Terrible experience! Bought a 55 mod packaged and sealed. Took it home opened and it was dead and Wouk not charge, took it directly back to store. Owner said it was defective and to send to manufacturer it might be covered under warranty. I think it was very old stock on hand with a dead battery. I left it there. Will never buy from them again

Low variety of products and when I visited for a 3rd time 3 minutes before they were closing they wouldn’t let me in to purchase. They care more about leaving the store after work and going home instead of taking care of loyal customers. Will happily drive 20 minutes away to resume shopping with Sam’s Paradise instead of driving 5 minutes down the street to spend my money with these people.

Ive gone to every shop Ive spotted around and this shop has the best kratom prices and selection in town. Friendly, helpful staff, and tidy store.

This new vape shop is awesome! They have great customer service. I had a problem with a disposable and instead of saying sorry I can’t help you Mika let me come and try a new one and switch it out no problem and was very nice!
