The vibe in this establishment is so chill. The establishment host events, and they are very welcoming. I’m a frequent customer and when, when I come in each of the three gentlemen that work there have amazed me with their customer service. I have been there when all of them are working solo, and they always always have a smile on their face . The time they spend explaining their products , ensuring you are well aware of what your buying is admired. Without question they will verify any product you have a question about with reliable resources . I am so looking forward to the event they are hosting on January 27 seeing all the vendors and they are going have .

I used to be customer still todayI had a super bad experience with a $200 puffco. Purchased the device took it home and didint work at all! Edgar did not test the product at all while I was on the store.I try to call the store NO ONE PICK UP! Droid back to the store to do an exchange or something else but no luck what so ever.Poor leadership and retention level skills here. Im not be the best customer ever but I Purchased here so many times.I call another smokeshop and they help me out to give me another alternative to smoke what I purchase here at Bahamas.Go to the katy smoke shop better, they will explain the warranty you got to file with the vendor when this things happen.They educate me and inform well, wish me luck with my refund.

This place was my first bahama mama experience and every since Ive spent lots of money buy great products and the owner is very cool aswell. Very blessed to have a place that cares. The young man that works at the store is always very good at selling me on something in there. Great place to go shop and enjoy great products. This place scammed me out of $80. Here’s how: for New Year’s Eve they advertised signs that read “free [product]”. I go inside curious. Cashier mentions nothing about the advertisement. I choose some gummies and ask the price “$59” the cashier says. I google the product- it’s $40 online. I ask the price for rose papers (pack of 4) “3” the cashier says (“three” as in $3??). “That will be all” I say. The cashier rings me up while I look over old free Halloween candies they have out. The cashier says I can have one then tells me my total is $80🧐 HOW?! I ask for a receipt “our machine isn’t working but I can email you one” the sales guy says. I give him my email address but never received my promised proof of purchase. Never again.
