I visited the Vape City store in Katy Mills. Had a horrible experience!👎I know this is store already because I went to another location in Katy. I had a really good experience there at that store, and the prices are also great. I even actually made a note to myself to remember this store. I sent a friend. ETC!I went to Katy Mills to buy something else, but I saw you guys had a new location there. I was very excited to see that and I I rushed into the store.I was trying to explain to the lady what I was looking for, while she kept yelling from far away what? What? Love the products but sad to say this location has terrible service I was told I couldn’t redeem my points towards my service only to have my point redeemed and charged full price!

Terrible customer service, they always steal my points from every purchase, they say they cant put them into the system, its disappointing to buy here

Bought 2 vapes from here. They did not have elf bar, so I bought their off-brand ape bar. The version 2.0 lasted barely enough, where the other original ape bar broke after using it for about 5 seconds. I would never recommened a store that sells fake brand vape with poor quality for almost the same amount of price!

Costumer service it’s a joke😂, I was just chilling searching and some young lady asked me for my ID and I was like okay here you go and the first thing she told me it’s “you look like a 5 years old” bruh😂, thank you I guess… also she looked to under age working in a vape shop🤷🏻‍♂️.

Scratch the surface and you were realized they do not know anything at all about their own vape products.. she didnt even know what MTL meant she didnt know anything about anything. You simply have to do a training course for your employees it would really help to know your products. This is the first time Ive had any issues at vape City
