The owner is extremely nice I got a great deal on my MOD explain everything they have every flavor you could imagine the store is really helping get a pool table definitely my favorite Vape store in Texas.

Very chill atmosphere. Justin is very knowledgeable and very cool. They have a wide variety of selections without that feeling of being overwhelmed by product display overload. I’m big on energy and from the color of the paint to the product placement and set up I actually enjoy visiting this establishment.

Great place. Staff is very friendly, very helpful, and they work with your budget instead of pushing the most expensive items they have. Will definitely come back here again.

I would give this 10 stars if I could. I went there today and was greeted as soon as Heather, (I believe she said her name was) was done with another customer. I told her what I was used to and she helped me find a product that would be similar. She was super friendly.

The staff are always very helpful, knowledgeable and very very friendly.They have a large variety of products. I have a mod I absolutely love and they have a large variety of E- liquid as well as flavors to go with them. They have a large variety of mods,pods, coils , everything you need and more. They help me out a lot everytime I go in. Check them out, you wont regret it.

Vape militia is hands down the best vape shop that I have ever been to! Not only do they have a huge selection of vape juices and a wide array of mods they also are the only place that Ive been to that carries the 16 OZ bag of red vein Kratom that I get weekly and I have been to several other places where not only was the vape juice rediculously priced but the Kratom was lower quality and in such smaller amounts it wasnt worth getting. They also have amazing deals on discounted vape juice and an amazing points system that earns me at least a 5 to 10 dollar discount on my total! What really keeps me coming back though are the employees and how friendly and knowledgeable they are. I love Justin and all of the other employees and they make me feel each time that they genuinely care about the customers . They have even held a bag or two of my Kratom just to make sure they dont run out for me and you just cant find that quality of customer care at most other vape shops. I would definitely recommend Vape militia to anyone looking for a good vape shop with great service and prices!

One of my favorite vape juices is the double barrel oak 9 mg or a little bit higher its got a blend of vanilla tobacco and caramel its smooth and effervescent. The guys are really reasonable with their prices they always have specials going on and they always have mods on special as well great staff great environment I visit them once or twice a week love them all.

The patience the guys who work here showed great customer service. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. The house brand juices are VERY tastey, and the atmosphere of the shop is not like a sketchy head shop. You can go here and feel safe. The place is very casual, and almost has coffee shop vibe to it. Lots of seating, and very clean and well kept. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Thanks guys for your help, Ill be coming back in the future.

I love this place and all theyre about. They have the highest standards when it comes to the products they sell. The staff has been extremely helpful. The ambiance is great. Its a very cool spot. My absolute favorite place to shop for vaping accessories, juices, mods, etc. The customer service is great, the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and their prices are decent. Sure, you could order online and save a few bucks, or you can come here and get whatever you need the same day without paying shipping. Plus, if you need your cotton changed out, a coil replaced, or if you just want to sample some different flavors, this is the place to go in Katy.

The first time at Vape Militia Katy location was a success. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Justin. I was on the hunt for some new juice. They have a wide selection of juice lines. Justin was very knowledgeable about all of the juices and helped me find the right one that fit my flavor profile. His customer service and knowledge about devices and the juices are off the chart. I have found my go to vape shop now.

I suffer from CRPS. Hideous, non-relenting pain. Been coming here for the past 4 months. Let me just say this is the best vape shop I have ever been too.I’m not new to vaping, been in the game for 7+ years. I know some things, and also know how easy it is to get taken advantage of in the vale world.Mark, and all of his staff are outstanding, they go above and beyond to help you get what you want and need, and are extremely honest with everything.They help you pick the best juices for your needs, and truly helps you get what you need.They are knowledgeable, with the perfect selection of products, and amazing selection of juice.And to top it off they have the best rewards program I ever heard of. I have gotten $5 off here and there regularly, and today I used my points to upgrade my my tank and get much more juice for an upcoming trip.Let’s put it bluntly, I came in today ready to hug a new mod, and he gave me the option to buy one, but also explained my mod was perfectly fine and working, and instead I upgraded my tank and bought coils and juice. I have never met a vape shop so honest in over 7 years. I will make it a point to stop here anytime I am Houston.And if you are in Houston, take the drive to Katy, the money you save and the quality service you get will be well worth any extra gas it takes to get there. Vape stores never have what you want,huh? Not this one. These guys always seem to have what I need along with good advice and a smile. They have the regular vape juices and weird flavors but the good stuff like Nic Salts and your first Vulcan/Spock fourteen level bong might just be there too!

So Vape militia in Katy is kind of high-priced on juice the equipment is pretty much the same as any place else the guy that served me was straightforward and to the point so for me that was great but some people like to sit and chat inside the store they have a few games and a TV plus you can relax on the sofa and vape for a while. Overall its pretty good place but a little expensive

Staff really know their products and pretty well priced. They also offer a reward system too for purchases made. Not too bad considering it’s in Katy area beats driving to SW side of town.

Been in Katy for 6 months, but vaping way before & from the experiences I had at smoke shops this one was the most pleasant. All prices beat other competitors & almost match online prices. Everyone there will always look out for you once you walk in through the door. Some juices may not be steeped & almost 1/4 I buy I have to steep myself but its usually only the popular flavors as they sell/restock very often.

Figured I may as well review this place, this is my go-to shop in katy, always has been helpful, when my v12 prince was being a pain to open and change out the coil, the worker kindly helped me out and got the necessary tools to crack it open for me. Every stop just does justice why I do business here, and helps keep my wallet happy

Was treated terribly last time I went. I usually come here for my vape needs, and apparently someone new works here. I kindly asked for another associate (One that I know and always buy from), and he slammed his hands on the table and ordered me to get out. They also tried to ID me because I have a young face. I thought they ID everyone, but when my UNDER AGED friends went in to go buy some juice, they were never asked for an ID. Probably will never come here ever again

Buddy of mine recommend this shop to me went in a couple of days ago for one thing a pack of coils for my Zenith tank, one of the few places in katy that actually have them in stock. Ran across Nick super nice kid, after a bit of conversation and some samples ended up buying 2 packs and 2 new bottles of juice. Super reasonable and he put in a military discount for me just because I mentioned I had served ( I never ask for a military discount ) even offered to clean my tank for me. Im used to a lot of the vape shops downtown that have similar levels of customer service but for a shop in katy to have this level, Ive found my vape home. With their extensive selection of juice and mods. Great job #vapemilitia

Stopped here because it was on the way home from Dr appt. Paid almost 10 bucks for a 10ml of their house juice, bottle was not full and it is a little harsh... That aside, staff and atmosphere were very nice, if i happen to stop here again in the future i simply wont opt for the house juice.

The employees are friendly and the service is fast, but they are often out of the item I need.This place also seems pretty popular with the younger crowd; there are usually small groups of people, presumably in their late teens/early 20s, hanging out playing pool or video games.

Been going here for several yearz now and never had a issue with price or something i purchased and absolutley hate it. Its the Same thing every time i go here never changes. Absolutley no help. Akward silences lazy employees. This past time was my worst encounter yet. Came home found out the tank that i purchased is a significantly lower price. I understand markup and know online prices are cheaper. I wanted another type of tank but was talked into the most expensive one and told some things that were not true but found out the hard way. I was overcharged, i hate the tank im not happy with it. It took me forever to get to work.Later Nd Peace!!!!Matt H

Great vape store. The staff over there are pros and they know their stuff. They do have a decent amount of different mods and tanks to choose from, also good variety of e-juce. Some of the juces always on high demand and they runs out of them all the time specially Aqua juce.Sometimes they get crowded earlier time of the day. Over all one the best vape shops in town.

Great staff & extremely friendly. Very knowledgable on their stuff & not forceful or pushy to make you buy anything. Always ask you question for the type of flavor you want or flavors you like & narrow it down to something similar or even new to what your used to vaping in flavor.

Well where should I start the first moment I walked in they just looked at me with an awkward stare . I walked in and they didn’t even bother to say Hi I’ve been to a lot of vape shops and this was by far the worst first experienceever sad to say .because they have a nice shop huge selection I have been vaping for 8 years and I had to start a conversation just to get a conversation out of this guy. let me just say if you want to sell stuff you need to work on customer service and make people feel comfortable to buy.If their service keeps going like this you might not last long.

So i went here and tried to buy some vape juice, way over priced vape juice. Payed with apple pay, charge verified in apple pay and my bank account but not the pos system. they didn’t accept that it hit my account and asked me to run it again... kind of shady. fix your pos system.
