11/10 would recommend going! Caroline has done my pre-natal massages for both of my pregnancies and each time I left feeling so rested and refreshed. She is so kind and gentle, checks in regularly and has such a calming presence. What a blessing ! I cannot wait to go back .

Over all great experiences, super friendly but Caroline is also really good at kinda letting you decide if you want to talk or just relax. Ask for any areas you would like to focus on in the beginning and uses tools such as hot stones to insure that your body feels relaxed and calm before you head out of the appointment. Very happy with my experiences!

Caroline is detailed and she listens to your muscles. She asks questions periodically to be sure you are comfy. I have been dealing with hip pain and it was totally relieved after. She used hot stones and incorporated stretches. It was phenomenal. So grateful.

My first visit with Caroline was amazing. She was outgoing, professional and funny. I had so many knots and was tight in my neck and back after not having a massage in 7 or 8 months and after my session with Caroline, I walked out a new woman.
