazing and decorated to feel professional and inviting. This place should not be overlooked and the price was great!

Got this as a gift from my son. It wasn’t what I thought it was gonna be I’ve never had a massage that was done out in a open space and it was done with all of my clothes on. I’m just saying I’m use to getting undress and had know idea I could of worn light clothing to have a better massage experience. When I say open space they have about 5 tables as you walk through the back door headed towards the message rooms. I don’t know if it was a laziness of them or did they not have any rooms open. Neither less she was nice but I would pass on this type of massage.

Had a 24-hour migraine due to stress that had built up mainly in my neck, shoulders and back. Went in and saw Cindy who proceeded to give me one of the best 90-min deep tissue massages Ive ever had in my entire life. She was so thorough and worked through my stubborn knots that many inexperienced therapists seem to give up on. If you (like me) love a massage that hurts and feels soooo good, go to Cindy. Also, the atmosphere is great. Once you leave the waiting area, it opens up and is so peaceful and relaxing - like a little oasis! Prices are very comparable to other spas in the area - if not a little cheaper (!!). Thank you Cindy and Sole!

I just had my very first appointment today. I had the 80 minute session with hot stones. It was incredible! The facility is relaxing and very clean. My massage was done by Peter and he did a wonderful job. I have not felt this relaxed in years! I highly recommend them. You get superb treatment for a very reasonable price. I have already booked my second appointment. So glad I found this place!

I want to start by saying that Caroline is absolutely phenomenal and was super patient in addressing all my questions and concerns.The interior is so refreshing, the first time i walked i ,quite literally, felt myself relax almost immediately.I personally didnt receive a massage as this was a birthday gift for my mother, but she absolutely adored it and highly recommends Jennifer Pu.We totally plan on coming back, and I definitely plan on doing a treatment myself.I would absolutely recommend these guys to everybody as it feels like they genuinely care about their customers and Im super grateful for it. I have nothing bad to say at all as this place is quite literally peak relaxation.

All the praise to Lily for giving me the best massage I’ve had in my lifetime! This woman is amazing! From start to finish, she didn’t waste any of my time and truly worked out all my kinks with dedication. At some parts of my massage I was squirming in discomfort but I knew that mild pain would result in improved range of motion later so I dealt with it. And sure enough, the next day I wake up feeling like my joints have been lubricated with WD40! The establishment is super clean and zen like from the moment you step inside. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience and feel very happy to have found my new favorite massage clinic. Self care is so important and everyone should treat themselves by visiting Sole Reflextions!

The place and ambiance was nice but front desk lady was very unprofessional, stand-off ish and rude. On top of that, my massage ended 15mins earlier than I paid for:/ Quality of the massage was quite average. Honestly don’t think I would come back here.

I did enjoy going to this spa, and I hate to have to move on, however the customer service is not the same as it use to be. As a result of bad experiences they’ve had with “new” customers they’ve implemented new policies. [FYI - if you’re a new customer they want you to pay upfront, but that policy is not listed anywhere on their site. They’re going to tell you that when you call to setup the appointment.] I’ve had numerous spa appointments, nail appointments and massages and many other places and never had to pay in full when I made the appointment. Also, I’m not a new customer but when dealing with the initial person the story kept changing. Just seems off, which is surprising bc I’ve never had an issue before. I’ve even brought guests with me to get the services here. However, I’m not into the “new policy” - I’m not paying for services upfront. A deposit is understandable, especially when you have a group, however they can run their business how they see fit. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Wow,All I can say is wow.From the time I walked in, to the time I left. Complete relaxation. It was so clean, smelled amazing, and the room you get massaged in was so relaxing. Dark, quiet, cool, and had a comforting ambiance. Then you get a warm chai when you leave. Just amazing. Worth every penny and more. The receptionist is also very sweet as well.As soon as I saw how the inside was, I turned around and told my husband he needed to join. He also can’t wait to go back 😂What I liked even more was how accommodating to the fact that I’m 9 months pregnant. If you’re one of my fellow pregnant moms out there, go here. Trust me. It’s the most relaxed I’ve been in months, took all that stress and tenseness out of my body that this 3rd trimester had brought on. That’s exactly what I’ve been looking for and have been let down by numerous places.I got the hr foot reflexology but next time I go I’m definitely gettin the 90min or explore their other options.This would be a great place for a date, get an expecting mom a gift card or for anyone really.I never leave reviews but they deserve it.Can’t wait to go back!Tip: Definitely go when it’s slower, like a early morning or in the evening during the week so there’s the least amount of people coming in and out!

Tina Qi is the best masseuse here. Hopefully she stays, a lot of my previous favorite masseuse left but Tina Qi and also Jing are the 2 best for deep tissue massage. I had Tina today and she really fixed all the kinks on my neck that is hard to get into. She is amazing, and I appreciate the vanilla chai drink. She hit all the right spot and she is strong but she has meaty hands so its not bony and poking to where it hurts. She was amazing, the best 90 minutes in a loooong time. I cannot wait to book more sessions with her.What I like about this place is its super clean. Im OCD and very particular about spas. The place makes you feel welcoming, the I always do the full body massage, they do deep tissue very good. My favorite place to get a massage.

As you enter the place you are welcome by a warm person. The massage rooms are clean, the music is soothing & the masseuse was exceptional. Had all the knots, tensions in my body released. Felt like never leaving the room. They have awesome & reasonable massage packages. Its a monthly must go to place for me.

The wife and I went today and had the 80 minute reflexology session. Both of us were extremely satisfied and we really enjoyed our session. The business has a very relaxing atmosphere and the employees are very professional. The front desk employee was very helpful and nice and made sure are preferences and questions were addressed prior to our session. Both therapist did an amazing job and we will definitely be returning on a regular basis.

Absolutely amazing!! Boyfriend and I went for a couples massage. We did the 90 minutes special. We will most certainly be back. Frank was my masseuse and he was FABULOUS!! I dont remember the name of the person who did my bf, but he was just as happy! Highly recommended!!!

Ive been going to Sole Reflextions pretty much since it opened in the Katy area. Not as often as I would like to but certainly whenever I have the time and extra finances to go. It really helps with my Fibromyalgia. Pretty reasonable pricing but make sure when budgeting in your visit to add anywhere from a 15% to 20% tip to your total depending on the massage option you choose. Very clean and beautifully designed w/a professional spa atmosphere! Would definitely recommend!

This place is one of the best places to go for foot reflexology. Very professional. Very CLEAN. And the aroma smells so nice and relaxing. I highly recommend this place. I’ve tried just about everyone here and they are all so good. Strong hands yet tender in the areas that need a lighter touch. I love coming here after a long day at work to unwind! I had a horrible experience.I booked 80 minutes reflexology. I have been to other reflexology places and this one does not come even close. Here are the points I did not like:1. The website clearly says first 40 minutes is feet, arms etc and then rest of the time would be to lie on my stomach for other body parts. She spent only 10-15 minutes doing the latter.2. Other places do back massage without clothes on and they apply oil. I have heard so many benefits of massaging body with oil.. how it helps relax. She did NOT use oil at all!! I was still in my t-shirt (thin fortunately) and pants AND a medium-thick fleece blanket over me. Therapist could not reach my muscles at all and since the blanket was so thick I just felt like my flesh was pinched, pushed and pulled... extremely painful!! I was literally cracking my neck muscles right after getting into my car after the massage.3. She did not use good pressure on my feet. After she completed one foot, she became even lighter in pressure so much so that she was just touching my skin without applying any pressure. I think she assumed I was asleep by then so she could get away with it. I asked her to increase pressure which she did but very inconsistently. I had to ask her to rework my first foot with high pressure so I could feel better.4. When doing the feet, she was using rough gloves that just did not give me a good experience on touching and rubbing.$60 wasted :-(Overall, never going again!! They were also giving mothers day discount which initially I thought I would buy but after the massage, I was clear that I dont even want that.UPDATE:First of all, I would like to applaud the owner for taking responsibility of the bad experience and trying to fix it. Not only did they refund back my money but also gave me a gift card to try their services again. I praise and respect that. Thank you!I took up their offer and this time I booked a 80 minutes Soul 2 Sole Massage with Michelle. She did about 10-15 mins of reflexology and the rest of the time, she focused on other parts of the body.After the massage, I felt so relaxed, rejuvenated and high spirited! I was given aromatherapy as a complimentary gift. Michelle really worked hard on all my knots... she really felt each problem area and smoothened them out. She also kept on asking me if I am doing okay because my back was so tight that it got painful at times to have someone massage over it.Michelle did an amazing job and I would definitely go back.

Twice I’ve gone here and had Wendy both time even know my appointment was with Heidi. when you ask for a full body massage that doesn’t mean minus legs, shoulders, chest, and then do feet half the time. “Equal time on both sides of the body and stretching please.” Is what I asked for… no stretching, and when laying on your back she is only doing your feet. Seems weird $105 for a back massage.

My boyfriend and I needed massages badly and decided to give Sole a try. Our massages were awesome! Wendy and Frank were great! They massaged every tense muscle also professional and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back.

Love this foot massage place! Stopped in without an appointment and they had me in a chair super fast. I had Sam. He was great! I loved that here you get to flip over for the back portion. Very relaxing. Front desk is very efficient and friendly.

Great massage every time for a great price! It’s also very easy to make an appointment, and the ambience is perfect. It’s a beautiful and relaxing space. The massage is full body with a focus on your feet, but I promise you leave feeling great and can tell them if you have other areas you need them to target.

Great place to get a relaxing deep massage. The people and atmosphere are very inviting. The prices are reasonable and not expensive like some other massage places. You di not have to sign a contract line most places either which is a huge plus. Tried the hot stones just time felt really good in feet and legs. Recommend this place to friends and family.

First time here and first time getting a foot reflexology. I must say this was an amazing experience I get massages quite frequently, but I will have to incorporate reflexology in my schedule weekly.Also Crystal at the front desk was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and very informative. She explained what to expect before and after. And she was also a pleasant individual. All in all, I will so this again and I recommend Sole Reflections as a great go to place for reflexology

I love this place and have been going here for years. The staff is very professional and Caroline is wonderful to work with. The reflexologists seem to just know what I need. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I know that Covid created a strain in the business and they have raised their prices considerably so I am able to go less often but it is still a place that I recommend to people above all others.

Great foot massage plus shoulders, hands, head, etc. My therapist was Danny and he was very skilled with reflexology. This brand new place has an ambiance which is very nice with upscale spa feel, great colors, lights, and music. I will be back again!

I’ll give it another chance and I appreciate her making the effort to reach out.Original review:Now before I start off on this review I almost gave 4 stars because I did enjoy my massage for the most part but after the receptionist lied to my face I just couldn’t! I can’t stand lying :(I was gifted a 80 min massage with a 10 minute added hot stone massage upgrade.Called, made my appt for 11:15am. I arrived at around 11:07. Filled out the very short paperwork and was led back (used the ladies room just before) my massage began exactly at 11:17.I found it difficult to really enjoy much of the first 15 minutes of the “massage” where my back was pressed on with her hands over a sheet, it was scratchy and felt almost like nails on a chalk board, I’d prefer 80 minute of pure massage with fluid motion skin on skin with oil or lotion, but every massage therapist is different so perhaps this is her personal method so aside from mentioning it here I didn’t deduct any stars for this review because of this. The trouble began when closer to the ending portion of my massage the therapist left to use the bathroom... I Know this because the walls don’t continue up to the ceiling which is also awkward! I heard her footsteps go to the bathroom and close the door minutes later I heard a flush and the door reopen. She then went and got hot stones and came back, all that took about 6 minutes, it was cold and awkward waiting on the table alone. She brought in the stones and rubbed them on my back for less than 2 minute each set (2 sets) and then left them to sit on my back for another minute... in total perhaps 6 minutes... so much for 10 minutes of hot stone massage! She wasted it in the bathroom, which if you have to go I understand, but don’t cut me out of the time, extend mine! My husband paid $1 a minute for this, that’s not cheap plus tip... She continued the second portion of the massage which in honesty was amazing but she stopped with the tops of my legs and didn’t touch my feet, my very clean/showered fairly smooth feet. I was confused but she smacked my legs and said “all done” and left the room. The clock said 12:40. I assumed it was time to get dressed. I did such, used the ladies room again and went out to the front to leave gratuity. I specifically asked the receptionist “just curios, for the full body massage do they not do feet?” She looks me straight in the eyes and goes “oh no for the massage of full body it’s from the top of the head to the legs” fair enough, never heard of that before but again, Every place might be different.The receptionist ran my card for tipping the therapist, who just shorted me 5 minutes of massage time for her bathroom break. I’ll give her the minute to get the stones themselves but I think it’s unprofessional not to have a small crock pot on warm in each room with stone ready to go like every other places I’ve been! Again minor detail.As she handed me my charge card I looked down at the service menu and asked a question about the difference in services and she points out which massage my husband had gifted me.... I kid you not I read it and go “it says right here legs and feet” she just looked at me, made excuses that the massage doesn’t include the feet even though it clearly states it does. I’m mad! She didn’t even offer to get my feet massaged perhaps another day for the mistake or lack of what we paid for.I don’t know if I’d ever want to come again. Sure the prices are reasonable but not if you’re going to be cheated out of time and professionalism :(Instead of fully enjoying the wonderful gift my husband got me for Christmas I left feeling not fully massaged and unsatisfied by the customer service.Please owner/management, teach your staff not to make excuses and to make things right or you’ll lose customers, inform therapist to go the extra mile and extend the massage to the full amount of time and finish the full body!

I enjoyed my time in this high end reflexogy place. It was clean. The customer service was fantastic. Judy is a great massage therapist. My feet were sore before the service; right after that, I felt like I can run a marathon. If you are under stress or if you feel some places in your body are sore, this is the place to go.

More relaxing and effective than traditional massages and half the cost! You get to keep your clothes on, so its not awkward and youre not covered I oil. You are in a room with 6 other beds, but you quickly forget.

Lily was my massage therapist and she was amazing. She knew exactly where I needed the most help. Clean and quiet atmosphere.

Absolutely loved my massage here. One of the few places where I pay for ab hour and I actually get a full 60 minute massage.

Try to relax? not easy. Music was to high pitched and too loud. Mandatory tip?? I dont know. Sure the masseur is good, but I felt the session could have been 5 star if the music was not there or much much quieter and not so high pitched.

Pathetic service. The therapist did not complete my 60 mins appointment instead 54 mins. Had opted for deep tissue massage but it was no were near that. The lady at reception is not even apologetic when we gave the review.Would give this a 0

This was my first time to try reflexology because I dont usually care for people touching my feet. I left there feeling so relaxed and wish I had gone for the longer time. I would highly recommend it. Very pleasant owner and staff. i will be back for sure.

The staff at Sole Reflextions did an amazing job! So much so that I fell asleep ha. I just recently had spinal cord surgery and it helped alot in terms of neural stimulation. I highly recommend these guys!
