Ive been to a lot of the vape shops around town recently. Just getting back into vaping after several years. Have been shopping for a new setup to get started again. Hands down iSmoke Vapor is the best in town all around. Prices cant be beat. The staff and their knowledge cant be beat. Set me up and got me working in store and gave me a little crash course. Walked out vaping away with my new mod box and a bottle of juice for under $70. The Vision Spinner pins are also awesome and very economical. My first purcase and stepping stone back into vaping. My wife even went and bought one she liked mine so much. Now she wants a mod box too. You should be able to walk out with a full vision spinner setup for about $40 or maybe less.

Came here on a whim just to get coils and the lady that was working there was helpful and extremely nice. The prices were reasonable and the store was well organized.

Im really glad they sent me this survey so I can let everyone know what great customer service I always receive from this store. Its always clean, you are greeted with a friendly hello, and they take time to listen and answer questions. Its very nicely ran.

I have had great experiences at this store every time I have been in there. I recently quit smoking cigarettes and started vaping. I have lots of questions when I go in and they are very helpful. I like trying out the different juices before I buy because Im still new and dont know what I like yet. They are very welcoming and great at asking questions to before making a recommendation. I have been to other shops in the area and this store is the only one Ive gone back into. The reward program they use is very nice as well. I got 75% off of my last purchase from it.

Great customer service, good inventory at the right price. Staff is always very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about their products. They always have good advice to give if you have questions.A great atmosphere; feels very welcoming. All of these factors, and others, have made me a loyal customer after 4 or so visits.10/10 would recommend trying this place

It never matters who is there when I walk in they are always kind and down to earth people. They have had the answer to all of my questions. The handful of times that Ive been there with at least five other customers with one attendant, he was very professional and quick to the point with all of us getting what we needed and getting everyone moving on with their days. 10/10 only vape shop in town I go to.

Amazing staff, great products, not pushy like so many other vape shops . The staff are awesome, very knowledgeable and are really helpful finding your right fit. Reasonably priced. Over all I had a great first time here.

Wonderful, helpful, and friendly staff. If youre looking for something new to try, theyre all good at helping find flavors. They havent suggested anything bad yet! I havent tried mods through them, but Im sure they would be very helpful there too.

Currently I have quit vaping all together, but its still worth to say that the staff is amazing here. They are super nice, friendly, and knowledgable about their product. Also the variety of flavors and types of vaping mods is just fantastic. Pricing is really good too. Most shops Ive been too over price things like crazy and have a kind of locker room vibe to them. This place though have a kind of just friendly vibe. The staffing are more then happy to have a friendly conversation about pretty much anything. Great place to go, and a great place to stick to if you vape.

Everything i have purchased from here has been legit product, the owner and his employee Shane are always willing to take time out and explain new stuff to me if needed. Prices keep getting better it seems too. Owner really stepped up the game on customer service as he has let go employees who were pretty rude and wernt willing to help new vapers. Best place as of right now in my opinion.

The customer service when purchasing my item was great! However less than 24 hours my new battery stopped working. I had to go to another store (I smoke vape was closed) to buy another. The following day I called them to tell them my story. I was greeted by an associate and explained my story, he stated let me get the manager. She got on the phone and I explained my story again. After I told her I purchased a new item, she asked what would I like to do?.. I replied that I wish to return the defective item (seeing that it doesnt work, it is useless to me). She stated we dont do returns... I have sense found use for this item as a terrible paper weight... Thank you for assuring customer service is not top priority...

I have never been treated poorly or seen any employees being rude. Honestly if anything, they are overly friendly. I only spend approx $20 every couple months and the staff there is nothing but kind and friendly. I say keep up the great work.

Ive been here several times, and Ive had several unpleasant experiences. One of (if not the only) full time employees there is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. He never engaged with the customers, and even when I ask questions, he blows me off or answers very rudely. I am not made to feel welcome when I enter this shop. I now drive farther to other vape shops because its worth it to avoid dealing with this unprofessional employee, whos been there every time Ive come in. I will not be shopping here again

Every time I have been in this store they are cocky and rude and just not friendly and helpful! Was in today with a question and answer issue and was treated horrible by the kid behind the counter like I must be some kind of idiot...pretty sure he pocketed the $10 for a new battery that I had no problem spending...was just pleasant experience. Doubt I spend anymore money in there plenty of other shops that dont have attitude.

This is the only vape shop I go to! Really friendly staff and they try to remember everyones coils and juice preferences. Also helpful in trying out new juice flavors (suggesting theyre personal favorites and whats currently popular)!

Im a return customer. The staff is always kind, understanding, and willing to help. Theres always a wide variety of e-liquid, vapes, accessories, and even CBD products.Why the 5 star rating:I tried one of the CBD cartridges (indicia, grand daddy purple) because I suffer from anxiety and depression, and usually have a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep. The cart worked very well for about a week until it tasted burnt and stopped working. I had my mod set to the right wattage, tried several mods, and got nothing out of it (Btw, best sleep Ive had in years). Brought the cart back in, tried to trouble shoot it, and ended up swapping out the cart for a new one without question.iSmoke Vapor has earned my business and trust. I will exclusively be shopping there for more e-liquid and cbd products as long as theyre around!

ISmoke is my favorite shop in Lafayette. All the employees are cool and not just trying to sell you the most expensive stuff. Their CBD products are phenomenal as well as their selection of vape devices and accessories. Would reccomend!

This shop has some good options and a friendly, helpful staff. They arent vape snobs like a lot of places, so a moderately nooby vaper can stop buy and actually learn a thing without being douched on.

As a life long smoker who made the move to vaping for nothing more than the financial benefits this place is the absolute best. Far too many vape shops have an elitist feel that made me feel put out for my lack of knowledge or experience with vaping this place welcomed me and continues to offer sound advice. Knowledge abound in an atmosphere thats approachable. Juices that span the whole spectrum and a staff that listens just as good as they advise. Highly recommend it if your new to vaping and if your an experienced enthusiast they have you covered too.

Great shop best quality selection and prices in town very knowledgeable staff. I personally try to deal with the owner when I go in. And am a smart ass myself so dudes attitude is no bother to me lol he is a good guy who is very misunderstood.

Theyve been slipping. Customer service has really been slipping as of late they have added a significant amount of rude and just disgusting behavior. Used to be the only place in town Id go. Welp, guess its time to venture to one of the other 50 vape shops in town.

Went in and was treated like I was bothering them. The employees were just standing around talking, one tried to flaunt how they had big bottles of the ingredients of the juices. Then instead of just giving me what I asked for they tried to say my vaporizer was useless and I needed to buy this specific one. I dont vape because its the cool thing to do, I vape to quit smoking. Everyone there (other customers included) were rude and acted like theyre better than you.I will never walk in there again or tell anyone about them. They need to grow up and be respectful.

I read a review that bothered me, a man went in with his son and was not made to feel welcome. I will not shop here apparently the owner thinks that if you are in his store with a friend, you are not a customer and are not entitled to a review because the spectator ( as the owner worded it)did not make a purchase. when in fact every one that walks through his door is a potential customer and should be treated as such.
