Wonderful place. Staff is friendly. If you decide to make an appt, ask for Sonia. She is the absolute best. She is kind and knowledgeable, gives wonderful hair advice, and does an amazing job with my hair. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

I booked an online appointment 24 hours in advance. I show up at 10 am, the gal I set the appointment with was not there yet. 10:13 the receptionist informs me she is running late and would be there within 10 minutes. 10:20 the receptionist answers the phone and I hear her say my name and that I booked it online, it seemed as though the stylist was completely unaware of my appointment. I ended up leaving without my haircut & wax. My time is valuable and if online appointments aren’t communicated well to stylists then perhaps another system should be put into place. Highly disappointing.

I got a hydration facial from Katie and it was wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable about skin care! I highly recommend her and can’t wait to book another appointment with her!

I absolutely love Grace!! She read my mind on how she did my hair. And shes got such a great personality. Very funny! She made me feel like a new woman today! Much love ❤️

Emily is a fantastic stylist! Very friendly and always knows just what to do when coloring and cutting my hair. Alexia is also amazing at manicures and pedicures. She is the best when it comes to doing nails. She is very professional and does an excellent job. Highly recommend both of these ladies!!

I have previously had my hair dyed pink when I lived in another state. I wanted pink again so I made an appointment at Christina’s. After leaving & my hair fully dried I noticed the color didn’t take to some of my hair and that my hair was different shades of pink. When I called to have it fixed I was told I signed a waiver that I understood it would fade quicker. Okay I understand that would happen, BUT THE SAME DAY?! I got told I could come in but would have to pay due to the amount of dye my hair requires. Yeah no thanks, not after spending over $200 including tip. 0/10 recommend, & now I will just have to wait for my hair to go back to normal so I can go somewhere else and have it done right.

Sonja has redefined my aging/gray hair with a stacked bob. She was able to work with my fine hair and make it work.

Sonia did an amazing job on my hair! She was very friendly, gives you the best advice on your hair color, and the best style for shape of your face, and she made sure I was comfortable during the whole appointment! The receptionist (Im sorry, I forget her name!) was welcoming and friendly. The building is clean, up to date, and lots of things to look at! Check in and check out was fast! Highly recommend and I will be going back in the future!

I’ve been going to Christina’s off and on for years, but I hadn’t been for a while due to Covid. I went last night with my sister (she wanted her nails done and I wanted my hair cut). I was helped by Carly and my experience was wonderful! She did a great job on my hair (extra star for the relaxing scalp massage)! It’s always scary entrusting a stranger to cut off over 6 inches of hair, but Carly was really attentive and made me feel very comfortable. She even helped me pick out some mini products that I wasn’t able to purchase last night but that I’ll definitely keep in mind for next time. The entire team was kind and everything was clean and professional. Thanks, Carly, for making me feel beautiful

I have been going to Christina & Co for 2 years now. I almost always see Katlyn Baker and if she isn’t there, I’ve been styled by Wendy Soto. Katlyn is absolutely amazing. She is an expert at her work and always has me leaving feeling like a goddess! The couple times Wendy has done my hair, she has been so wonderful as well.

Tiffany was my beautician. She was very nice. Nice and clean atmosphere. The only problem I had was I wanted alot of blonde highlights and didnt get what I wanted. She did good cutting 2 inches off my hair and bangs. The bill was $150 something. I gave $160. Im so use to my friend doing my hair and it turns out perfect. She just cant anymore cause shes got her grandchildren now. Now Im trying to find a place that can replace her. I love coming to Christinas for there massages. I was disappointed that my hair didnt turn out right. Its not really that much different than what it was when I came in. I told her it was still dark. Can you guys fix it?

Terrible experiance. Ordered product not in stock. After 3 weeks it hadnt been ordered and was told it would take a month to get it in.

Bought two of their Calming Packages, was to include a massage, manicure, and pedicure. Gift for wife and her friend for Christmas. Included tip in purchase before hand. Wife goes to schedule an appointment, was told that they don’t have any masseuses there currently. Wife asked if she can get the mani/pedi and a massage later. Was told they would take the full amount for a mani/pedi and that if she wanted a massage she would have to pay full price, since the package deal is discounted.Long story short, sold me a package that they don’t have the staff for, and want to charge full price for all three services. Non refundable too.Peak poor

I love the staff and how cool they are if I need to reschedule. My job is very demanding, and things often change for me with little notice. Felicia is my massage therapist, and shes the best! I always feel so amazing when I leave!!

Overall disappointed. I went to this salon for the first time for a massage. My massage was decent, but it was a full 20 minutes shorter than my paid time, which I asked about. They said it was policy. (I understand not cutting into the next persons scheduled appt but this should be specified when selecting the duration of the massage). I was also charged $10 more than their website states, which is how I booked my appointment. When I asked about this and showed them their website service pricing I was told “oh we need to fix that” instead of honoring their mistake.I wouldn’t refer anyone or return here. I’ve received better services from more transparent businesses who put more emphasis on quality customer service.

Had a great first experience with Wendy. I was visiting Lafayette and felt fortunate to slide into an appt due to a cancellation. Wendy was delightful and did a great job with my color. I also learned a lot of a L’Oréal professional line of hair care products that I didn’t know existed. This salon also has adorable seasonal decorative items to purchase.

Very dissapointed! I was looking forward to get a massage there, I went there just to get a relax massage. I came out with everything hurting, The pain was bad. The massaus did not ask me about pressure level, etc.

I took my mom to get her hair done today at 2:00, Maggie was the lady I talked with. I showed her a picture of what my mom wanted. I specifically ask her “is this doable?” Her reply was “yes”! So I felt comfortable with her doing my moms color. I took my daughter to get her nails done while waiting, when I returned my mom was standing outside. Her hair looked nothing like the picture and she was SO upset! She was charged $140.00! I will never take her back to this salon, nor will I, my daughter or any of my friends ever consider go here again! I have never been so disappointed, this was my moms first time going to a salon & she was so excited!

Called to ask a couple questions about buying a gift card. The lady got frustrated after my 3rd question, interrupted me by rudely saying youre going to have to wait, Ive got other people here. hold on., and put me on hold. I cant comment on anything else because I hung up. They may or may not have good service once you get in the door, but they should probably get somebody else to answer their phone.Update:I just called Bliss Salon and they were far more friendly and helpful. Purchasing a gift cert from them instead.

Had a massage and facial here....it was heaven! Katie(Katy not sure on spelling)was amazing the room was relaxing. I will say the ceiling tiles need to be painted or replaced it made a lovely room look less classy and unfortunately the road noise was still a factor while relaxing. Despite those little things it was an amazing experience and I plan to make at least two more visits this year.

I went to Christinas for my wedding hair and make-up, and Im so glad I did. They were able to schedule my trials for the day before the wedding, which was perfect since I was coming in from out of town. They had enough stylists for me and my bridesmaids and we finished ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief on wedding day! Everyone was sweet, friendly, and professional. They listened to what I wanted and made changes when I asked. My hair and make-up could not have been more perfect for my wedding day. I would 100% recommend these ladies!

Birthday gift. A package for $110.00 and was very disappointed. Hair was not styled at all and hair cut was not good. I even showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair. Our manicures did not know what we were getting so a half cold semi melted paraffin dip was given anyway. How unprofessional.Very, Very Disappoint !! 3 hour and $110.00 wasted!!

I love this salon. I have been to plenty of salons here in town, and this one has been the best one so far. The first time I came in I was very impressed with the salon and their staff. Kirsten did an amazing job with my hair, and I am very pleased with it. Will definitely keep coming back to this salon from now on 🙂

My husband and I went for couples massages with Mark and Justice McCoy. This is where we have always went and have never had any issues until last night. We got there 15 minutes early and they started 15 minutes late due to their previous client being late, yet still stopped our massages right at 8pm, therefore only giving us a 40 minutes massage when we paid for an hour. Thats just the beginning though. Both of our massages were absolutely awful, they were so hard and rough. Im bruised and so sore. My husband is more sore than I am, and cant lift his arms over his head. Remind you, this was a RELAXATION massage. We will never return!!!!!

I go to Erin to have my hair done and Maggie for massages. Both are great! My hair is kind of hard to deal with and there have been a couple oops times over the 2 years Ive gone but Erin has always fixed them free of charge and gives discounts to people who go to her multiple times! If you are looking for a massage therapist who will work out the knots in your back, Maggie is very good. She isnt the kind who talks while doing the massage (which is fine with me), but she is friendly and professional. I would recommend Erin & Maggie to anyone but since I have not used other stylists/therapists at Christina & Co, I can not speak of their services.

If you want awesome service go to Crystal, she does my eyebrows so good! I only ever had her cut my bangs but she did really good cutting them. She gives a lot of helpful advice too. Mostly Im just obsessed with how she does my eyebrows.

First I would like to say, Sonia was AMAZING!! I was very scared to get my hair done because I didn’t know if it would turn out the way I had pictured but it turned out better than I even imagined! I definitely recommend going here and if you do ask for Sonia!!

I went in to get highlights on my hair and I had Katlynn do it. She was wonderful! Very friendly and personable but also the hair looked amazing! She knew exactly what to do color-wise and at the end she curled my hair and it looked great. Great price too!

Yesterday was a very wet day. No cloak around my neck. I ask for one before starting, she said u dont need one. Very wet back from washing hair. About 6 in down my back was wrong, REDICULOUS Inconsiderate girl. Made her bow dry my back shirt. Another girl gave me towel and cloak to protect my clothes. Ive came her for years, and usually TIp. Not today. Where was the supervisor? She didnt want to completely dry my hair and yesterday was very chilly out. Who wants to get sick. Not happy at all!!

So today was my first time ever going to Christina and Company Salon and Spa, and it will be my last.My appointment lasted almost five hours to do a highlight and a manicure. My manicure has already chipped on two nails and I was charged $200 for this. A manicure is $21 and the highlight should have been around $80. I was informed afterwards that the technician had to use more chemicals than expected and the toner she put in my hair was all extra charges.I was never informed that my hair needed more chemicals than expected. If that was even remotely a concern, I should have been spoken to and I would have changed the game plan for my hair today. The toner was also added without me being informed that it would be an additional $40. The tech simply said Ill be right back and left. Then she came back and squirted stuff in my hair. At no time was I informed what it was or why it was being done, let alone the extra charge.I dont often get my hair or nails done, so I dont know if almost five hours is normal for a highlight or manicure, but I will not be returning. Its poor business to not inform your customers of extra charges until they are going to pay.Overall extremely disappointed in my first experience and I feel ripped off and taken advantage of.

I had been going to Christina from past year...the first two cuts were great but the last cut (it was from a different stylist at Christinas) I got this year was horrible. I am very unsatisfied with the service provided by the stylist. Hope Christina and Company hires stylists that fit the image of their saloon and clientele they serve.

I was disappointed with my services here after stating that she could give me my desired results I was left with gray hair and a $240 charge on my bank card. I was promised products that I never received and after finally getting in contact with the owner Christina she told me that she doesn’t do refunds and would ask the girl about the products. I asked for a print out of what I was charged for and that couldn’t be arranged either. She offered to let another staff go over my hair (no thanks) I would rather wait and have a trustworthy hair salon do it! Don’t waste your time or money here.

My experience was amazing. Facial was fabulous!! Salt Glow was way better than I expected. And finally the massage was impeccable. Highly recommend Christina and Co for an experience beyond words!!!

Wendy did an AMAZING job coloring/cutting my hair. I have never been so pleased leaving a salon. Highly recommend her for any color services!

I asked to go more blonde than I already was bc my roots were coming in. I had a student and the instructor had her look at my roots. (which are brown) and go mix up a color. she comes back and starts putting it in. i had shown them the blonde i wanted. I told them my goal was to have NO brown. It came out all brown. the INSTRUCTOR had her take me back brown. then ANOTHER instructor cut my curtain bangs. took the scissors from the student and just started cutting. i showed her the picture and asked for long curtain bangs. she did a chop right across up by my eye. un-even. the instructors need the classes more than the students. i got nothing i paid for.

Overpriced. If you want something fixed a week after your cut, they will make you pay full price again. They were more than happy to let me cancel my next 2 appointments and go somewhere else instead of letting my stylist look at the problem I had with my hair.

Macey did an amazing job. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. She was so sweet and very professional. Would definitely reccomend requesting her. I know I will be next time Im in!

Even just a trim, will get you pampered! It can be a bit pricey, but youre going to pay for quality, with any purchase you make in life. Comparing Cristinas, to Great Clips, is like comparing Hot n Wild, to Sephora!Im looking forward to the day I get to experience the head to toe treatment!

Went twice for haircuts to use up a gift card I had been given. The haircuts were good, but overall experience was very “meh” both times. I am pretty low maintenance with my hair and only get it cut maybe twice a year, so it’s fun to have a nice salon experience. Like relaxing ambiance, higher quality salon products, nice smells/music, stylists whose hair always looks better than mine. 😁 At the risk of sounding super snobby (I swear I’m not!!) I would say none of that was the case here either time...stylists used low end products (like Pantene), were not friendly, and the most recent cut was “finished” by hastily throwing on some oily product after drying instead of using a flat iron. I didn’t really care bc I was just going back home, but it’s just nice to get the full experience I’m paying for. One more thing that actually bugs me is how they will only accept cash or check for tips. I’ve never been to a salon of any kind that doesn’t let you tip with the card you’re paying with. Anyway I’m not gonna complain about the actual haircuts (which were basically just trims) but I’ll stick with paying $4-$5 more at Element Salon or Aveda for a nicer salon experience.

Worst experience ever! Did haircuts, highlights and perm in four weeks. Spent over $160. Still get terrible service! Admittedly, my hair was a little hard to deal with, since I am Asian; but when I spent that much money to get a terrible haircut and asked what manager if she can arrange a fix, she basically told me: sorry we can not fulfill your needs; I suggest you find other salons. What kinda of Salon does that? Isnt the goal of a EXPENSIVE salon supposed to get more pleasant and satisfactory service? Unfortunately at Christina and Co of West Lafayette, I spent more money to get worse service!

I’m sure that they are good at what they do based on the reviews. But I went in to get my nails done or schedule an appointment. I’m new to town so I didn’t know if they do walk-ins or appointments. When I walked in I heard voices in the back and I saw an employee doing a customers hair. And I was completely ignored. I stood at the front desk and the lady working on the customers hair didn’t even look at me. Very rude in my opinion.

I received a hot rock massage by Phillicia. She was AMAZING and experience was well worth the money. Hope to be able to return soon!

The makeup artist Ivy is fantastic!!! This review is almost more than a month late, but she did my makeup for my sister’s wedding and did great! Just enough glitz, drama, & glam!

I like their hair appointments a little they are decent but not worth the price but their facials don’t work and they go very below the time given. They do a poor job of letting masks dry and many other things. I do not recommend this salon for facials. They are very pricey and should give better quality service. The worst experience ever!

Tracy is the best in Lafayette for nails and pedicure. Personable friendly and fun. Love 💘 to get the services from her for my wife Linda. Shes the best....

My manicure was $41. It had nothing special and my nails are filed crooked on a couple of my fingers?? They are sanitary but other than that their service is wayyy overpriced with inferior results

Had a great massage. Although it was labeled as a relaxing massage when i asked for more pressure she gave me what i wanted. I was very happy with the experience.

I dont get to go often but when I have been able to go, the store and equipment are always clean, staff is professional and courteous, make you feel comfortable, and it is always an amazing expierence

I use to love this place, but my hairstylist and esthetician have moved on and I have yet to find suitable replacements. However, this place is much better than the location in Lafayette, much quieter and more private.

Traci is my go to person for gel manicures :). She is fantastic and super sweet. I go every other week and they always treat me well.

In response to Schanna....I do not work at Christina but I am an Esthetician.1. I totally agree on the wax release form. Definitely something you should have filled out.2. It IS possible to use to soft wax to do Brazilians. Brazilians arent meant to be done with hard wax. Many estheticians, including myself use soft wax in that area. If your esthetician is experienced and knows about the different types of wax, they can use one designed for sensitive skin, etc. My clients actually prefer the soft to the hard. Plus there are so many types of wax, brands, ways of applying so on, there is no set way on what wax to use on certain areas.3. What wax is used depends on preference, what is easier for the esthetician and so on. And sometimes hard wax does take a little longer. But it mostly comes down to what works best for the service provider.4. Roller wax is perfectly fine to use in that area. There is no cross contamination. The roller heads do not touch one another, are cleaned and sterilized. Roller heads are never used without cleaning, you cant. The wax hardens and you cant roll it. They dont need to be disposed of.Im sorry you had such a horrible experience and hopefully you found somewhere better. But as an esthetician I had to say something. Be well.

My husband got me a package for my birthday in my opinion its not worth 300.00 the massage was to hard and ruff my shoulders and neck are sore .I had my make up done it was part of my package felt like I was playing makeup with my kids just expect a little more for the money the facial was amazing just didn’t get the wow factor thanks but no thanks Over all I didn’t feel any different thank no thanks
