My massage with Kristelle was incredible!! She was wonderful, the environment was so relaxing and the massage was so healing. 100% recommend her and this place!She talked with me before the massage on what areas needed work and she talked with me afterwards about where the tense areas were. The massage table was heated which was amazing. I even got to take home with me a crystal of my choice! Thanks Kristelle :)

Kristelle is an amazing massage therapist! Since I started going to her for deep tissue massage, the back pain I normally experience has almost completely disappeared. It is also a very nice and relaxing facility with a comfy waiting area and therapy rooms.

Love this facility and all its employees! Very professional, comfortable, and relaxing. Had a 1 hour with Kristelle and she was great! She spent time interviewing prior to the massage and then interpreted my information flawlessly! She checked in and adjusted pressures and did an excellent job with trigger points and lymph drainage to where I wasnt even sore the next day. Fabulous and would absolutely rebook.

I have had wonderful experiences with massage here. Kristelle has great technique, nice insights and sent me home with a crystal. A delightful experience! I also really love Lucy for massage. You really can’t go wrong here, highly recommend.

Started seeing Kristelle a month ago because I was having severe leg pain from bursitis in my hip flexors. She began with a short interview and one month later the pain has decreased so much. She is amazing and I highly recommend her!!

Would give a million stars if I could. I have been dealing with Functional Neurological Disorder for almost 2 years and after the first time seeing Nyxie for craniosacral therapy Ive been practically flair-up free since!!! Ive gone twice so far, but both with the outcome of reducing my symptoms twice. Ive tried everything from hypnosis to acupuncture to everything in between and while those all have helped, nothing, and I mean nothing has had the same impact. Nyxie makes you feel safe and guides you through the process. Even if you dont have FND, but are struggling with traumas, I would recommend this. You feel like a new person after and like a weight has been lifted! I hope anyone who is curious about letting go or craniosacral gives this a try!Ive also seen Flor for several massages her in the past as well, and she is excellent!! I always feel so relaxed after leaving her appointments!

I wish I could add many more stars!I have had a couple of massages by Lucy recently...I have had many massages over the years and her therapeutic massage is the BEST I have ever had! By far! I have learned so much from her already...so, so thankful for giving her a try.

Went in for a typical massage, but ended up getting Craniosacral Therapy for half the time. It was unexpected and certainly didn’t meet expectations. I’d suggest to be over-communicative during the briefing period. To be fair, they did offer a discount after the fact (I declined), but I would rather have had a great massage for the rare time I could schedule one.The different levels of therapists seem to matter quite a bit; as another customer came out singing praises. If I do try this place again, I’ll opt for the upgrade.

I waited a week to write this review to see how lasting the effects were, and I am still pain-free thanks to Eric Brown’s incredible work. I came in with upper back, neck, and arm pain due to constant computer work and nothing else I’ve tried has helped much. He listened carefully to my concerns, then also took his time listening to what my body needed while he worked. I felt so heard and cared for, and he found spots of tension and pain that I didn’t even know were there! I am still experiencing such a wider range of movement than I have in years. Go see Eric, you won’t regret it!

Eric is a miracle worker. I first saw him with shoulder pain and I could move my arm or sleep on my side. One session and problem solved. Then a few months later I developed hip pain and would limp every time I got up from my desk chair. Again after one session - pain gone. Can’t recommend him enough.

I have been coming here for massage (and next door at Inner Ocean for acupuncture with Veronica) for a year or so and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Nyxi has truly changed my life. She’s a true healer and a beautiful soul. Her craniosacral work has calmed my overactive nervous system more than I ever imagined possible. Each session has somehow been better than the last! I enthusiastically recommend her to everyone and especially those with nervous system issues such as fibromyalgia and PTSD. I’ve also seen Flor who was amazing also!

I came in with a lot of stiffness and pain in my back. Eric listened to my preferences and took time to really focus on the areas impacting me the most. This was hands down the most thorough and thoughtful massage I have ever had. Worth. Every. Penny!

Absolutely THE BEST! Jonathans empathy and professionalism are outstanding, and it comes through during a session in a way often missing with other practitioners. He did more to relieve the pain and stiffness in my ankle, through only ONE session, than an entire year of physical therapy! I am not kidding. Hes got the magick! I also had a massage by Mackenzie, and she was one of the best Ive ever been to. I love the vibe here and will definitely be back.

I have a wonky body with many injuries and tight muscles and Jonathan is gentle and strong. Jonathan is amazing at reading what your body needs, and creates such a safe and relaxing space to do deep, therapeutic work. My whole family goes to see him when they visit and we are all very picky when it comes to massage. I have not been treated by any of his staff, but trust that if they have even 1/2 of his intellect, skill, and intuition that they would be amazing too. I strongly recommend you book a package even if you have to commute an hour to receive a treatment.

Jonathan is an amazing healer and his massage is unlike any I have had with other great practitioners. He listens and checks in often to make sure he incorporates your needs into the work, which is truly exceptional. I highly recommend his work.

I had a spasm in my lower back that made me afraid to move into certain positions, like bending down to pick things up off the floor. Eric Brown listened, totally understood the issue, and helped relieve the pain!!! He is incredible. I’ll definitely go back and refer folks.

Eric Brown is an amazing massage therapist. He has figured out why my hip/leg muscles are so tight and is working to relax them. I had never been a fan of massages but because of Eric I am on my way to returning to my active life.

The stars must have aligned for me to get an appointment with Mackenzie today. I have to say, it was in the top five massages Ive ever had (and Ive had a lot of massages) She truly has magical hands and is so knowledgable about the body. Im typically a little wimpy when it comes to deep work -- and she went deep. But it was perfection. I could feel every part of my body unwind and relax. Afterwards, instead of feeling groggy, I felt completely elevated, clear-headed and just amazing. Everyone at BfL is incredible. This place is a GEM!

I saw Eric and love him. He quickly figured out what I needed and he is strong but gentle. Perfect mix!! I feel so much better. Definitely recommend you come see this man.

I have gone to see Clay now four times he is fantastic his hands are magical and when I don’t feel well he always makes my headache, neck ache and back aches go away. I recommend him highly
