Well I mainly Window Shop in the lobby here for the CBD content that I need along with CBG as a tincture water soluble or oil. However its very hard to find locally, or when it does become available it disappears quickly. Anyway thats my current posting plus that Evan was very good at his job the last time that I was there. If you want to read further, previously I wrote what is below:Elizabeth is always friendly and paitent for this window shopper. As is Johnathan - JD for short, whom is extremely knowledgeable about CBD, CBG & CBN topical or tincture with < 0.03% THC for inflamation, nerve related pain, and cancer supplemenal support. Likewise, for those recovering/being healed of TBI conditons. They had local sourced water soulable tinctures, topical creams, creams, and Marys Medicinals CBN patches for those who might need them (a Colorado pioneering company). Andy is also awesome. She knows her stuff. Whats in the lobby is sufficient for me. For the rest, head on in...Rebecca, James, & A.J. also come to mind as informed about the medical vs. recreational equation, as it were...Please Share our roads wherever you came from!

This place is awesome as hell, the prices on cartridges are really reasonable for the type of the quality you receive. I hope that anyone that views this review knows that this is the best Dispensary in Lafayette, Colorado by far!

Ive been a long time customer of Releaf for several years now. Two of my last 3 visits have been less than positive. Brayden couldnt figure out how to transfer my reward points from the old system to the new and seemed annoyed/inconvienced. Andrew, was horribly condescending and I felt insulted and disrespected as a vibrant senior citizen. He also ignored or missed my request to use my reward points for this purchase. I live in Larimer county and its a friggin road trip to Lafayette, but until now, I didnt mind because the dispensary is clean and usually well run. Ill go one more time to use up my reward points and thatll be the end. Neither of these budtenders sent me a feedback link as is the previous practice and option Ive always experienced with others. No surprise.

Ryan was awesome. He was kind and super friendly. He also was knowledgeable and you could tell that he had your best interest in mind. He went over all the details and gave me the best bang for my buck. I’m definitely making this my go to dispo 🤙🏼.

This store has a great selection. One of the bud tenders is horrible at his job though. To preface this post I had never been in this dispensary before. I don’t know the name of the bud tender but he is missing a lot of teeth and was working Saturday May 6th at around 8:00 PM and has mid length blond hair. This man did not even say hello when I walked in. He was very unpleasant to talk to and offered little to no information when I was asking questions and trying to make conversation. He acted like me asking him questions about certain strains of dabs was the biggest inconvenience he has ever experienced. Even though My girlfriend and I were the only people in the dispensary at this time. When I was checking out he walked away from the counter. I grabbed the dab container opened it to check it and smell it to make sure it was what I wanted. He rushed back over to the counter and said, “Don’t grab anything off MY counter, it is HIGHLY inappropriate.” At this point the container was already closed and back on the counter. All he needed to say was, “Hey man next time please just ask to smell the product before you do, it is store policy.” If he would have said that I would not be writing this post. I am not one to complain about something so small but his customer service skills are truly lacking. It is not like I took the container off the counter and put it in my pocket. All I was trying to do was make sure I was getting what I paid for. I spent over 80$ to be treated like dirt. This experience has curbed me from ever shopping at this dispensary ever again. IgadI is one minute down the road and I know none of their bud tenders would never be this disrespectful for something so innocent. This dispensary’s staff needs to have a standard for customer service.

Rachel is the greatest! She will take time to talk with you about all the different options they have and answer any questions you might have. Shes always flashing that beautiful smile and makes sure to greet you when you come in and tries to learn your name of youre a regular!

Flower is typically not fully cured therefore you get less. Very frustrating to not receive quality product for such a high price.

What can I say I was just blown away by how tight everything is at this dispensary. After spending a long time talking to a lot of budtenders I believe Rachel is the best head and shoulders over any other budtender Ive ever talked to. She just made me feel like I was at home didnt rush me. I was given so much information even more than I was expecting and I am a very seasoned enthusiast. I would give it six stars if I could.

Liz is awesome! She always has a smile. Even when she’s busy she makes you feel like a friend and not just another customer! You can always get in and out. Team members are friendly and fast.

Usually great staff, never had an issue before. I just went today, got some flower and the budtender shows me the quarter I got. The top looked fine, so i got it. I just got it home and it 40% stems. Very disappointed.The manager, Mike, was very apologetic. He informed me the strain had been picked through and had fewer stems.

This place is AWESOME! My budtender was Amelia, and as bright and bubbly as she was, she was subsequently knowledgeable about everything I needed. The atmosphere of the place was very welcoming. Spent a good amount of time talking to Amelia about traveling, since I am about to embark on an international journey here soon. Overall, Amelia made me feel extra special and gave me great recommendations.

This incredible place is like it’s own experience! One of the few dispensaries we’ve found locally that looks inviting and independent, and has a very comfortable feel, inside and out. Kaitlyn was super helpful and Michelle was awesomely friendly! Beyond that, the selection of flower and concentrates are super-diverse, and their house pre-rolls are labeled by strain (not something we’ve seen everywhere). This is definitely worth a stop, whether you’re a local, or you’re just visiting! 100% great experience, all around!!

This was our first time in Colorado and this was our first stop. Planned on hitting a couple dispensaries, but honestly had no need. This place had everything we wanted and easy to understand all the different strains and properties. AJ was the best and was so helpful and patient with us first timers. The store was great, and the clone room was perfect. Its great that they sell clones that I can grow at home. I dont have many tools for planting, but they have a deal with a hydroponics store that helped me with everything I needed to start. Also a vast array of strains to choose from. I was surprised by the prices. They seem to be a few dollars cheaper than many of the surrounding dispensaries. Great selection of glass and products and a very clean facility. I had the weirdest interaction with my budgender at this place. Every dispo I’ve gone to I’ve had great service (sometimes only just decent) but the guy I just had today seemed exhausted and acted like he didn’t want to be there. He was mumbling everything i couldn’t hear him and in the most monotone voice possible. I asked “Im looking for oil cartridges” and then just walked away without saying anything and then said “we have them here” when he got to the other side. I just stood there bc I didn’t know where he was going and then went over when he mumbled that. And then when I asked about the price he walked back to the register without saying anything and then calculated. And then I asked my question and then he responded again by mumbling. It was the weirdest interaction at a dispo I’ve ever had. Either he was exhausted (which is not my fault don’t take it out on your customers) or has poor social skills. I usually tip my budtenders $5 min even if the interaction was subpar but this interaction made me so uncomfortable like I was doing the wrong thing by being in the store, I almost said “hey dude I’m just going to igdal” even though they’re more expensive. The only reason I stayed was bc they had a deal today. I love supporting local but this was not worth it I’d rather go to a chain than feel completely unwelcomed

Decent selection though they charge more for bubble joints than other places. Often youll have 3+ customers waiting on one budtender (while 2 other employees meander around) often the person speaking to the budtender will be an explorer: this person has never shopped weed before and will be asking many questions & be very inquisitive about their potential purchase. While its great that the budtenders take the time to explain everything to new customers, it is very frustrating as an experienced shopper to wait 10-15 minutes while the person who is up front shops like they dont know what they want and will often be changing their minds & adding stuff to their purchases. Its really, really blunted my experience with this place. Getting customers out processed and out the door should be priority #1, not an afterthought. Ive already walked in, seen that it will take 15 mins for me to be tended to, reneged and walked out.

Im giving a 5 star review despite the fact that my pre rolled joint didnt hit properly at all, and I had to take the weed out and just smoke it out of my bowl. But the staff were nice, and working in the restaurant industry, I am am aware that stuff happens sometimes. I will be back, but Ill be rolling my own joints from here on out.

Staff made me feel like I wanted to go to the other dispensary IgadI. I will next time. I would suggest you choose elsewhere also unless you walk. They also pay for good reviews. A preroll for a penny with a good recommendation so be skeptical of what you read.

I bought the same item for $13.50 last week, but this time it was $17.50 and he told me that he had been there for a couple years and that it had never been on sale for$13.50. My receipts prove my claim. Hmmm?

Noah, knows his stuff.. He knows his concentrates, his flower, his edibles, his weed laws, he even knew my name! I had an amazing shopping experience and at the end, after I paid, he slipped me a white envelope with the name “Lorraine” beautifully written in cursive on the front. I looked up in disbelief but couldn’t muster a word. He just smiled, winked, let out a soft chuckle then vanished into a cloud of dab smoke. How he knew it was my grandmothers birthday that evening I will never know. What I do know is, I will be back to Complete Releaf to learn more of this mysterious svante as soon as I can.

First dispensary I review. I really liked the vibe. I smoke flower. The bud tender was great. So was the receptionist (tip your bud tender). But Do not expect what is on display when you purchase your product. It was all tiny pop corn nugs. And these guys charge a premium, so I was ok as long as I was going to get what was on the shelf. One star for the deception. Everything else was great.EDIT: The weed was great.

First time ever traveling to Colorado and ever experiencing a dispensary! This is exactly that I expected and more! Super friendly and nice staff! They were very helpful & I definitely can’t wait to come back!

My favorite dispensery in the area. Great prices 👍 Nice flower, and when you sign up for their loyalty program you get time texts with bomb deals. It pays get the cartridges that are a little more expensive because they last a lot longer, for all month.

Visited this establishment today and was asked to leave as I did not have my passport with me, I did however have a government issued identification (Ontario Canada’s drivers licence) showing my age and where I resided. Now I did do my homework before travelling to Colorado as a tourist and what I needed to purchase recreational pot but I was really let down by the ignorance of the staff at this establishment. I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere. So take off “EH” you Hosers! Sorry disappointed Canadian.
